The cashier Isles can be the ones that can be the ones which are clogged as the switch of the cashier's can be ones done by no managers. I would say service...My fiance and I were grocery shopping for my Mother in law Who is an elder at home with pneumonia, being that not only is he the the fiduciary of her finacial affairs due to her health he has power of attorney and has been appointed to manage her goverment benefits (like SSI and food snap and Cash aid) as well as her care giver. At approximately 9:15p.m we manage to get all groceries on the conveyor belt at the check Out lane. The cashier named Isabella was absolutely out of line, unprofesional and completely disrespectful. Se refused to complete our service due to a misunderstanding. Since there wasnt a bagger I took it upon myself to grab a few paper bags and Start bagging our groceries. Se rudely rolls her eyes and asks "how many bags are you going to need". I proceeded to keep bagging and I awnsered her with doubt " I'm not sure yet, we do have quiet a bit of stuff so i'm thinking maye 5" then she rudely says "you should'nt even be touching the bags and next time wait til i give you the bags" still with confusion my fiance and I decide to add two of the plastic heavy duty bags that cost something like $1.99 because again the total ended up being somewhere around $149.00 so we proceed on still ignoring her horrible customer service and poor work etiquete and ask her if she could please manualy enter the snap account number for the food and that we would pay the rest of the ítems that wernt food with our debit card she completely freaked out and said "absolutely not, you cant use someone elses snap card" we calmly explained our situation and she refused to even listen. I do notm know if she was on drugs or under the influence of a mind altering substance but i strongly suggest to maybe drug test her because that Kind of behavior is just not normal. So we had to cancel our whole order. When we started to Walk away I asked her name and let her know that I would be making a report on her unprofessionalism and disruptive and improper behavior in a workplace setting... and she gave me the middle finger. Its been one of the worst customer service experiences ive endured. I strongly suggest to Either drug test her or maybe some ánger management clases would be good for her. FOOD4YES! I'm so impressed with this Food4Less as it's very well-stocked and had great items for plant-based/vegan folks. I'm sensitive when it comes to drinking milk and this store had great oat milk alternatives for an affordable price! The store also had lots of cereal, supplies, bread, and alcohol! I got basic stuff like water, plastic supplies, breakfast items and honey. Everything was easy to find and the store was super roomy. I never felt cramped in the aisles! The store has a bakery, alcohol section, and most standard commodities of a Food4Less, this store might be slightly bigger than some other stores I've been to. The staff was pretty mellow, so were the customers. I LOVE that there wasn't drama or shady things going on, I had a pleasant experience. Prices are excellent, I'm a boy on a budget and I don't have time for overspending so this store saved me haha. There's plenty of parking out front and the cart stations are scattered throughout the parking lot for easy access. You can find this location in a busy part of town, however it never felt packed. I just moved to San Diego. This was my first time being at this food.4 less and I usually do Instacart orders so I gotta order at the store. I walked in as soon as I went down the first aisle the security guard was following me telling me that the manager said that I couldn't be in the store. I literally told them that it's my first time in the store, but the security guard was just listening to the manager, telling me that I could not be in the store. so then I asked him I'm like can I talk to the manager because I literally never been here and so they started escorting me out and the manager is at the door like that's not her that's not her..... idc the whole point is I totally understand that people do unlawful things that get them banned from stores or whatever the case may be that they get banned from a store but make sure 100% that you know that it's that person before you just judge them by the way they look... I would never be back again. That was you telling me such a weird confrontation and to be escorted from a store you've never been at just for them to say that it wasn't you. This is by far one of the worst Food4less I've been to. The parking lot is always a mess for starters. A lot of sketchy individuals hang out around the store and the parking lot of the store even right where the trolley is on the other side directly across from the parking lot. I don't even feel safe the few times I've come here. Even how certain people park in the parking lot is wild. Frankly even inside the store it's not stocked very well. The lines are unbelievably long. Always a shortage of staff. The aisles are pretty disorganized. The customer service here is not great. I'd rather go somewhere else. The unsafest feeling when I'm there is like at any moment I could get mugged I definitely don't feel safe even inside the store either. I just think besides where it's located the shopping center has all these random individuals hanging around. I only come here when I need something last minute and everything else is closed && if I have an hour, minimum, to spare. The wait time for check out is horrendous. So plan your time accordingly. Parking sucks. Stuff you want to buy/looking for, is always out of stock. It's always disorganized and messy. Worst grocery store experience 0 out of 10 would not recommend. I came in this bouncer didn't greet me. But whatever. What gets me upset about her is as I was shopping my too large mask slipped down and my nose was exposed to this toxic environment.. and she literally ran up to me as if I was stealing something. This is a very nice Food 4 Less, which I did not expect driving up the parking lot. The parking lot is crazy crowded like driving up to a swap meet. As I walked in I lost my coordination, usually I take a right (in LA) to enter a Food 4 Less, here it is left. The place is bigger, cleaner and spacier than I am used to. I felt like a lost tourist in there, looking around with awe and wonder, taking pictures with my iPhone. This place is horrible. I've come here several times and there are no sanitized carts. To top it off you have to find a cart and sanitize it yourself. This establishment doesn't care about their customers in the midst of COVID. They should be taking stronger methods to ensure the safety of their customers. Its great to go to your neighborhood grocery store, coffee shop, and any business and know those who work there. This store has a sense of family for their regular customers. I go to buy my favorite item in the store there chicken and roasted rotisserie chicken yummy and the chicken wings. The stores clean the services that really good and if you can't find something it's always a clerk there to help you find it. The small heated deli featured various cheaply-priced, preheated finger food items such as chicken strips, chicken nuggets, spicy buffalo wings, etc. all prepackaged and ready to go! And the bag they come in is microwaveable, so you can always save them and reheat them for another time! If there's one reason to go here, it's to buy a pound or 2 of precooked chicken nuggets! It might be scary coming here for people who aren't used to the hood, but just mind your own business and you'll be alright. I loved this store until I had the worst experience ever . I don't complain because I work in the customer service industry and I know how hard everyone works . I called to talk to the manager to politely let him know that he has cockroaches in his bathroom. He continued to make excuse after excuse about why there would be cockroaches in the bathroom. I usually shop here and have encountered issues with the manager. At the time I didn't know she was the manager and finding that out today was absolutely unbelievable. Before it was just poor customer service and I'm not one to nitpick about things like so everyone has a bad day. She came into the rest room harassing me my girlfriend and disabled cousin. She told us we couldn't be in there while we we're already using it we let her know that the security said it was fine but we'll be right out. She came in two more times yelling. It's not like the restroom was properly blocked off to begin with if it was I wouldn't have walked in at all. She also had employees on their phone while ringing people out which is unacceptable. She's not running the store properly at all there always something wrong or employees doing whatever it is they would like. There are many beggars in this vicinity so be aware that you will most likely be stopped by one asking you for spare change or money for the trolley since this food 4 less is right next to a trolley station. This Food4Less (and the plaza itself) is very unique, because the community owns it. One thing that you find here that you don't find in others is their ambassadors, that are willing to help when needed. I've been them help little old ladies load bags of dog food into their cars. The store seems to have a wider selection of those fruit smoothies available then in the other F4L's I've been to. The best time to go is early in the morning because the lines here suck. Seriously.
