This place is wonderful it never disappoints we go for the roast beef special plate on Mondays. It's delicious. If you haven't bad please try it. It's great.

We came here for the fish n chips. We only like cod fish for that and this place was the winner tonight. Over all our experience was excellent. Our servers was top notch, the decor made us feel like we were really in Ireland. Food was excellent, hubby loved the fish n chips and I decided to get their special: roast beast, horseradish mashed potatoes, snap peas. Many options for beers and ciders. This was one of our favorites during our trip!

We were looking for something different and came upon this gem. We were met at the front and immediately sat at a table. Lisa, our server came quickly and took our drink and appetizer order. She came back to take our order and was extremely knowledgeable. She helped us make a great decision on our orders. We got the fried potato chips as our appetizer and they were outstanding. My wife got the chicken pot pie and stated that it was the best thing she ate all week. I got the corned beef and cabbage, which was the special for the night. The cabbage was cooked perfectly and the corned beef was extremely tender and seasoned perfectly. We topped off the dinner with a wonderful bread pudding. Highly recommend Flynn's and if you go ask for Lisa, she is amazing.

Landed in town for an overnight en route to HHI. While some restaurants were closed (it's pre-season), Flynn's appeared to be hopping. It's obviously a magnet for locals. There was live music in the bar with limited seating. We got seated in the dining room. The host was exceptionally friendly, but not necessarily the case with our server. We got the feeling it didn't matter if we were there or not--since we were not locals. No offer of bread with dinner and very little attention paid. Food was plentiful but really just okay. Irish potato pancakes are just large tater tots smashed into circles. Meh. Meatloaf dinner was sturdy. Chicken pot pie was more of a loose soup. Fish and chips weren't very sexy. No one really checked back to refill drinks or offer dessert. As I said, we felt like a nuisance. We paid the bill and left. My dining companions would give this a 2-I'm upping it based on the friendly host.

This wasn't my first time to Flynn's but I have to say it was my best experience there. The waiter was very personable and attentive. We ordered the Shepards pie, fish and chips, chicken pot pie, bangers and mash and the Jameson chicken. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We even ordered some homemade key lime pie for dessert. I am not a fan of key lime pie but this was the best I've ever had. The menu choices and service will make us visit again soon.

Outdoor seating area...open Thursdays through Saturdays i believe

Enjoyed an Irish meal tonight in North Myrtle Beach while visiting a friend... Pretty cool outdoor seating area that is open Thursdays through Saturdays with entertainment...will probably have to visit again on one of those days during another trip. Enjoyed a Smithwick's draft to start. Appetizers were absolutely delicious...we highly recommend ordering the Tavern Pretzel and Irish Egg Rolls ! Guinness Beef Stew...nothing like what we had in Ireland...was a little better after adding some salt and pepper...probably would not order again, but so many other items to try during future visits.

We noticed there was live music outside which I wasn't thrilled about but I wanted to sit by the ocean. We were seated very quickly and our sweet waitress immediately went to get our drinks. My husband and I opted to share the fish and chips and I got a cup of clam chowder and he got a bowl. I also got a blackberry bourbon bramble. The good...the mixed drink was excellent! The fish on the fish and chips was seriously one of the best things we had this trip. The not so good...the fries were soggy. The clam chowder was room temperature and SALTY. The waitress did warm it up when asked but I always hate sending stuff back to the kitchen but it seemed much better when it came back. The live music started at 7pm and let me tell you...that musician was so talented! It wasn't too loud and it was fun to listen to. Overall...The drinks and fish were GREAT. The view was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. The other things that I found MEH, could have just been an off night. Our waitress was lovely and the prices were decent. I would try this place again.

The interior has a classic Irish-American feel, complete with a "Sláinte" sign, dartboards, pool tables, and plenty of green decor. However, the real highlight is the massive oceanfront deck--it's the perfect spot to grab a drink, look past the palm trees, and watch the waves. It's a fantastic blend of a traditional pub atmosphere with an unbeatable beach view! They also have a solid happy hour menu, quality Guinness, extensive whisky selection and serviceable bar food. To make matters better, the bartender was friendly and professional.

I don't know who he was but don't touch other people's game . I didn't say anything and then we decided to just sit at the bar . They were playing musical Bingo what fun . We decided not to play since they were in the middle of it . We have played there before it's fun. we were at the bar and a cockroach comes running down the bar and I moved just in time. I told the bartender but he just said put a bad review on yelp . Over all I used to love this place but it has gone way down and to pay $10.00 to an attendant for parking and no one is even there is ridiculous. Beers were $6.00 . And don't forget the cockroach for the win. I have mixed feelings .. because it could be a great . Maybe get an exterminator.

Our…read moreserver, Tara, was particularly noteworthy for her exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and affable demeanor. These qualities set a high standard for the overall dining experience. While the pricing at 21 Main may be comparable to that of a fine dining restaurant in New York City, it is important to consider that it is one of the few establishments in Myrtle Beach that offers such an experience. This distinction helps to mitigate the high cost. We began our meal with a shared tuna tower, which was of excellent quality. It was evident that the fish used was sushi grade, fresh, and delectable. We also shared a side of broccolini, which was enjoyable but not exceptional. I opted for the Chilean sea bass, which is consistently excellent. Although I am not a fan of Beurre blanc, I was offered compounded garlic butter as an alternative. However, upon reviewing the bill, we discovered an unexpected upcharge. In my opinion, 21 Main should reconsider this practice, especially considering that the ingredients are not significantly different. My husband had the NY strip steak, which was satisfactory, but it was not served at the requested medium-rare temperature. Instead, it was closer to medium. A steakhouse, particularly of this caliber, should not make such an error. The meal concluded with an espresso, which was excellent and served piping hot. Despite the occasional shortcomings, 21 Main remains a favorite dining destination. I hope that the owners will take the time to read this review and consider the feedback provided.
