***This review is for DMV vehicle registration renewal kiosk use only*** My eldest daughter and I came to this Food4Less to use their DMV vehicle registration renewal kiosk only. Kiosk also provides service for non-operation vehicles, too. It's located along the wall in front of the cashiers as you turn left upon entry. We didn't check out the store itself that day, but I remember coming here a long long time ago for some shopping needs. Anyway, the kiosk was very easy to use. We went through the screens. We answered the questions. We paid the renewal fees for our cars via credit card. Kiosk printed the renewed car registration and provided the sticker along with it. Please note there is a credit card service charge of 1.95% on renewal fee amount. For example, $200 renewal fee × 0.0195 service charge = $3.90. You are basically paying a little extra to get your sticker sooner and not have to wait for it in the mail. Convenience sometimes will cost you! Thank you Food4Less for the convenience! read more

This is a good grocery store if you ignore the dodgy parking lot and interesting clientele. The cakes in the bakery are actually quite good and a nice change from the ones found down the street at the Costco. I do like the fresh produce here even though it can be limited in selection. The produce I do find has good quality and pricing. The products with the store Kroger branding can be comparable to a name brand. For example, Kroger brand string cheese is exceptionally good both in quality and taste. Groceries are self bagged by the customer but that is rather uneventful at the check out. read more

I've been shopping at Food 4 Less for mini mini mini years. I enjoy shopping at Food 4 Less. Don't judge the store by its location. Food 4 Less is one good quality grocery store. Share the same distributor with Ralphs and Foods Co. under one giant chain of Kroger Company based in Ohio. Lower prices than most of it's rival store in the area. Fresh fruits and veggies has the same quality you find anywhere else. Fair amount of meat and seafood to choose. Plenty of store-brand (Kroger) products selections to match the national brand. This store cater to most of my grocery needs. Definitely worth a trip every time I shop here. Earn discounts on fuel saver rewards program. Wonderful employees with no attitude willing to help. Overall this store is a cool place to shop and save big. read more

It is a nice grocery store. I have shopped here many times, when they had good deals for food and drinks. The drinks most of the time here are not expensive. Furthermore, they have good deals for poultry and beef. The place itself is clean, while the lines are not long. Usually, I would go to fast check-out, since I do not buy many items. read more

I went to this F4L only to use Redbox. When I pulled into the parking lot, all I heard was rap music blaring from a Cadillac Escalade with custom rims. Once I stepped inside, there was an armed security guard in tactical gear standing at the door. This was a clear indication that this place sees trouble on a regular basis. The customers appeared to be from the Los Angeles area who probably abuse the Section 8 housing program. The store itself seemed nice, but when your personal safety is top priority, you should shop elsewhere. read more

Always dodgy always useless staff. Have to hunt them down. I go sometimes because convenient location. I don't get produce here because it's mediocre. Went this evening a few minutes before close and the idiot watched me walk all the way to the door and didn't signal they were closed until I first inquired via hand signal. Total tool and testament to useless staff. Security guard who left went the opposite direction in a very good effort NOT to let me know they were closed by possibly having to talk to me even though he ALSO saw me walking. 1 star for some decent inexpensive food and convenient location gives it another. People approach you often in the parking lot selling tamales, dvds, their CD, etc. I go elsewhere if possible. read more

Terrible store and lacking in customer service values. I live in the High Desert, Adelanto area and there are no Ralphs (under the Kroger family) in the entire High Desert area. I called Food 4 Less prior to visiting the store to confirm if they accept Ralphs coupons and associates cash certificates, the employee confirmed (I didn't ask for her name, I had confidence in her answer). I get to the store and get the items I wanted to pay for with my associates cash certificate. Once I get to the register, the cashier goes to her front-end manager and verifies if I'm allowed to use it at this store. The manager comes by and says they only accept Ralphs coupons but not associates cash certificates, even though both Ralphs and Food 4 Less are under the same manufacture, Kroger. Now I'm forced to drive 40+ miles to San Bernardino to cash in my associates certificate to get maybe less than 10 items. I honestly expected a better attitude from the manager especially since he knows there's no Ralphs in a 10-30 mile radius. For this experience, I'm really glad I work for Ralphs because Food 4 Less definitely doesn't carry the same high customer values or attitudes that Ralphs does. I hope someone from management sees this and hopefully remind their employees that Kroger doesn't take nothing less than 100% from their companies in customer services. Very disappointing and I don't recommend anyone to shop at this store either. Lousy cashiers, nonchalant front-end managers, and the parking lot looks deserted with trash and carts everywhere. The only thing that's keeping this store open is the prices that's all. read more
