Took my sister here for her birthday because we love Fogo but not sure what was going on this time. We came for a lunch, there wasnt too many people so we were seated quickly. Meats came out slow, we were able to request specific cuts we wanted but a LOT of them came out overcooked. We would request it medium rare but they would still come out well done. The bread was too hard and crunchy instead of it being soft where I can rip. They did provide us a complimentary dessert for her birthday which was delicious but from ordering the dessert to getting the bill was another 35-40 min wait. read more

The restaurant is very nice-looking, but the seating was extremely crowded and not particularly comfortable. The waitstaff seemed friendly, but the service was inconsistent. At one point, we had to get the manager involved to make sure the various meats were being brought to the table, even though we had our coaster flipped to green. Another major issue that evening was the number of flies. There were so many that we were constantly swatting them away, and eventually it became bad enough that we had to move to another table. Overall, the experience was just okay. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't exceptional or something that would make me rush back. Based on my experience, I'm not sure how this location is receiving four-star ratings. For me, this is a solid two-star experience. read more

Let me start by saying the drinks were great and the grilled pineapple was amazing as usual. We asked for water multiple times (over a 20-minute period) and to different staff members before someone finally brought it to the table. We were told that the wait for chimichurri sauce would be an hour and most of the chicken options that were brought to the table were extremely dryer than usual. During this visit, we were a party of eight. They have a wide variety of salads, cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, and Brazilian side dishes. We visited toward the end of the lunch service, so the salad bar wasn't quite as fresh or fully stocked as it could have been, but there were still plenty of options. The fruit was very fresh! The continuous tableside meat service is the highlight. Favorites included the picanha (top sirloin), filet mignon, ribeye, beef ribs, lamb chops, bacon-wrapped steak, bacon-wrapped chicken, pork, and the delicious pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread). The gauchos were attentive, really friendly, and kept the selections coming without feeling rushed. We've been to Fogo de Chão more than 20 times over the years, and this Flamingo location just keeps getting better after the remodel. This was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. The service was exceptional. Every team member worked together seamlessly and made us feel genuinely cared for. From our initial greeting to our walking out, it was an awful experience. The service was slow despite the house not being full. The salad bar is 1/2 the size of the ones in Austin so a lot less things on offering. I was disappointed not to find my usual gotos. Then the meat service was extremely poor. As usual they started with all the cheaper meats like chicken legs and sausages. We had to keep asking them to bring out some lamb bc that's what we prefer. When we finally got it, it was just ok. All the other meat cuts seemed extra chewy and under seasoned. It really seemed like it was leftover food. There was even a hair found in one of the cuts but we didn't make a big deal out of it. We had cocktails and great conversation to help make the situation better but I definitely won't be back when in Vegas. The standard is not there but the price point is actually higher. We have dined in several Fogo de Chao restaurants in several cities, and have had different experiences. We recently dined in their San Francisco location and were disappointed. At this Las Vegas location, we mentioned our disappointing SF experience in to Noie (sp?) who was our server, and she said she will make sure we get the best service possible this time, at this location. And she surely did! The men carving up the steaks were coming, coming, coming for as long as the disks we have were on the green side. The favorites are the meats wrapped in bacon, and the lamb. The salad bar was good, but not really as good as I remember when we first went to a Fogo de Chao in Dallas, in the 90s. Wish they had more selections of cheeses. And maybe they could have ceviche? The black The bean with pork soup was delicious, and that's one dish I always get. Diners have quite a number of choices, and I'm glad there are seafood choices instead of meats: branzino, sea bass (which I enjoyed). The standout was the service. We never had to ask for water or soda refill. Plates were promptly replaced or cleared. And when we mentioned that our last experience in San Francisco during which one of us was a birthday celebrant but was ignored, our Las Vegas server made sure she brought us our choice of dessert to share this time. This was my first time at Fogo de chao. It was an amazing experience. I tried so many cuts of steak along with lamb and chicken. Everything was delicious. Liz was our server and she was amazing. There were these delicious cucumber mint drinks they had for happy hour that I just could not get enough of them. I think I had 4 or 5. They were literally the best cucumber drink I've ever had. There is also a unique salad bar in the middle of the restaurant with so much good stuff to pick from . It's hard to choose without filling yourself up before you wait for the meats to come around. I've been to other Fogo de Chao before, first time in Las Vegas! Went with a party for a bachelor party. Got reservations on a Friday with no delay. They have a bar for drinks while you wait for your seat, they were delicious! Didn't take many pictures of the main course since it was fast paced and we were all having fun. Everybody got the AYCE option, no issues. Food all came around fast and on request in a packed house. They even gave us a complimentary dessert for the celebration! Out of all the AYCE places I've been to, this was a top experience. Definitely recommend, will probably be back here next time I'm in town. read more

Consistent with other Fogo de Chao's if you have ever eaten at one. Prices are obviously a bit steep, but average for this type of food/service. I personally have always preferred Rodizios vs Fogo de Chao however I don't believe we have one any longer in Vegas. Food was good, we did go on a Holiday so it was busier than normal, but when items were running low/out it seemed to take awhile for them to be refilled. If you have never had Brazilian steakhouse, I recommend trying it. If you have, I would skip and try another. read more

I've been to several locations now. It's nice service is the same at all locations. If you've never eaten at a Brazilian BBQ house it is a unique experience worth doing once in your life time. Especially if you are a carnivore like most of us. The ambiance, vibe and great decor adds to elevating the experience. There are many spots to take pictures of or to take selfies at. I kinda don't do as much of that as I use to but can get tempted. I was here this time a large group. Invited and sponsored by a client of ours. We knew this rodeo well. There is a buffet area where you can get other dishes like rice, potatoes, salads, pasta, soups. and all that. I skipped most of that just getting potatoes with gravy and rice and a bowl of salad just so I can feel a little healthy. There was a special drink being ordered. Strawberry lime something I believe. I couldn't hear to well with the noise level so high. I was asked if I wanted one. Of course I did. They were so good I ended up having several of these. The meat was coming around quickly on large skewers. They explained what each one was and asked if you wanted a slice. I said yes to everything. The ribeye, however, stood out the best. After they come around with everything they would come around again. I guess because it was so busy this night they asked if there was anything we would like to get more of. I got a couple more servings of the ribeye with more drink. It's a good thing parking is valet. After that meal you almost had to roll me out. It was a special night for us as we celebrated our son's 18th birthday and celebrated his graduation and him becoming the valedictorian. Then the table was wobbly so we brought that to the restaurant's attention so they moved us to a more center location. Then the chimichurri sauce and the truffle butter came to our table so late that they had no purpose. We were going to dip the meat into them but we were full already. We had already eaten the meat without them. Our server was nonexistent and only checked on us twice. On the first occasion we had to remind her of the chimichurri sauce and the truffle butter. We saw another guest get hurt by one of the employees and that became the topic of our conversation. The men's bathroom had a line due to that incident. We come to Fogo de Chão every year for my husband's birthday, and this was our worst experience. The meat service started off very fast, then suddenly stopped while my husband was still eating. Our waiter never brought the mashed potatoes, plantains, or yuca until I ordered another side, and our water glasses sat empty for quite a while. Then the table was cleared and the check brought out even though we weren't finished. The check also showed a complimentary birthday dessert, but my husband never received it. I mentioned it to another waiter, but no one followed up. Even the salad bar was disappointing compared with previous visits. For the price and what was supposed to be a birthday celebration, the overall service was very disappointing. This was our last visit. Not worth it. read more

We chose Fogo de Chão on Paradise to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the service was disorganized. Our original server disappeared in the middle of serving our party and handed us off to another server without any explanation. Cocktails took about 30 minutes to arrive, and some of the food came out before we even had our drinks. Throughout dinner, the service was inconsistent. Water glasses were only refilled for a few people instead of the entire table. The gauchos repeatedly served the meats to only one side of the table, leaving the rest of us waiting. We were never asked if we wanted another round of cocktails, and several people in our party were overcharged for their drinks. The Chilean sea bass had very little flavor, especially considering the price. The most disappointing part was that we were celebrating my friend's 40th birthday, yet there was no acknowledgment of it at all. For a restaurant that's known for hosting celebrations, it was surprising that nothing was done to recognize such a special occasion. Toward the end of the evening, the manager, Liz, came over and listened as we explained everything we had experienced. I appreciate that she took the time to hear our concerns, but by then the celebration had already been overshadowed by poor service. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations. I dined here for my boyfriend's birthday and it was a good experience. We were greeted when we walked in, and because we picked an earlier dinner time we had no trouble finding a place to park ourselves so we did not need to valet. The inside looks beautiful, clean, and professional. The service was generally good, but they were slow on re-checking our table to see if we needed more water/drinks. So, unfortunately, I did find myself craving water most of the evening and having to wait sometimes 15 minutes to order more bottles of water for the table. However, the servers with the meat were very attentive! And they even came back to our table with a fresh cut if they ran out while serving our party. The flavor of the meats was amazing. The mixed cocktails also amazing - but not the espresso martini. Turns out, the m espresso liqueur was not a good kind, according to our party member who had ordered it. So I would recommend if you love espresso martini to not order it here and instead get something else. But I had a flavorful fruity rum mixed spritzer which was delightful. :) I had only one but could have easily ordered 3 haha. We left after their dinner rush started and noticed that even the meat servers came around to us less once their rush started. So I recommend if you want their highest level of service to pick an earlier dinner time and then the meat servers will swam your table with the delicious cuts. :) I also recommend dining earlier if you want a more quiet experience too. First time here and I think I've found my new favorite Brazilian AYCE steakhouse. Fogo de Chao sets itself apart from others like Texas de Brazil and Rodizio Grill in a few ways. One, meat quality was amazing. Two the experience! I saw several carts going around Fogo de Chao: one of cocktails, one for upgraded meats, etc. My friend ordered an upgraded wagyu meat and it came on a salt block to be freshly cooked! I've never seen that before! The server also taught us a trick to marinate the meat with chimichurri while it cooked on the block. Overall meal was delicious. I'd definitely come here again. Knocking down 1 star because of how crowded this place was. There was a line from the entrance just to get inside. Then a line at the salad bar. Also just walking to and fro salad bar to our table, walkways were very narrow and difficult to maneuver especially with hands full. read more

I love Fogo de Chão Brazilian and always come for the bar bites and happy hour drinks. I'm not one for the endless meat experience, so my review is just based on sitting in the bar area. We always get the burger with fries for $10. You really can't beat it. The burger is absolutely delicious and a huge portion. Sometimes we get the spicy legs too, which are a can't beat for $6, but usually the burger is enough. I also love their happy hour drink selection, and my go-to is the Malbec. It pairs perfectly with the burger. Where else can you get an all day happy hour that rocks !? I appreciate that they accommodate dietary restrictions. I don't do gluten, and they let me have the burger without the bun, plus their complimentary bread is gluten-free!!! It's so good Brazilian cheese bread yummm I always crave that. The bartenders have always been attentive, and we've brought several people here who all had a great time The location near the convention center is convenient so if you go during a big convention, know that reservations are a must and sometimes they won't be offering bar bites. Talk about a great experience. Decided to grab a quick bite at the bar and was met with some of the nicest bartenders I've ever met especially in Vegas. All the food was delicious. What I appreciated (because there were two of us) is that every thing came in sets of four. Especially the lamb lollipops. Often at other restaurants you only receive three. I recently attended a professional luncheon in one of the banquet rooms. There were actually two events happening at the restaurant because it has multiple banquet rooms! It's very spacious, clean, designed beautifully, with ample parking. The salad bar was so yummy and well-stocked! Salads, soups, charcuterie, veggies - so many options! When the meat came out I'm really happy they brought the steaks early on!! They had other meats as well to choose from so we got a nice variety. The meat was delicious and I like how they asked what temperature I wanted the meat, for example 'medium'. Dessert included a large, delicious slice of cheesecake. The table settings were of high quality linen and silverware. Service was efficient and friendly. Well-staffed restaurant, for sure. Fogo de Chão is one of my go to spots when I want a delicious meal at a great price. They have happy hour all day at the bar, which includes select menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails. What I really love is that the portions are big definitely not your typical small bites and the food is always high quality. Happy hour is only available at the bar, but the bar area is super clean, comfortable, and has a nice vibe. Service is always good, and they have TVs so you can watch sports while you eat and drink. I keep coming back not just for the food, but for the whole experience. It's a great option if you're not in the mood for the full all you can eat experience. We had reservations for yesterday evening and arrived a few minutes early. We were seated on time, and our server, Cadence, was pleasant, attentive, and provided great service throughout most of the meal. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a huge disappointment. We were seated at what felt like the worst possible table in the restaurant, directly next to a very large birthday party that was incredibly loud and disruptive. The noise level was so extreme that we couldn't even have a conversation at our own table. It completely overshadowed the entire dining experience. Looking around, we were not the only guests who appeared bothered by the situation. Interestingly, when we left, the rest of the restaurant seemed to be at a normal noise level; it was specifically our section that was unbearable. No guests should have been seated that close to a large party of that size and volume. The food was equally disappointing. Most of the meats served were overcooked and dry. The steak, in particular, was extremely chewy and had the texture of leather. Honestly, the salad bar was the highlight of the meal. Dessert was another letdown. Two years ago, I ordered the Tres Leches cake and loved it. It was beautifully presented with a generous amount of fresh fruit. This visit, the cake portion was similar in size, but the presentation was noticeably lacking, with only a handful of fruit pieces on the plate. The photos speak for themselves. Toward the end of the meal, our water glasses sat empty and service seemed to stop entirely. Meanwhile, the large birthday party remained well past the restaurant's stated 90-minute dining limit. It felt like the rules didn't apply because they were a larger, higher-spending group. Parking was also frustrating. There were no available parking spaces, leaving valet as the only option. While valet was complimentary, being forced to use it because there was no other parking available felt unnecessary and inconvenient. We visited this restaurant about two years ago and had a wonderful experience, which is why we were excited to return. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown. Aside from our server, Cadence, there was very little to enjoy. Between the disruptive seating arrangement, disappointing food quality, inconsistent service, and overall experience, our group agreed that we would not return. read more
