After seeing FlyRyde's work on a couple of friends cars, I knew I wanted something done. Being a girl and relativity new to the 'scene', Chris really took the time to explain things to me. Being indecisive really sucks but he really let me know what was going to work the best. After some back and forth (and me finally making up my mind), I booked a date to drive out. When I pulled up, Chris came out and let me know exactly where to park and was more than accommodating. He even pulled out some chairs so I could sit and watch him work. I felt kind of weird hovering and asking questions, but he was more than helpful and explained what he was doing. A few hours and an oven later, I'm now driving with the best lights around. I work on Sunset Blvd and people driving lambo's are asking where I got my lights done. Thanks Chris and the FlyRyde crew! I'm definitely referring people to you.

This was my first and last visit to this shop. Holy cow, this place is SO poorly managed…read more Went in yesterday to get a battery that the app said was in stock (the platinum one with a 4 year warranty). I pull up and one of the workers checks the size and says that they don't have any in stock, but that they could do the one with the 3 year warranty. I agreed and dropped off my car. About 30 mins later I go back to get an update and my car hasn't been touched yet. A different associate comes up and tells me that they're out of the 3 year warranty batteries, but the best they could do is the "better" one with only a 2 year warranty. I should have walked away at this point and gone elsewhere, but my wife was planning on taking our kids to an outdoor event the next day and we didn't want to risk them getting stranded, so I agreed. The associate confirmed the price of $109 and change. I finally get the notice that our car is done and get the invoice where the battery is incorrectly priced at $113. A different sales associate had to go verify the price and reluctantly said that he'd honor the price. Also, every time I had to go in to deal with an associate there was either no one working at the desk or there was only one person working at the register, dealing with a customer issue, while the line trailed behind him and no one coming for backup. We have two cars that will be needing routine services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) but if this is how they operate on a simple battery install (over 2 1/2 hours in-store and poor communication on stock, and poor cashier support), I'll be going elsewhere to get my cars maintained.

Unfortunately, every single time I show up, there is always some excuse as to why they "cannot" sell the vehicle without mandatory add-ons such as a $995 ceramic coating, Apex security system, extended warranty, and other unnecessary extras I specifically stated I did not want. This has been a constant issue with this dealership -- high-pressure sales tactics and forcing add-ons onto customers. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. In California, it is illegal for a dealership to deceptively claim that non-factory add-ons are "mandatory" or required in order to purchase a vehicle. Consumers should be aware of these practices before wasting their time. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting nearly 5 years later for them to install the "security system" they charged me approximately $1,500 for on a previous purchase. Every time I follow up, I get the same runaround about bringing paperwork back in, despite the same salesman continuing to contact me and pretend we're friends whenever they want another sale. At this point, I will no longer do business with this dealership and highly recommend others proceed with caution. Very shady business practices and zero accountability. Don't go to this dealership. Save your time and money by visiting Orel Hersheiser Chevrolet in Chino. They will make you an out of the park deal without the headache. And to add to all of this of course somebody responds like an automated bot with a phone number that is not in service. This cracks me up. It's pathetic how this dealer ship operates.
