Business is located at Eatly in Park MGM. There was good selection on the menu. We came around lunch time so they weren't busy. Our order was 1 dozen of raw oysters. They tasted fresh. We hope to come back and try other food on menu.

Dozen oysters for happy hour. 4/5 stars

We came here, as a friend who was visiting HIGHLY recommended that we try their oysters, shrimp skewer and octopus. Im always down for a good time on my wallet, so we made it in time for the happy hour and started semi-hard with 24 oysters. I probably could have had another 24 oysters but, I chilled out, because the day was young. The shrimp skewer was the unexpected curve ball--I've had shrimp a thousand times in so many ways and was expecting it to be meh. I mean, hot n juicy shrimp, fried shrimp, shrimp in mayo with walnuts, shrimp tempura, shrimp cocktail, shrimp in gumbo...shrimp is legit in so many ways except on a skewer just grilled. Or so I thought. I WAS SO WRONG. It was probably one of the best shrimps I've ever had in my lifetime. Yeah, a HUGE statement. We wanted more but didn't want to pay another $14 for another skewer since we wanted to try other foods, so we fought the urge to get another. Happy hour $1 oysters- 4/5 stars Shrimp skewers- 5/5 stars Next time I def want to go hard on the shrimp skewers and try their octopus and other ones as well.

Located at The Park MGM, Eataly last weekend and finally our favorite seafood vendor has opened back up again. Pre-Covid me and boyfriend come here all the time. You can order your seafood from the case counter from a whole fish or filet. Then you can choose your style of grill. Simply grilled with extra virgin olive oil OR grilled with herbs, lemon and extra virgin oil. From the case my boyfriend and I ordered and shared the ahi tuna with a side of roasted potatoes, grilled with extra virgin oil and grilled octopus with roasted red peppers and onions. To drink with our food, we paired it with a glass of white wine. Everything was delicious!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner before our show. I ordered the tuna made verde style and he ordered the swordfish. The fish came with maybe like five small halved potatoes that are under the fish. Presentation was nice but the tuna was not. I ate it only since I was hungry and paid a lot for our meals. My husband's swordfish was really good and I would recommend that. We also had half dozen oysters for our appetizer. It was okay but I have had fresher. Also didn't serve with horseradish for some weird reason. Just hot sauce and lemon. This area you can pick and choose what you want to eat and drink. I would suggest trying the other places around here.

So if you want Italian and seafood together this is a pretty good spot. He'll come in and they have all the seafood. As you can see the pictures coming out fish and tuna and oysters and everything. I got the shrimp po boy, it was actually damn good. But at the end of the day, everything looked good and look fresh. You can see the pictures that it looks pretty legit. The lady helped us out with all the things we need to know as far as what was happening and what they were serving, so we knew what we were doing. We didn't want to order something we didn't know what it meant so the staff was very helpful. I would come back!

Enjoying my day in Vegas. Chef Richard was killing the grill and shucking oysters... The food was amazing... The wait time was long, but the food was amazing

I do not think my little review will do this place justice . I had a Orta cooked in there salsa verde style. The cooking on the fish was perfect , seasoned well and fresh. The fish is definitely big enough for two . The place was clean and had great service from Scott and Juliana. I definitely recommend this place and will return .

    Grilled snapper with salsa verde

Yes I'm giving them 5 star. Good service & the phenomenal grilled snapper with herbs, lemon extra virgin olive oil. The oyster is a must. We ordered two times. Highly recommended to have a light dinner meal with alcohol.

    Such good oysters!

Rip off. The scallop skewers had itty bitty pieces of fish. I got one skewer with hardly anything, a salad, and water for $40.

Happy hour was awesome!…read more After a somewhat challenging escapade trying to find the place, we very much enjoyed every dish, drink, and server. We had a 3pm reservation for the bar area. HH is 3-6pm. It features a good sized menu of cocktails (I've enjoyed a few prior to this correspondence) including the IG worthy Berries & Bubbles cocktail. We ordered the dinner menu bread basket, which included some everything crackers, soft bread, and preztel bread + butter ($10). We also had the short rib sliders (2), lamp chop lollipops (3), and a burger. The lamb was the best I've ever had thanks to the seasoning and medium rare cook. The short rib sliders dipped in au jus, were also great. My wife enjoyed her burger. Great place to go on The Strip for literally half the price of any other spot. After all this food and 3 cocktails our bill was $111. James did a great job of checking on us. Everyone was very helpful!

Plenty of seating in the bar and lounge, as well as, the main dining room. The service was top notch and so was the food. I was in engaging with a family friend the entire time and forgot to get pics of everything. Just know everything we go was delicious. From the martinis to pineapple picante drinks, oysters (recommend the oysters you can only exclusively get at OP), filet, baked potato, lobster linguini, vegetable roll and chocolate cake. Generous portions we could definitely have shared. Went home with leftovers for another full meal.

The restaurant was busy, but with a reservation we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server quickly came over to take our drink order and was very friendly. The restaurant's vibe was trendy and beautiful. For our appetizer, we ordered the edamame and crispy cauliflower. OMG--the cauliflower was delicious! It had the perfect crisp thanks to its light breading and was tossed in a spicy vegan mayo. Even though it had a generous amount of sauce, each piece still maintained its crispy texture. For our entrées, we ordered the Vegetable King Roll with king oyster mushroom, cucumber, avocado, and spicy miso. We also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Spaghetti with the added shrimp option. The spaghetti was perfect. The truffle flavor wasn't overwhelming, but it was definitely present and paired wonderfully with the rich mushroom sauce. For dessert, we ordered the vegan pistachio cheesecake with a side of coconut sorbet. It was so decadent and delicious. The portion was more than enough for the two of us to share and was the perfect way to end the meal. I highly recommend Catch and hope to go back the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

Even though we were staying at the Bellagio my husband and I made a last minute reservation online and came here for a late dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and has great vibes. From the entrance you can tell how pretty it's going to be inside and it did not disappoint. The hostess was not welcoming at all. She checked us in and said wait for our table which is being cleared up. After a few minutes we were seated, not in the mani dining room but the one on the right side which is not as pretty as the main but it's ok I know we made the reservations on that day. So no big deal. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We started with edamame and shishito pepper. Both fresh and delicious. Then we ordered the ceviche and both of us loved it very much. To be honest both my husband and I were in the mood for sushi so we stuck to ordering sushi. Boy was that a disappointment. The Catch roll was not to our taste , it had crab salmon miso honey and the waiter used a torch to cook the salmon on top. It smelled so bad after he did that. Smelled burnt ... I didn't eat that roll after that. Then we ordered a few cut rolls like salmon tuna yellowtail ... all so basic and no taste. So so disappointing to serve this kind of sushi at a fine restaurant . So it turns out we would have been better off ordering non sushi items from the menu. We could have enjoyed our dinner. So after the last roll we called it a night and left. The reviews said they have excellent sushi but I don't think so. Now I wonder how everything else tastes here. Maybe one day I'll have a better experience with food here. Catch is a premiere place to be seen at I guess cause everyone was dressed up (by the way some very inappropriately) and taking so many pictures all over the restaurant.

Looking on Yelp for ideas in the area, we came across Luke's Lobster. After walking around, following maps to find it, we FINALLY found the little shack outside of New York New York. It's outside on the corner of the streets if you're looking for it. We ordered the lobster flight. This came with 3 small lobster rolls in different flavors: original, truffle and hot honey. My favorite was the hot honey. I like the sweetness of the lobster and the honey together with just a tiny kick to it. They were all good though. The man who helped us was friendly and prompt. We ordered and he told us he would bring out the food once ready. So we found a table nearby. It was maybe a 10 minute wait, so not super long. He brought out our food and we enjoyed every bite.
