I told them that these screens are faulty and never hold up under any conditions. I just want this issue to be reported, so that customers are aware this shop is offering second-hand or low-quality repairs. Called around plenty of repair shops nearing Ventura BLVD for a MacBook keyboard repair. The…read morebacklight on my keyboard died out and it's seen better days. Called ACS, explained to them my situation and they told me to come in right away to inspect the keyboard, I came about 20 minutes later and they told me that the keyboard has to be replaced and they could do the replacement today. I was quoted a very fair price compared to all the other businesses that I had called earlier, and after one hour I was called to come pick up my laptop with it's new keyboard and backlight. I have to say that it's very rare for repair shops to do the same-day repairs but I think there's something special about this place. I appreciate the service and the cooperation from ACS and I will recommend this place to anybody who needs a replacement or repair done on a computer. AS OF 8/10/25 WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED OUR COMPUTER AND AS OF 7/30/25 HE HAS NOT COMMUNICATED WITH US OR RETURNED ANY TEXT messages, calls , voicemails. After we placed our computer order on 6/5/25 the communication was very very poor and he would not communicate unless we reached out. Most of the time it took days to respond. Constantly giving excuses as to why he has not fulfilled my order. First excuse he gave me on 6/24/25 sorry I was on a short vacation 2nd excuse he gave on 6/25/25 "Hello, sorry for the late message. Got caught with the flu. I've recieved most of the parts and will still building it soon". Exact quote I copied and pasted 3rd excuse here gave on 7/16/25 "Hi ***, I just had an issue with the graphics card but Im hoping to have everything resolved and ready for pick up this weekend" Then ignored messages on 7/19/25, and 7/24/25. Then at this point he convinces us to upgrade to a higher video card which we agree. Then on 7/25 says this "I will let you know. I have to visit my distributor in person for these cards tomorrow morning. I'm also picking up parts so it works out. I will keep you updated" Then ignores messages on 7/28/25, 7/29/25. He finally responds later on 7/29/25 and says "Also, I apologize as I did arrive late last weekend in an effort to get the 5090 as it was a birthday weekend so I did not have much time" At this point he says my business number is having troubles so contact my cell number. So mind you this is almost 2 months later and I'm thinking maybe this guy is super busy and really backed up with work. At which I have a phone conversation with him and say many times hey it's ok just communicate with us and answer messages and we will understand. So now I have his real cell phone number I'm thinking I'll really get somewhere with my order. 7/29/25 I text his real cell number and ask him for an update. I ask him how long will it take to get the upgraded computer part ( video card ). He has believing at this point the computer is already built and ready to go waiting for video card. He responds to my message on 7/29/25 by saying "Thank you. I go to Tustin every weekend for parts for computer builds so hopefully this Saturday" THIS IS THE LAST I HEARD FROM LOUIS ON 7/29/25 HE IGNORES MY MESSAGES ON 8/1/25 8/2/25 8/4/25 8/5/25 8/6/25 8/7/25 8/8/25 After a week of being ignored my patience has run out. Want to give 0 stars but can't. Don't be fooled by some of the other reviews here; some are fakes…read more Went in to buy a charging cord. Got charged $10. Cord wouldn't work with my phone. Would not charge. Came back a few days later and the guy threw the cord in the trash, gave me a new one and said this was he guarantees will work. OK that's cool. Go home and this one shows charging on my office but after charging all night only moved up to 10% charged. Called my phone company and they said they would send me a charger. Great Go back here to get a refund and the guy at counter said he won't refund me. Started being real disrespectful and trying to bs me with cell phone lingo. When I wouldn't fall for it he started yelling at me and started waving bye to me. This made me angry and I really wanted to teach the young kid a lesson. I left and told him I would write about my experience on yelp. He said he doesn't give a f and that he would make more reviews from his friends to counteract my bad one. Hmmm shady. Anyway don't come here unless you like to get swindled. I even left my cord that I paid for there and told him to keep it as I have no use for it. They can sell it to some other poor sap.
