Truely was hoping to get a good breakfast but it was not. Ordered the vegetable omelett with cheese. The the veggies were cooked first and then added making them super soft and mushy---no crunch left. There were very little mushrroms slices and the tomatoes were very small like petite diced and also were mushy. No fresh taste at all. The egg itself was over cooked and dry. The toast was good but a little on the burnt side. The only thing I would reorder from this meal is the coffee. There also was so little cheese in the omelett that I could barely taste it in only a coulple of bites. read more

So SO So good! We stopped here for breakfast as we were staying at a nearby hotel. The service was wonderful & the food absolutely delicious! Our group tried a little bit of everything from the avocado naan to the pierogis and beignets! Our absolute favorite was the breakfast chimichanga! Too much food, so much flavor & great service! First and foremost, service at Focaccia's was impressive given how short-staffed they were. Cindy was really hustling and did a fantastic job. The food, however, left a bit to be desired. The deviled eggs were tasty, but had a bit of hard/crustiness on the yolks which was a little offputting, like they had been in a fridge for some time. Because of road work and the closure of nearby offices, Focaccia's may appear closed as you approach, but it is open and definitely worth going out of your way for. Service is warm, friendly, and professional, The restaurant is clean and comfortable; workers are following all COVID-19 protocols. Great spot for a lunch downtown! Busy, but quick friendly service. Casual setting. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of loaded tater tots. Portions were perfect, not too much that you feel over full, but also not leaving hungry. Spicy chicken had just enough spice. My friends and I came in to celebrate a birthday earlier this afternoon and we were placed with another group also celebrating a birthday. The staff assumed that we were all together and seated us together. We could have said something but we did not because we assumed that another person in our group invited extra people. We also didn't bring it up at the table to avoid embarrassment. However, we found out that was not the case afterwards when we realized that no one knew the other group seated with us. I called to speak to a manager afterwards and he quickly and rudely dismissed it that they just assumed we were together. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to ask if parties are together rather than assuming. read more

I work in downtown Toledo and I was searching for a deli and this spot popped up...I started reading the menu and after about 2 minutes I knew I had to try it out...went there at lunch and it was packed, which to me, is a good sign. Home run this week with 2 amazing specials!!! The Nashville Hot chicken sandwich was extra crispy, just the right amount of hot, and paired perfectly with that sweet slaw. Don't get me started on the meatball & Italian sausage calzone! Please bring these 2 back again or put them on your permanent menu???? The muffins are so good, but do yourself a favor and get there early before the Pistachio muffin sells out. It's. So. Yummy and moist. I also want to commend your staff. BEWARE: They catfish their pictures! I ordered a General Tso Chicken because the picture on their Facebook looked AMAZING! When I got my food it looked nothing like the pic. Huge fan of Focaccia's as I've been going there for about seven years every couple of weeks for lunch. The service is normally very fast, but sometimes it has been a little slow. Food has always been good and I don't think we have ever had an issue with it, other than maybe getting cold soup once. Highly recommend for lunch if you are in the area. read more

I was in the area for a meeting and I needed a quick bite to eat. I got the liver sandwich. A lot of sandwich places call themselves Delis, but almost never carry liver. Well, this place does! I was a bit disappointed that the liver was a bit too watery, but it was tasty. Throw in some of home made chips and it was a good meal. Too bad I had to eat everything in under five minutes. I barely had time to enjoy the taste before I had to wash it down with some water and chew on some gum before the meeting. Liver breath does not help you make good first impressions. read more

Working downtown last week, a friend and I decided to give Focaccia's Deli a try. We arrived toward the end of the lunch rush, and even though the restaurant was very busy, we were seated at a table quite quickly. Shortly afterward, our waitress introduced herself, asked if we had any questions about the menu, and took our drink orders. Being our first time there, we had a few questions about various menu items, but our waitress patiently answered all of them. I ended up selecting the Busia's Blue Plate, which with my soda, came to $10.58 before tax, which felt pretty reasonable for lunch downtown. While waiting on our orders, we took in the ambiance of the restaurant, which gave that cheerfully inoffensive 'hotel lobby' vibe. For as busy as the restaurant was, we were surprised at how quickly our food arrived. Busia's Blue Plate was made up of a very large and tasty stuffed cabbage role, an excellent potato latke, and two very good pierogis. I was very happy with both the portion size and especially with the great flavours! Additionally we were very pleased that our waitress brought us several drink refills. Overall I rate Focaccia's Deli as being Very Good, and will definitely come back again! read more

Great place to check out while visiting the Imagination Station. Quick service and a bright, large dining room. Looks very popular with the office lunch crowd. The lunch was good, but not outstanding. Overall a good solid choice and definitely a better choice than the museum cafe. read more

Great place to go. They were about fifteen minutes from closing and still invited us in. The food and service were great.

We love coming to breakfast here! Today was definitely a different experience. We were seated in the lobby outside where we were the only table out there for about 15 minutes. There were multiple tables open in the restaurant. While I understand you always seat people in different sections to prevent one waitress getting slammed at once, perhaps filling the restaurant before seating someone outside the restaurant might be a better option. There was music and a much more pleasant atmosphere inside and we kind of felt like we were the outsiders looking in.The table we sat at had been brought in from outside and the chair was missing a board on the armrest that snagged one of our shirts. When we asked to speak to the manager, he acted as if he was annoyed by having to come talk to us and told us while we weren't seated there intentionally, we should have just asked if we wanted to sit somewhere else. He walked away before we could even address the problem with our chair. The food was decent and our waitress was great and very attentive. As we were leaving, they did at least get some music outside and seat one other table out there. Based on our experience with the manager, I probably wouldn't come back. read more
