Went in to buy a case of monsters and power aid which is in the weekly add. Yet again no diet is available but there is a grip of everything else as well as no cases of diet aka no sugar monsters available. Which in reguards to the store manager i have brought it to his attention before the lack of sugar free items in this store. My husband being a diabetic for more than 28 years now feels again let down by this food 4 less. We grabbed a case of another type of diet monsters because it is all they had available At the register the clerk said she has to ring them up 1 by 1 making it over $40.00 a case compared to the 31.99 a case advertised on the shelf. I asked Lizette who is a blue shirt. This is not a supervisor but none the less in charge when a superviser is not available. I asked her do u know carry items for all your customers in this case meaning diabetic. She gave me a dirty look and in a rude voice said" i guess not then do we. "Wow really i hope you never get to supervisor liz you dont have a ounce of knowledge what is customer service. This was at 730pm Monday night 03/20/2017. Liz is a lead for the evening and running one of the only 2 lanes open in a extremely busy store with a less than desired customer service approach. Also no utility clerks available to help customers on the floor to be found. Next time we will go to Stater Brothers or Albertsons i would rather pay more for qualiity customer service and professional associates. read more

This store is a shame, why are you still open with such sh*tty customer service? I went in last Thursday to buy some chicken they had I sale.. Went to the meat department to wait.. Wait for what 3 employees talking about vacations, days off, personal conversations.. I waited for about 5 minutes, finally 2 employees left and I was greeted by a young girl with glasses on, who in a loud voice with an attitude tells me "are you finally ready" I laughed and asked her, are you ready, having personal convos on the job? Food 4 less has great prices! But the store has Horrible security, Female food 4 less workers and shoppers are being harassed outside of their store and there's no security insight and when I do see Security there on there phones inside the store. read more

Just got off the phone with the Manager named Stephanie. I bought a 20 pack of the Kroger bathroom tissue 1 ply. Was in such a hurry that I didn't even notice it said 1 ply. I asked her what her return policy was and she was so rude. Before I even finished she replied, "If you don't have the receipt we have to search the cameras and see how many we sold that day!" I told her like I said, I don't have the receipt I just wanted to exchange it for a better tissue paper. (Because I don't really know anybody that saved a receipt for a grocery store) she said again rudly, like I said we have to check the cameras lmao. For some damn tissue paper? I understand that it was my fault for not checking which item I grabbed. But the fact that she is the manager and spoke so rudly was hilarious. She needs to take a weekend off or something cause it sounds like her job is very stressful. I don't understand why these companies hire these managers with such horrible attitudes and hate their jobs. She was not professional at all will not be doing anymore shopping here anymore. So just a little tip: if you don't have a receipt be sure to speak to a manager that will repeatedly tell you that she will have to check the cameras instead of treating her customers with great service she will treat you as if you stole so good luck read more

I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran. I often go there with my dog who is a service dog. When I entered the store yesterday I had my dog with me and I was told by the manager of the store that she had to leave. I tried to explain to her that she was a service dog and I tried to show her the paperwork for my dog but she did not bother to even view it. I was more embarrassed than anything because she did it in front of everyone in line and I suffer from PTSD so it really got to me emotionally. I know today is memorial day but I don't even feel like a veteran. I hope that she learns her lesson and show a little more respect for people in general. read more

location is everything, and this store has it. Freeway close at Euclid and Philadelphia just north of the 60 freeway. The parking lot leaves something to be desired because its always jammed. there are many various businesses that share this lot and it can be a bear, an inconvenience to say the least. read more

Seriously this store is horrible. I've shopped here plenty of times, and the employees on the floor aren't even helpful. I had to go to the meat department to ask where the protein bars are at. The girl named Kyra is really helpful and very nice. But aside from that, I'd rather go to the fresh and easy near by than shop at this place. read more

I've shopped here since I moved out here in 1998..I loved the store up until they out in the "fresh meat" counter. After that the whole store changed. Less selection. .the store seems dirtier and recently I noticed they rearranged the isles which is fine because it is more organized. But the isles are narrower and it feels very closterfobic. I don't shop at this food 4 less anymore because I can't find many of my favorite items..I only go there for milk and bread if that. The produce is lower quality now too which is disappointing. read more

I love this place, aside from the almost always full parking lot, Not to mention before you even get into the store ppl are harassing you asking you to buy things. Note to the random sales people: Please do not walk up to women trying to put in or take out their kids from the car. Its very annoying! Ok now lets talk a little about why I love this place. Their cusomer service is exceptional! Everyone and I mean everyone I have come across has been extremly friendly, all the way down to the associates that put the shopping carts back. Whenever they see me with my babies they always go out of their way to give me a cart or take the cart back if they notice I need help with my little ones. In regards to the actually shopping experience, every aisle is well organized. They always have their shelves full and if they aren't full their is always someone in the aisles making sure to restock. They always have sells going as well. They place different items on sale in the front of the store when you first walk in which makes it easy to navigate for the everyday shopper. Their meats are always such a great low price. I never leave without checking out their meat section. On Sudays if you get their early they mark down a lot of their prices to replace inventory. If you want great deals or are on a tight budget come early on Sundays! I would give 5 stars but I cant stand the random sells people. Btw Good job hiring security! It was long overdue!!! read more
