It's on the bottom floor of an Amazon building so if you go during the week, expect a long line at lunch time and hoards of busy tech professionals. Post 1pm things open up. Parking is terrible because it is shared with employees. I must have looped down 7 floors. $15 for 2 hours.... Park elsewhere if you go. It's sushi by the pound so expect a cafeteria style line. You pick up your container, your tray, order your sushi and you're done. It's a very efficient operation and the sushi quality and variety is quite good. All of the fish and the tobiko were delicious and very fresh tasting, though the texture of the ahi sashimi and albacore nigiri made it clear the fish had been frozen and thawed. The fish looked incredibly fresh and yes, yellowtail is available for poke (which immediately earned points with me). We ordered one regular and one large poke bowl, both with yellowtail only because that's our vibe. I chose spring mix as my base with FOB's ponzu-based sauce and a light drizzle of spicy mayo. Our poke bowls were thoughtfully assembled. Then we headed to the nigiri side and selected 14 pieces -- tuna, yellowtail, scallop, and eel. The nigiri were vibrant and beautifully prepared. By the time we reached the cashier with our nigiri box, our poke bowls were already waiting there for us. The entire flow felt efficient with zero chaos. The dining area was full, so we took everything back to the hotel and wow. The fish was buttery, fresh, and truly melt-in-your-mouth. Every bite tasted clean and high quality. Previously, there had been a health issue from an influencer's video, and at the time I wasn't in a position to take any risks. We came in on a Thursday evening, and there were tons of people dining in the outdoor seating area--which was new, because when the place only served poke, it was usually empty. There were only two guys ordering sushi rolls when we arrived, so it was fairly quiet. We grabbed a larger box to share and filled it with a variety of rolls and some nigiri. The price was $14.99 per pound, and our total came to $43.61. we skipped some, but I think we grabbed more than 2/3 of the rolls/nigiris there. We didn't take any extras, but there were utensils and condiments by the door. Since the rolls are huge, we only took one of each and cut them in half to share. The food was delicious overall, though many of the rolls were fairly similar and used the same sauce. I especially enjoyed the yellowtail and squid nigiri more than the rest. Overall, it's a solid option for sushi, and we actually like it better than Kura Sushi or the sushi trays from T&T. After we finished ordering, a lot of families with kids came in and a line quickly formed. Timing definitely matters here, or you might end up waiting for a while. read more

This area is in downtown Bellevue so very hard to find parking (there is an unloading zone across the street that people seem to stop by to grab quick orders though). They have a good variety of rolls and nigiri and always seem to be switching them out for fresher sushi plates. You get different sized boxes to fill the sushi with and you pay by the pound here. I can never tell if I should grab a drink from the fridge first or grab it as I pay, but you can always opt to just get water from their dispenser which is free. Seating is a bit sparse, but there are tables and seats in the lobby area of the building. Also still pretty limited, so you may need to be a bit creative on making a spot for yourself to eat out. Wasabi and utensils are provided where the water dispenser is, so most of that stuff you can hep yourself to. Quality is obviously above most all you can eat spots (arguably equal to some), though they pack on the rice and sodium. Also offering torched sushi (aburi style) is a nice touch, as not many spots around here offer it. It's nice that they're constantly restocking and refilling pieces that get taken but it can be annoying. Hard to strike the balance when the shop is busy, but when it's less busy, there's an opportunity to restock areas where customers aren't trying to grab sushi. I will say, there are thick cuts of tuna tartare at the end of the line with no rice. Then again, it's at the end, so boxes are close to full if not full. It's smart because I would've been inclined to fill most of my box with that tuna. Only tried one piece and while overly salty, the tuna was meaty and had good taste. read more

The food is great as always and they rotate the food every four hours for fresh sushi. They also label which ones are cooked if that's your preference.
