I've been looking for a new nail tech for a couple of months and found this place through YELP. It just opened so I said I'd give it a shot. I called this morning a little after 9am and was able to get an appointment for 10am. I don't live too far so it was perfect. I spoke to Vin on the phone who was very professional. When I arrived I was greeted, shown samples of nail color options and was shown a seat. I was asked if I wanted a bottle of water and was told I would be help in 5mins. Vic came back in a timely fashion and started soaking off my old gel polish. We spoke a bit about my nail preferences, my likes and dislikes etc. He listened, was understanding and NOT offended! He made suggestions based on my likes and I was very pleased by his response to me. Sometimes people in the beauty field believe that they know it all and apply the same knowledge to every client when we are all different. They make it hard to express what it is YOU like. Vin completely understood and even said "everyone is different and has their own preferences!" I was like EXACTLY!!! So Vic then passed me off to Emma to do my manicure. I was like NOOOOO!!! I like Vic but I said nothing and let Emma start my gel manicure. Vic told me that he briefed Emma on my preferences. Emma was very pleasant and did an outstanding job. We were seated next to her husband who was had a client as well. I didn't get her husband's name but he too was great. Funny guy and his client expressed her satisfaction with him as well. She stated that she came there for the first time 3 weeks ago and when I looked at her 3 week old manicure I really thought that they were just done! They were still PERFECT! We all talked for the duration of my manicure and it was a great Saturday morning at FNF Nail Salon. Now the true test will be to see how this manicure lasts past 3-4weeks. I'm not sure why I keep coming back to this place. I usually come because their prices are good but twice I have come out with bloody cuticles because the lady who did them was very aggressive. This time I got dip and I sat down with the manager who started to file my nails and he filed three nails before switching me off to another woman. The three nails he did stayed long because he didn't over file like I I asked. The woman who I was handed off to filed the rest of my nails down very very short. She was also very rude and was pushing my hands with the nail polish to move my fingers. Also, they never soaked my nails to clean them nor did the get the dirt from underneath my nails. I told the manager at the end that the ones he did were noticeable longer. He took my fingernails to compare and said that the nails he did were on fatter fingers.... And that's why it looked longer... it just showed me they don't really care about feedback although he did offer to reshape them but that would've just made them shorter. I gave FNF 4 stars back in 2019 and have been going there ever since. I needed a gel manicure and pedicure but my usual tech, Lindsay was booked, I decided to go in any way.... I did not get the name of the tech who did my nails, but that was the quickest, sloppiest gel manicure I ever got, all of my nails were filed unevenly, when I pointed it out she pretended not to hear, after repeating myself about 4 times, she went over the nails again with the file, barely touching them and asked if that was ok, at that point I just gave up, she was all done in 20 minutes, no exaggeration, I left without getting the pedicure as I did not want to waste any more money on sloppy work. I am not at all picky but I would think you would make an effort to keep your faithful customers. read more

I visited this store because of the reviews. I was visiting from Colorado and going on a cruise. My dip manicure didn't even last two days before the first nail broke. A few hours later another nail broke then another. After a week another nail. I requested a ombré design on 4 of my nails and a simple design to make it look like waves. They told me it would be no issue. Then he couldn't do the ombré I wanted which was 3 colors white and then two shades of blue. I've done this at many other salons with no issue. So I settled for just the blue ombré. Then he didn't even cover my nail with the dip powder so I had missing color on the edges. I told him it's okay if he covers it with the white to make it look like a wave. He didn't so the missing spot was still visible. Then he decided to just cover it up with gel glitter top coat which turned to a brownish hue with glitter. He also was very rough when he was filing my nail down. I felt burning on my natural nails which is never a good thing. That's when they don't know how to do there job. I should have known then and left. The shape was wrong and by the time he asked me if it was okay he shaved half of the sides off so he couldn't even fix it. In total I paid 50 for the nails and I told them I needed a refund they said that was okay. They then only refunded me 40 so I'll pass the message along to all my friends who are locals to never step foot into this salon. Also they don't tell you that you can't tip on the card until after you run the card. I had to go to Aldi to get cash back to give tips because they only want cash. Terrible service I'll never be back. read more

The most unprofessional nail salon in all of South Florida. Come in for a nail visit, they say wait is 15 minutes, 30 minutes later we ask for an update and the wait is an extra 10 minutes. At this point he says he's not sure if he can get it done at all and the original 15 min estimate and 10 min additional estimate was not accurate. This is all on a Sunday morning where their are only 6 other customers in the salon (not that busy). Total inaccurate estimate, completely unapologetic, waited 40 min and walked out. Booked my appointment this morning, and had asked for a pedicure. Had specifically asked for a nail tech who did good pedicure work. Prior before, I had a bad experience with this old women (who still works there) who was a nail tech. She had simply not kept tidy nor follow guidelines on making sure that each tool and cleaning was cleaned. Nor did she change her gloves. The first time she had used no gloves towards the end of my pedicure for the polish and etc. Yet again, I specifically asked to not have this tech. I asked kindly twice and they still gave me this nail tech. Even the owner knew Honestly, I wouldn't recommend service and it's a waste of time. Nothing is on time and there is no listening to clients concerns. Find a different nail shop and not this one. read more

Horrible visit with Hanna. It all started when she started to paint my toes. She didn't file the nails correctly, so the polish was sticking out at some spots. And then when I pointed this out, she was clearly upset and she started doing the " face ". And then she began to toughen me up: like she would squeeze my foot painfully and when she filled my toenails, she would be really rough, going for the cuticle. And she had to redo a couple of toenails, which clearly got her super upset!!! And it didn't stop there, next was my manicure: While she was doing my toenails, she filled my nails. She asked me if it was ok? They were uneven!!!!!!! And it didn't stop there: She made the water steaming hot and told me to put my hands there. I couldn't, it was steaming hot. She made the sound again. And believe it or not my nails still have some rough stops from not cutting the cuticle enough!!! Absolutely horrible experience!!
