Plenty of complimentary parking and a convenient location just a few minutes off the Strip. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, making it a great choice for families and larger groups. During this visit, we were a party of eight. They have a wide variety of salads, cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, and Brazilian side dishes. We visited toward the end of the lunch service, so the salad bar wasn't quite as fresh or fully stocked as it could have been, but there were still plenty of options. The fruit was very fresh! The continuous tableside meat service is the highlight. Favorites included the picanha (top sirloin), filet mignon, ribeye, beef ribs, lamb chops, bacon-wrapped steak, bacon-wrapped chicken, pork, and the delicious pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread). The gauchos were attentive, really friendly, and kept the selections coming without feeling rushed. Overall, it's a great value for the price, especially during lunch, and a fantastic alternative to other options.

5/5 My wife Sabrina and I stopped in for an impromptu date night after our experience at the newly opened Strip location had a few growing pains. Wow, did this visit deliver. We've been to Fogo de Chão more than 20 times over the years, and this Flamingo location just keeps getting better after the remodel. This was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. The service was exceptional. Every team member worked together seamlessly and made us feel genuinely cared for. Management was engaged and on top of everything. Special thanks to Amanda and Catalina, who were tremendous. The food was phenomenal. Nearly every cut came by our table and every one was delicious. The Market Table was fresh, fully stocked, and high quality. The sides were excellent too. We pretty much ate everything in sight. Despite being packed on a Saturday night, the restaurant felt spacious, clean, and well organized. We were seated within minutes of our reservation time. Outstanding experience. We can't wait to come back! Thank you, Howard Hughes Fogo team!

This was my first time at Fogo de chao. It was an amazing experience. I tried so many cuts of steak along with lamb and chicken. Everything was delicious. Liz was our server and she was amazing. There were these delicious cucumber mint drinks they had for happy hour that I just could not get enough of them. I think I had 4 or 5. They were literally the best cucumber drink I've ever had. There is also a unique salad bar in the middle of the restaurant with so much good stuff to pick from . It's hard to choose without filling yourself up before you wait for the meats to come around. It was a great experience and a birthday well spent.

I've been to other Fogo de Chao before, first time in Las Vegas! Went with a party for a bachelor party. Got reservations on a Friday with no delay. They have a bar for drinks while you wait for your seat, they were delicious! Didn't take many pictures of the main course since it was fast paced and we were all having fun. Everybody got the AYCE option, no issues. Food all came around fast and on request in a packed house. They even gave us a complimentary dessert for the celebration! Out of all the AYCE places I've been to, this was a top experience. Definitely recommend, will probably be back here next time I'm in town.

We had the most amazing gentleman, Alberto, help us while we ate at this beautiful restaurant. He was so kind and helpful. It was a special night for us as we celebrated our son's 18th birthday and celebrated his graduation and him becoming the valedictorian. Alberto went above and beyond and made the night so special for us. He was so kind to ask if there was any item that we were hoping to try that had not come by the table and he was quick to send them our way. He also followed up to ensure the items came by. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious, but we will remember Alberto and his kindness above all else. Thank you for your wonderful service.

The meats were hit or miss. Some were good, others not so much. Too fatty. Some dry. The place was nice. Kind of cold and loud. The service took longer than I think it should have but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't that bad. It was my first time comb g here and it's my last unless someone offers and I'm starving.

We made a reservation on a Saturday night but they sat us on the corner of what it seemed to be the colored section. Then the table was wobbly so we brought that to the restaurant's attention so they moved us to a more center location. Then the chimichurri sauce and the truffle butter came to our table so late that they had no purpose. We were going to dip the meat into them but we were full already. We had already eaten the meat without them. Our server was nonexistent and only checked on us twice. On the first occasion we had to remind her of the chimichurri sauce and the truffle butter. We saw another guest get hurt by one of the employees and that became the topic of our conversation. The men's bathroom had a line due to that incident. Overall, I would not return to this location and prefer the Fashion Show location.

Went to celebrate my birthday with friends & had a wonderful time. Staff was excellent and it was decorated beautifully inside. I got the Passionate Caipirinha cocktail, Pan Seared Salmon, and for dessert the Chocolate Brigadeiro cake. Cocktail was good. Salmon was incredible. The cake was rich but delicious. Definitely would go back!

Food was delish. First time here with my fam. Ambience is awesome, we're taken care of properly. DRES was the one who took our orders for the drinks, he asked if there's a special occasion today and I said it's my birthday. He said they're bring something but I have to pretend I didn't know. Well that's the last time we saw him ‍. Service and food was superb. Time to pay, told one of the guys who wears a blue long sleeve shirt that I got a 25 off for my BIRTHDAY.... that guy didn't catch it either about the bday sweet smh Oh well

I dined here for my boyfriend's birthday and it was a good experience. We were greeted when we walked in, and because we picked an earlier dinner time we had no trouble finding a place to park ourselves so we did not need to valet. The inside looks beautiful, clean, and professional. The service was generally good, but they were slow on re-checking our table to see if we needed more water/drinks. So, unfortunately, I did find myself craving water most of the evening and having to wait sometimes 15 minutes to order more bottles of water for the table. However, the servers with the meat were very attentive! And they even came back to our table with a fresh cut if they ran out while serving our party. The flavor of the meats was amazing. The mixed cocktails also amazing - but not the espresso martini. Turns out, the m espresso liqueur was not a good kind, according to our party member who had ordered it. So I would recommend if you love espresso martini to not order it here and instead get something else. But I had a flavorful fruity rum mixed spritzer which was delightful. :) I had only one but could have easily ordered 3 haha. We left after their dinner rush started and noticed that even the meat servers came around to us less once their rush started. So I recommend if you want their highest level of service to pick an earlier dinner time and then the meat servers will swam your table with the delicious cuts. :) I also recommend dining earlier if you want a more quiet experience too. Once it fills up, it does get a lot louder inside. Would visit again!

First time here and I think I've found my new favorite Brazilian AYCE steakhouse. Fogo de Chao sets itself apart from others like Texas de Brazil and Rodizio Grill in a few ways. One, meat quality was amazing. Two the experience! I saw several carts going around Fogo de Chao: one of cocktails, one for upgraded meats, etc. My friend ordered an upgraded wagyu meat and it came on a salt block to be freshly cooked! I've never seen that before! The server also taught us a trick to marinate the meat with chimichurri while it cooked on the block. Overall meal was delicious. I'd definitely come here again. Knocking down 1 star because of how crowded this place was. There was a line from the entrance just to get inside. Then a line at the salad bar. Also just walking to and fro salad bar to our table, walkways were very narrow and difficult to maneuver especially with hands full.

I love Fogo de Chão Brazilian and always come for the bar bites and happy hour drinks. I'm not one for the endless meat experience, so my review is just based on sitting in the bar area. We always get the burger with fries for $10. You really can't beat it. The burger is absolutely delicious and a huge portion. Sometimes we get the spicy legs too, which are a can't beat for $6, but usually the burger is enough. I also love their happy hour drink selection, and my go-to is the Malbec. It pairs perfectly with the burger. Where else can you get an all day happy hour that rocks !? I appreciate that they accommodate dietary restrictions. I don't do gluten, and they let me have the burger without the bun, plus their complimentary bread is gluten-free!!! It's so good Brazilian cheese bread yummm I always crave that. The bartenders have always been attentive, and we've brought several people here who all had a great time The location near the convention center is convenient so if you go during a big convention, know that reservations are a must and sometimes they won't be offering bar bites. We came during ConExpo and it was drinks only

Ask the Community - Fogo de Chão

Do they offer all you can eat?

    Yes

    How much AYCE for lunch?

I think it was around $65pp. It came to about $150 for two people. With drinks and tax

What time does the lunch menu end?

I believe it ends at 3pm.

Help I've never been here and I have been to Texas de Brazil, honestly which on is better and does this fog de chão have as good of a salad bar?

Honestly they are about the same, I think Fogo de Chao uses more quality meat. Salad bar is extensive with cold cuts, anti-pasta and so much more. Dinner has a larger selection of meat choices than lunch.

Can we accommodate for people who only eat meat well done? Bloody food is not tolerable for some guest. This is for the table side meat/ buffet/salad bar option.

yes! My mom only eats well done meat and our server was very accommodating and had her meat cooked more.

Is it all you can eat?

Yes !! So delicious. They have an all you can eat salad and cheese bar as well as the endless meats.

Can you order plain tap water?

Yes, but as you sit down they immediately try to to upsell you. I got charged $8.00 a bottle thinking it was tap water. So be careful. Be sure you hear what you are getting. They are sly!

Is it a place we get all you can eat?

Yes and the brunch special is $40

    Is there outdoor seating?

    No not that I remember

    Do they offer Lobster bisque?

    No they don't.

How much is the brunch? What does that include?

It's $43.95 which includes various delicious signature meat cuts and an exquisite open bar salad (shrimps, salmon, prosciutto, manchego cheese...)

How much is the dinner menu on a Wednesday night? And what is included in that price? (Soft drinks, dessert etc)

For the Churrasco dinner it's $60.95 which includes the market salad bar and Brazilian side dishes. Dessert and drinks not included.

Is the buffet back open for dinner? Was also there in late March and it was not.

Yes it sure is! It had recently re opened! They provide masks and gloves for you to use while you're selecting the wonderful items available!

Is the salad bar open to guests or will items be served?

Yes. The salad bar is open. I was there in late March and they had you sanitize your hands and put one glove on before serving yourself at the salad bar. Delicious!

    What time is consider "Lunch"?

    11am-3pm

Is someone cleaning the utensils at the salad bar after someone touches it?

It is not self served. The servers plate your choices for you

Are they open for dining? Also still the same concept? Do they serve you from the salad bar?

Yes we do open for dining lunch time 11:30am until 2pm dinner time 5pm until 10pm Monday until Thursday Friday Saturday 10:30pm and Sunday 9:30pm about the salad bar you can go to the salad bar but you have to wear a mask.

Is this restaurant kid friendly ? Any options kid friendly for kids ages 2 and 7?

We came with our daughter - she loved it, and there is a ton of food that any kid would like. Everyone can get whatever they want - there is no special kids menu. Little kids are free, 7 and older - 1/2 price.

Do you guys give military discounts?

nope, only veterans day. texas de brazil is 15% off everyday

Is there a dress code for this restaurant?

No there is no dress code. I was there when a European football team was their in their uniform shirts. I'd say it's semi- casual

The steaks were perfectly cooked medium at our request and salted the perfect amount. The butter was fantastic as well. His level of professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendliness made our dining experience unforgettable. Thank you so much for serving us Brian! When it comes to steakhouses in Vegas, the competition is quite fierce due to the options. However, Bavette's Steakhouse is the most highly recommended, as determined through my research (such as on Reddit), so I had decided to give it a try. The restaurant is located inside Park MGM. Upon walking in, I felt like I was transported to a much more cozy, private restaurant. The interior decor is beautiful. We had requested a booth was seated within 15 minutes- in a very spacious booth might I say. The menu was a lot to take in, not because of too many options but because we had wanted to order everything. Thanks to Brian, he was able to help us narrow down our choices for the starters and sides. He understood every dish and what is the most popular. We received our food in a timely manner and it was so delicious! We were even provided the finishing salt mix for our steaks, which I really appreciate as most places would just give you a salt/pepper shaker. The service provided here, by Brian and the rest of the staff, are superb. We ordered the sizzling shrimp scampi, smoked salmon caesar, traditional filet mignon, classic ribeye - Chicago cut, button mushrooms and buttery mashed potatoes. Everything was beautifully cooked and not a single negative I can think of. Unfortunately, I do not live in Vegas so I cannot become a regular here. However, I will definitely come back to this restaurant again every time I do visit!

I woke up to what really is a medium well steak. Not too dry and borderline a little red but it was moist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. Unfortunately they do t honor military discount.

This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.

We did not originally plan on having a big meal or making a special visit. We simply wanted to sit somewhere nice, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy a quiet moment together. But once we stepped inside Smith & Wollensky, everything felt much better than expected. Sometimes the best dining experiences are the ones you do not plan too much. This was definitely one of those pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had that classic American steakhouse feeling with warm lighting, sparkling glassware, and an elegant but comfortable setting. It felt upscale without being too formal, and it was the perfect place to sit with my mom and enjoy a relaxed conversation. We ordered champagne by the glass, and it was excellent. Sometimes champagne by the glass can feel a little flat or not cold enough, but this one was served very cold and the bubbles were still lively and fresh. The first sip was crisp, refreshing, and immediately made the moment feel special. My mom and I both really enjoyed it. The burrata cheese was absolutely delicious. It was soft, creamy, and fresh, with a rich but delicate flavor. When I cut into it, the texture was beautifully smooth, and the creaminess paired so well with everything else on the plate. I especially loved the fruit pairing. The brûléed orange and charred grapefruit added a bright, slightly sweet, and lightly bitter flavor that balanced the creamy burrata perfectly. The basil added freshness and brought the whole dish together. The ham served with the burrata was also excellent. Sometimes prosciutto or cured ham can be too salty and overpower the dish, but this one was not too salty at all. It had a nutty, savory flavor that went beautifully with the burrata. The creamy cheese, refreshing fruit, fresh basil, and savory ham were very well balanced. My favorite bite was with a little burrata on the crostini, some fruit, and a piece of the ham together. The crispy bread, creamy cheese, bright fruit, and savory ham all worked perfectly in one bite. We only came in for a glass of champagne, but this starter made the visit feel much more special. The service was also comfortable and professional. The staff was attentive without being overwhelming, and the pace felt relaxed. That kind of service makes a big difference, especially when you want to enjoy a nice moment without feeling rushed. This visit became a sweet memory with my mom. A cold glass of champagne with lively bubbles, delicious burrata, and ham that was savory but not too salty made the whole experience feel elegant and enjoyable. Sometimes a simple, unplanned stop turns into one of the best parts of the day. I would definitely come back again next time I am in the area. If you enjoy burrata cheese, I highly recommend this dish. We came in without high expectations, but left very impressed and very happy.

We also shared the bone-in ribeye, which had good flavor but was much tougher than I expected, with several bites that were difficult to chew. The creamed corn appetizer was excellent. It had a rich, sweet flavor and was one of the highlights. We also added a lobster tail, which paired well with the steak. Service was exceptional. The bartender seemed to be doing it all...from making drinks, serving guests, and somehow keeping everything running smoothly. He was friendly, attentive, and never looked overwhelmed.
