There are ways you can tell if it's really fresh. There are a lot of selections, and they're about 10%+ higher than the small university town we live in, and worth every darn dime. I'm seldom completely delighted, and the food here was great. The restaurant wasn't crowded on Wednesday-- and they should be. The cook is priceless. Give him/her/they a raise! The naan was bread was amazing, I've been to a few other restaurants in the area that have really unflavorful bread so this was nice. I was pretty full at the moment but felt like trying one dessert to have tried something from all parts of their menu and ordered Gulab Jamoon. An old classic, it was very good as well.
