This is our second time we've been here but this time its getting worst. The service is really bad that we did not even enjoy the all you can eat experience. There are few people roaming around to give you the meat. They are not even aware that they have never been in our table and they have been in the same other table for 3x now and there is like a good 20-30minutes that no one even came to us. Even though we told the other server that we haven't been serve for a while they just told us that they are rotating and they will come soon on our table. Its such a disappointing experience since we celebrated the birthday of our friend. So, it is not really worth the pay of all you can eat since you cannot even try all the meat hope they improve it for the better. Will not come here again maybe.

We come here regularly for happy hour, and the food is always delicious. Today, I went with the Picancha bugger which both delicious and filling. Also had the the Saucy Legs. If you like a bit of spice you love these! They are not too hot. For cocktails they are always fantastic. One thing to be be careful of is to stick to the happy hour menu for pricing. One time Iis ordered a house old-fashioned happy hour, but it was a full price. Bar service is excellent. The food service was off a bit. For example, ordered extra catchup and chimichurri sauce but they never made it to the table. But I come back yes continue to come back. Food and drink s just too good!

Upon arrival to the Sacramento, Roseville location; entering into the restaurant was a complete vibe. Gorgeous environment. Very welcoming with staff greeting and saying hello. Once seated, our server Armando explained in detail how the food experience worked. Food was delicious. Armando, made serval great suggestions. The best suggestion was the dessert! The cheese cake was outstanding! Also, have to mention how amazingly cool hair Armando had! He made sure we were well taken care of. The ambiance was very nice. Great cultural music played in the background. Round chandeliers and a beautiful dark navy blue and black decor, with gold accents; very fitting. I give the experience five stars!

Absolutely beautiful resturant located in Roseville near a spectacular shopping center with amazing views! Both outdoor enclosed patio seating & quaint indoor seating- it offers both brunch, lunch & dining services for both casual lunches + special occasions! Came here this weekend to celebrate birthdays & it did not disappoint. At first I made reservations a few days in advance for the patio seating. A few things to note- the patio is enclosed & is beautiful but it is right next to a road- and had a makeshift tent wall- so noise is not blocked out completely if that matters. I would recommend making reservations a few days in advance if youre booking for a special occasion because the tables do fill up quickly- it is a popular resturant and can be busy in the weekends. I've been to a couple different Fogo locations. My favorite special is the market table & feijodora bar (salad bar) w/ one grilled selection or meat. My go to is the picanha. Its pretty reasonable especially at lunch & after the salad bar- you'll be pretty full. The indulgent churasco is a bit more expensive especially near dinner times & after the salad bars you'll be suprised how quickly you get full. They have an amazing salad bar with exotic fruits & veggies with soups and some charcuterie board appetizers. The picanha they serve is always amazing, served table side with the most accommodating staff. Since it was my birthday they also offered a birthday dessert- I got the tres leches & it was the best! Left so impressed. Wonderful friendly staff & amazing place.

I am not usually a big Foga De Chao person since I've had bad experiences in the Bay Area... however, the Roseville location changed that for me!!! It had me taking back every bad thing I've ever said. The food was amazing. We did the all you can eat with the cold bar. The service was great. Our waiter was the nicest young gentleman who comped me a dessert. I will be returning with friends. The only complaint I have is that the tables are a tight fit to fit more tables. So when people have to squeeze through, you have to make room on your table for their butt sometimes.

I went in for my birthday. Lunch. Service was excellent. Drinks always filled before I finished it. Check up was there never overstayed. The salad bar, or what you'd call it, was INCREDIBLE. The selection was huge and the flavors were varied. Shoutouts to The candied bacon , their chicken salad, and I went in on their sauces. But from the notable not one things felt underappreciated. The true spotlight, the meats. They were good. I loved the bacon wrapped steak, the garlic steak, and the bacon wrapped chicken. The other slices felt more less tasted the same. Were they good compliments to the items I got from the salad bar? Actually yes. Would I go back for the meats? I think my next visit would be salad bar only. The inside is beautiful, clean, and refreshed from spots that seem to have collected age.

I was very impressed by this establishment after visiting twice, once with my sister and second with the rest of my family. The ambiance was dark and classy modern with plenty of seating and lighting to not overwhelming for the experience. Both times we did the full churrasco experience. With my sister's visit we did the indulgence selection that had added sides such as the bone marrow and lobster with dessert. We also made our money's worth the market table with a variety of fresh sides and parings for the meats that were served. The service overall the second time was better than the first experience with my sister's. During our first visit the servers didnt really check up on us during our visit and they had switched out on us without letting us know of the change so we had to flag down someone before realizing that person was our acting server. The second time with the rest of my family the servers we very attentive and also ready to ask what we need. Mind you, both times were on Sundays during peak hours. The meats were so delicious and well seasoned, some cuts at some point were still moo'ing but they gauchos were more than welcome to have a cut at our desired temp. This will be my go- to for some meats.

We dined here on a family friend's recommendation to celebrate my brother's birthday. The ambience is warm, elegant, and inviting--ideal for a special occasion or an intimate evening. We began with the chilled lobster and shrimp, which made for a pleasant start to the meal. For our main courses, we selected a seafood (pan-seared salmon) entrée, a lamb entrée accompanied by the market selections, and the Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye. The market buffet offered a thoughtfully curated selection of salads, rice, and cheeses. The Tomahawk was the highlight of the evening, presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. The lobster tail, however, was slightly overcooked, resulting in firmer meat, and one of the shells was notably difficult to open. Service was attentive upon our arrival, as we dined prior to the evening rush. Unfortunately, once the restaurant became busier, our dedicated server did not return to check on our table, and the level of service became inconsistent despite brief check-ins from other staff members. We had also mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and were informed a complimentary dessert would be provided, but it was ultimately overlooked. Overall, the cuisine and ambience were enjoyable and well executed. That said, for a restaurant positioned at this price point, service consistency and follow-through--particularly during a celebratory occasion--are areas that could be improved.

    What's the dress code like?

None , No dress code. But don't go in looking like homeless 😭

Does Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Roseville have a family style or gender neutral bathroom?

Not that I saw. I used the ladies room and saw a men's room. Telerific has a combined bathroom.

Is bar seating first come first served?

Yes it is open seating- could wait there while you have a reservation to be sat at your actual table.

The menu on their website, for both lunch and dinner are identical, but there's a big price difference. What is the difference?

The only difference is the price. You get the same cuts of meat at lunch as you do at dinner. It's just the time of day that's different.

Is any of the meat halal?

No it's Brazilian ??? Figo de chai Brazilian!

Do you have a kids menu?

No they don't. They ask your kid their age and if 12 or under it's half price.

Do you guys allow toddler to dine in?

Yes, very big family oriented place

You first go to the salad bar, which is a meal in itself, and a delicious one. I would not be exaggerating to refer to every item in it as a delicacy - and it's all you can eat! But you don't want to eat too much of it, because what comes next is better. Waiters start coming to your table with skewers of meat - chicken, pork, and beef - lots of beef -that have just come from a rotisserie in the kitchen. They cut off slices for you, and they keep cutting them off until you tell them to stop. And they have sixteen different kinds of meat so a different waiter shows up at your table every couple of minutes with a different skewer. I have never said this about a restaurant before, but everything I ate was delicious. Not just good, but roll your eyes up in your head and moan out loud good. And the service was fantastic. Most of the inside seating was full, only 2 tables for 2 were available (were were a party of 3), but a nice lady (might be the owner's daughter) with 2 small children got up and came up to me to let me know she was getting ready to leave soon. She moved all their stuff and the 2 children to one of the small tables so the bigger table could be cleaned for us. They were a little short handed that day (owner said someone called in sick), so just the owner and cook were working. Bother owner and the cook worked fast to clean the table so we could be seated. More people came in after us and sat in their outdoor seating (a little chilly to sit outside that day). The owner did a great job serving all the customers by himself. The cook would help deliver the cooked food as well and help with customers if he wasn't cooking. The owner was apologetic about the slower service, but in actuality, it wasn't bad. As for the food, we ordered our usual, the Picanha Steak Platter (feeds 2-4 people) which is our favorite and over the best deal. Unfortunately in the past 2 years the price has gone up by about $20 (currently $70.99), but is still a great deal for 5 steaks on a sizzling platter (cooked to the doneness you want), rice and beans. There were six of us, so we decided to order a few items from the larger-serving menu to share everything family style among us. Here is what we ordered (prices all as of June 2026): Picanha Steak Platter (served with White Rice, Black Beans, Farofa, Vinaigrette, and Chimichurri Sauce) $69.99: This was delicious and came with about five pieces of steak. What I liked most was that some of the fat was still attached to the meat, which added a ton of flavor. The White Rice was fluffy yet firm, with a subtle citrusy lime flavor that was really refreshing. The Black Beans were also tasty and savory from the sausage mixed in. Chef Special (Sliced Picanha) (served with White Rice and French Fries) $48.00: This was basically a "sliced" version of the other Picanha platter we ordered. The meat seemed leaner though, since I didn't notice any fatty pieces. Both dishes were good, and it really comes down to your personal preference on whether you enjoy a fattier cut or a leaner one. Ribeye Platter (served with White Rice, Black Beans, and Fried Polenta) $74.99: This was also very good, but several of us thought the Picanha had more flavor, so we ended up preferring that to this Ribeye. The service was pretty good, and the food presentation on hot plates was excellent. One thing to note is that the restaurant felt a bit stuffy from all the smoke coming off the hot plates, so just be aware of that as you may leave the restaurant smelling like grilled steak. There was also an additional 5% charge for credit card payments that they failed to mention until I noticed it on the bill and inquired about it. I would've much appreciated it if they had been more upfront and transparent about this fee instead of leaving us wonder and discover on our own this "supplement charge".
