I really like this store because there are more shoe options compared to other locations. Another great thing about this place is there is a good amount of room for you to walk through the aisles, makes the shopping experience better. Craziest part is I found Jordan 27 lows for less than $100 bucks in the clearance section. I would buy them and resell them for more but I have other priorities. Nobody came to ask me for help which is the sad part and they were all at the entrance talking with each other. Any occasion I believe this store has shoes for it. The price is alright in my opinion, could be worse. We needed shoes for our daughter and noticed staff sitting in the window. We approached wearing face masks to read the signs to figure out how to make a purchase. The staff sitting there completely ignored us, did not even acknowledge our presence. We read enough information on the signs to figure it out, we thought. This store has the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't carry women's shoes above 10. When I said that meant that I couldn't shop there, I was laughed at and told to shop the men's shoes. I asked for the manager and he continued laughing saying he was sorry if he offended me. This place is along my route to work, so I stopped by one day on the way home. I found it interesting that they had several retro-style shoes' as in Reboks that I haven't seen since the 80's! As I wandered through the men's section I felt like the selection was not all that spectacular when you consider the size of the store. I really expected a lot more when I walked in. They seemed to be a few dollars cheaper than what you would pay at the mall. Came here for shoes for my wife, non of the personal were happy to help me. Finally a new kid comes up to me asking if he could help. I said yes need a 7.5 for my wife. He said they didn't carry anything over a 7 for women. He proceed to take me to the men's section. I again stated this was for my wife. He just gave me a blank stare. I had to walk HIM over to the women's section again and show him they carry 7.5 8' and 9's. The manager including the other employees were just gathered together laughing and not helping. I ride a bike as a means of transport and I needed new shoes fast. WSS management did not see it proper to install a secure (defined as a bike rack that is cemented to the ground) bike rack on the parking lot since there was no bike rack to park. There was no place to park my bike at all so I opted to plan b, lock the bike next to the security guard. The guard did not see fit to get my bike properly secured and I found it worthless after five seconds of explanation. I left the place and never coming back again. Make this place open for cyclists to park their bikes and i'll raise my rating to two stars. Until then, I'm buying shoes online. If you're a cyclist who doesn't want to fight for parking in their small parking lot, avoid this place. They'll throw you out as they threw me out this afternoon. read more

WSS is a "sleeper" shoe store. They typically have good prices and good deals to be had. Could use a better selection of shoes, as they don't always have what the other WSS have. Actually, the WSS stores rarely have the same shoes as their other stores. Pretty good with accepting coupons though. read more

I have impossibly small feet for a 55 yr old woman. I wear a kid's size 3! I was able to choose from a ton of sneakers. That's enough to impress me, but the staff was even better. Yarely was walking up to offer service at every turn and when I didn't see a size in a potential choice...she brought it back to me. Even more was Khamya! She wasn't as good with the inventory but, hey, it was her FIRST DAY! She was lovely to be around and when I had two different shoes on saying one looked like a cartoon shoe on my foot, she pointed to the one I was talking about and gave an honest, "well I'd have to say it's that one you're talking about and, ya, it kinda does." Absolute hats off to you, Khamya, for your honesty over a sale and if it wasn't for you, Yarely, my shopping trip would have taken another 45 minutes of searching or giving up! When I went in to complain about an gift card that I purchased and was not active after finding out embarrassingly @ a diff store. I showed them the reciept and everything and when I ask for proof of the gift card being used they explained their system could not track to see if my gift card was used or not.
