    Mango Tango Smoothie
    Samantha B.

Stopped here as I was driving up to Miami. I ordered the Mango Tango smoothie and added plant based protein powder to my drink. The employee working was kind and got started on my order right away. As it was being made I checked out their organic market. They had a large selection of healthy snacks and ingredients. I will certainly be coming back to buy some snacks that are hard to find elsewhere in the keys. My smoothie was good, definitely tasted fresh. I will be back soon!

A vegan place in marathon? Yes please. The place is cute inside with some tables and a few couches. There are a random collection of books and some healthy food for sale. And the menu has some great choice. We enjoyed a panini a breakfast bowl and avocado on a bagel. All were a good portion and really tasty. And it wasn't outrageously pricey. If we have time on this trip we'll go back!

We were searching for a breakfast spot that had gluten free options for my sister. First place said they couldn't do an omelette in a separate pan so we left. Found Food for Thought through a gluten free app and had a delicious and healthy breakfast. My sister had a gf breakfast sandwich, my nephew had the breakfast bowl and my niece and I split their breakfast burrito! Good thing we did because it was huge. Friendly staff and wonderful little organic market and cafe in one. Come and enjoy!

Great coffee. Wonderful service. Great selection of organic grocery items. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing fresh pressed juices to order !!

We got seated inside just as the sun was starting to set. Sadly all the guests that had finished eating right before us decided to walk over to the dock outside the restaurant which just so happened to be the exact viewing location for the sunset so we didn't get any really good photos of it bc there were so many people over there videoing it and taking photos. It was still nice scenery while we waited for our food though. I ordered ceviche to start us off as our appetizer and it was really good. My dinner was a pasta dish with shrimp and scallops. The sauce was supposed to be a white cream sauce but it was really runny. Even adding extra Parmesan cheese to it didn't help thicken it. It tasted ok. Not my best pick. I had a choice of soup or salad with it. I chose their she crab soup and I'm glad I did. It was great. Almost reminded me of homemade chicken and dumplings soup just with crab. I really liked it. I should have stopped with that and the ceviche. My husband got a grouper fish sandwich. He thought it was good but the prices were a bit high for what it was. His fish sandwich was $29. Although good, not worth $29. My pasta definitely not worth the $31. May be a bit of a tourist trap but the food was decent.

I ordered the calamari and ordered it plain without all the extras. It was so greasy and chewy. There was oil all over the plate. I sent it back. Mahi sandwich was good, but you get such a small amount of fish. It was very thin, and then I had to wait an extra five minutes after the food got there to get my side.

I got the Waffle Pig, and when the food was delivered asked for a spare plate to put the waffle on (since they just place the waffle and eggs and sausage and bacon in a big pile on one single plate). The plate never came. It took asking 3 different people 4 separate times to get that extra plate. It seems like a problem with the definition of responsibilities? I think each time the person I asked just told someone else I needed a plate and no one ever actually got me a plate. We were visited by at least 5 different people during our meal - they had plenty of people working and it was not super busy yet, so it just seems like a break down of communication. They only accept cash, we needed to use their ATM to get cash - and the ATM fee was higher than if they just accepted cards and charged us the transaction fee on a credit card payment. Overall - decent food, terrible service, nothing that would encourage me to stop again though.

We got there early morning and there was only one other couple there. We walked around to check out the place before we made our way to the counter to order. They were busy cleaning tables and getting everything ready outside. It was fun to walk around the almost jungle like atmosphere. A couple chickens were walking around too. They have fun tic tac toe boards as several of the tables that can entertain you while you wait for your food to be delivered. We ordered and found a seat at a large table in the back section near the restroom. None of us were certain what we were ordering but I think everyone was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered to our table. I had two baked eggs with chorizo and mozzarella, a hashbrown and a slice of their "famous" coco bread. The eggs were served in two individual foil tins and were delicious. It was almost like a poached egg. You get your choice of two toppings from several options. The bread comes toasted. It wasn't bad but I didn't think it was anything overly special. The hasbrown was almost baked like a casserole and it was a great accompaniment for the eggs. My friend ordered their mango pancakes and she loved it. My husband also ordered a breakfast with a bit of everything and it had a pancake too. He said it was his favorite thing. It also looks like it was baked in a tin and the turned out. It's super thick and very cake like looking. They both said it was light and delicious. Everyone that got the bacon including myself enjoyed it. When I was trying to pick between the sausage or bacon option the gal taking my order said both were good but that they cut their own bacon so I had to try it. It definitely wasn't your typical breakfast bacon! Everyone enjoyed their food and some of us even had some leftovers to bring home for the next day. The beauty of that was the food is served in a to go container so taking it home was effortless. We would definitely come back. I'd like to try some of the trucks in the back at lunch for the fish tacos. Maybe next time.

We were seated at a picnic table with a fan which makes the heat bearable in late July. Our waitress came to take our orders right away as we were on the edge of happy hour ending to see if we wanted drinks or food from the specials. I thought that was good of her since often restaurants shut that down early. There is a LOT on the menu. With a name like Porky's we should've all just stuck with the pork. We placed our order. Various food around the table. Lots of tacos. Some grouper, Mahi Mahi, snapper and fried lobster. Some ordered pulled pork plates and I got the lobster bisque and pulled pork tater tot nachos. The pulled pork was good. There didn't seem to be a lot of fish in the tacos. The bisque tasted like Campbell's tomato soup with some lobster added. I wasn't a fan. It was all sadly underwhelming UNTIL the dessert menu rolled out. My husband wanted to try the deep fried key lime pie with raspberry reduction sauce and it was AMAZING!!
