I struggle with what to rate this place. Seriously. Its middle of the road pizza. However, the staff was great, place was clean, and they had seating. In a day and age where many pizza places are grab and go... this tiny shop creatively found a way to provide seating... and did it in a cute way. The booths are nestled in what feels like an airplane. Cute. They offer pizza, subs, salads, chicken wings, fries. Etc. It was Valentines Day and true to the season they had heart shaped pies. We chose a half sausage and a half pepperoni one added an italian sub. The pepperoni was good, but the sausage was better. The pepperoni wasnt enzo so it didnt cup, and the sausage was the finely crumbled type of sausage... which I usually hate.... But here it was flavorful and not over cooked. I really enjoyed it. The crust was thin but a thicker type of non crackerish type of thin. The sauce was pretty good. With a little bit of tang The Italian sub was perfect size for someones dinner. Since we had pizza, we split the sandwich between two people. Perfect! Tbo: i think I like the subs better than the pizza. (But the puzza wasnt bad. Flyers is great!!. It's close to where I live. I can order a pizza through their app before I leave work and pick it up at their drive-thru window (which hello, how convenient is that?) on my way home and because of the many options to choose from on their menu, the pizza is always done exactly the way I want it. Can we talk about the app's tracker option which gives you the ability to see what stage your pizza is in! Flyers gets an A++ from me! Highly recommended & NEVER disappointed. read more

I've had pizza from pretty much anywhere I can get it around here, and this place ranks among the best of the best. Their variety of specialty pizzas is amazing, and you can order pizzas with a different specialty on each half. The quality of the ingredients is great, and the flavor combinations are incredible. The Bomber and Smokin' Buffalo are out of this world. The Quattro and Sriracha Southwest are also top notch. The 3-cheese bread is on our list every time. We've only ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the restaurant itself, but our delivery experience has been good. Either early or on time so no complaints there. As long as they keep pumping out these awesome pizzas, we'll keep coming back. read more

They are back!!! Weekly visit, unless we make an effort to go elsewhere. I love their sausage. When we lived by Ohio Dominican, I use to drive to get this pizza. It was delicious. When we moved closer in Reynoldsburg, the toppings became skimpy and the pizza was over baked. I gave multiple attempts before giving up on my shop. But I knew I loved their sausage, them and "Bob and Lee's," which closed YEARS ago. I tried them again recently during an OSU game. I ordered Flyers and my husband ordered Massey's. Omg this is my favorite pizza place in Columbus. I am extremely picky about pizza and this place is amazing. Their sauce is sweet and delicious! We seem to always order a large pizza with meatballs. My kids absolutely love eating the meatballs on top first! The cheese is a good blend and the crust has the perfect crunch on the edges. We always place a phone order and because the staff always recommends a side (breadsticks or whatever) we always say yes to the addition. Usually I cook on weeknights but I was NOT feeling that tonight so I decided to order in pizza. Instead of the usual, I decided to order Flyers as I continue to get their coupons in the mail and I have heard good things about this place. I ordered online around 7:05pm and got my order in less than 30 minutes. Super impressed!! The pizza was delicious. It is very similar to Donatos but with a much sweeter pizza sauce, which I enjoyed. The pretzel bites and nacho cheese was great! Only thing that made me pause was my receipt didn't list the tip on it, I used my boyfriends card so I can't check, so I hope the driver got his tip and in all honesty, if I knew he'd be under 30 min I would have left 30% instead of 20%! I hope the owner sees this review and shares it with the staff. Flyers has over and over delivered above and beyond. I've not read any other reviews nor do I need to. I've ordered here roughly 15 times and every single time it's been superior to anyone else around here. The customer service has always been so kind. These teens could honestly give a Ted talk to all the other fast food restaurants surrounding here. The food is always on point and hot when it's delivered. Best of all, they're super fast with delivery. 30 minutes has been our average and that's insane! Anyway, in closing I just wanna thank everyone of you that work there and pat you on the back. Flyers is one of our favorite pizzerias. We especially enjoy the pepperoni pizza. Their house made chips are delicious as well.

This place is such a great lifesaver when in a pinch to what's for dinner. Busy schedules sometimes cause last minute dinner plans. Flyers has an incredible variety of pizza subs etc. I have ordered so many different things and never have been disappointed. Their fresh homemade potato chips are really very good and and so are their waffle fries. Both mKe excellent pairing with any of their sandwiches or salads. If you get a sweet tooth their fresh homemade chocolate chunk cookies hit the spot. Their delivery is always very prompt and their drivers are really cool. The is your average run-of-the-mill pizza chain. Nothing on the menu really stands out, and I will order as a last resort since the are just across the street. Not really a place for dine-in, though they do have some seating. There are 3-4 local places in driving distance though that server much better pizza. read more

What is with pizza places and aviation names? Flyers, Flying Pizza, Jets, Red Baron . . . .don't they know airline food tastes like crap? Anyway, I got over the name and gave this mini-chain a try. This location has a very modern looking (steel, tile, glass), small-ish dining area. Service was friendly, but no complimentary beverage or peanuts were offered. Flyers jets out traditional Ohio (the birthplace of aviation) pies. Wing to wing toppings on an aerodynamically thin crust. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor. The sauce had a slight sweet note to it, but also had a good red wine thing going on. The peps were spicy and cupped/crisped nicely. One bummer: blanched mushrooms. . . okay, one step above canned, but not fresh . . . not by a longshot. I decided to go the B-2 route and also order up some Pizza Bombs. These deep fried balls of cheese and meet had an interesting, loose, not dense, consistency and were just delightful when dipped in the pizza sauce. Just what this Fat Boy needed. Flyers doesn't have the small "ma & pa" feel to it (at least this location), but it's a very decent alternative to some of the larger chains (if that's what you're eating). read more

We live close by & typically order Flyer's pizza out of convenience, but also because it's just plain delicious! I ordered a pizza & planned on picking it up. When I came through the drive thru, I was told a mistake was made with our original order. I had to wait a few minutes till they could make our pizza again, but they went ahead & gave me BOTH pizzas (ours + the screw up), with doggie treats for my pup, too. I haven't had Flyers in almost 16 years... and the quality has NOT changed! If you are looking for a pie that you can't wait to grab, and devour the next slice- yeah... This place is for you! Don't be ashamed to drive out of your way to enjoy this pizza... that said- I also remember their subs, and salads taking this place over the top. I LOVE Flyers!!! I used to order from the Hilliard location and I'm happy to say that Flyers is delicious across the board. The sauce isn't sour, like at a lot of other places and they have a ton of toppings and combinations to choose from. This is definitely one of the best pizza joints I have found in my lifelong quest for the worlds greatest pizza. The crust is not thin, but not thick. A little thicker than donatos standard crust and I find its perfect. The sauce is great too. A little on the sweet side rather than savory or tomatoey( that is a word). The staff is always awesome. Price is fair. I have never tried anything there other than their pizza. I tend to stick to the basics. Pep and cheese, or just plain cheese. Delicious. As with any pizza place, there have been a couple minor "offs", but we order there a LOT and it is 99% "on". You can't go wrong with regular ole pepperoni. Very tasty and lots of pepperoni! I think we've tried nearly everything on the menu. The chef salad is rather tasty and has the diced meat instead of the deli meat like most pizza places. Our delivery drivers are always courteous. For appetizers, we like the fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks. The boneless wings must be a new kind of chicken, because they used to be not great. The Bomber pizza is a fun change from your usual order. We usually get that one when we have guests because no other pizza place has one like it, and everyone has enjoyed it. Someone described Flyers as if "Donato's and Creno's had a baby" and they weren't far off! Their sauce has a yummy sweetness like Creno's and their toppings are plentiful like Donato's. My husband and I ordered a single serve Garlic Chicken (minus the red onions), a Hawaiian, and their all meat specialty. All 3 were amazing choices and we fought over who would be the one to finish the Garlic Chicken and the Hawaiian because the flavors were just so delicious!
