Great vegetarian wraps. There's gluten free/vegan baked goods too. The veggie chili wrap with avocado is healthy and tasty, plus comes with a mixed greens salad. In addition, there's a small health food shop attached, in case you need some pecan-butter or gluten free chips. read more

I randomly popped in because I liked the name and I'm so happy I did! I had a fresh, healthy juice and a delicious veggie wrap with salad. Then I walked over to the retail side and the super friendly and intelligent woman answered several questions for me. Great place, vibe, products and food! read more

Awesome food options for everyone. Very veggie and vegan friendly. By far the best spot around!! Ate here with family that wasn't vegan, and they ate the plant based stuff without realizing (there are dairy options as well). Found this place on our way down to key west for my half marathon. Such a wonderful spot! You walk in and it's a health food market with many organic tea options and books to choose from, as well, as oils, speciality health food items, kombucha etc. The cafe is small and towards the back offering juice and smoothie options, as well as food items. I had the raw vegan burrito stuffed with their homemade chili and cashew sour cream on a gluten free wrap - delicious! My husband had the portabello burger and said it was delicious as well. Both entrees came with some mixed greens on the side. I also got a peanut butter cacao smoothie and it hit the spot. All in all a great place but the reason to give it 4 Stars is because it was pricey for the amount of food you get. We both agreed it was delicious but felt we wanted more or at least other options for sides. Each entree was $14 and we left feeling full but not satisfied. I feel this gives vegan spots a bad look to not give enough food and charging more for the ingredients. Very happy and surprised to see this type of place in the keys. We always stop at this health foods store/cafe when we visit marathon. besides having excellent smoothies and an ever changing luncheon menu, it offers a variety of herbal products and a small,but ample selection of reading material. It always has something new and unique in childrens books that I purchase for our grandchildren. The owner has great knowledge of the products she sells and is readily available to help you find what you need. read more

The juice bar at Food for Thought is fantastic. My favorite smoothie is the Berry Berry Green that sneaks in a serving of spinach with a tasty berry mix. Both the health food store and the juice bar offer plenty of gluten free items. I never have a problem finding gf food. Plus management is really helpful about ordering items they don't normally carry. read more

Fantastic and yummy! The burrito with walnut chili and creamy cumin was a perfect combo, fresh and satisfying. Grilled cheese yummy and panini style. Their lime salad dressing is outstanding. Nice people, inside a health food store, plenty of parking. read more

Found the place one afternoon so we came back for breakfast the next day. The aroma of the place was wonderful. The disappointment came from the high prices and terrible service. It took a long time for our food. There was a long line at the counter to order and the many staff members didn't seem to be willing to step it up. The one worker joked the long line was her fault but did little to speed things up. The frittata was delicious and the salad excellent as well. read more

Not impressed. This crew does not cater to those with multiple allergies and their overall selection is very limited. I was disappointed. The gluten free choices in the keys are limited and this place should step up and fill that gap. read more

We stopped at Food for Thought on our way to Key West and again on our return to Fort Lauderdale. Amazing juices, smoothies and anything you could want in a health food store. It's a must stop!!! The ladies are friendly and helpful and the juices are delicious!!!! read more

Healthy and extremely fresh food. Had two different wraps (chickpea salad wrap and one more that we don't remember the name), both of them delicious. Also had a smoothie here, again, very delicious and refreshing without any added sugar. The store had a very pleasant and quaint setting. Would highly recommend. read more
