The employee who assisted me was extremely informative, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. After speaking with her for a bit, I learned that she was actually the store manager, Miranda Troncoso. It was refreshing and impressive to see a manager leading from the front and working alongside her team. That level of hands-on leadership really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the way she handled customer interactions, especially knowing how challenging it can be to work with the public--I work in wireless as a district manager, so I understand firsthand. Finish Line has a great leader at this location, and it definitely shows in the customer experience.

There appeared to be someone suspected of stealing, which I completely understand can be stressful for employees, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and created an awkward environment for every paying customer in the store. Instead of trying to calmly de escalate the situation and maintain professionalism, the employees were loudly arguing and making the entire atmosphere tense. I politely asked if they could open the second register so I could simply pay for our shirt and leave with my family because we were feeling uncomfortable. Rather than helping or acknowledging the concern, one of the employees started yelling across the store saying they had "someone stealing inside." That response was unnecessary, immature, and honestly shocking customer service. Situations like this are exactly why management and staff training matter. Customers should never feel trapped in the middle of store drama or loss prevention issues. A mature and experienced team would know how to handle situations discreetly while still taking care of paying customers respectfully.

The premade skateboard is less expensive starts at $199, prices varies depending on the design and materials used, but may son preferred to customize his own skateboard so that's why we paid a little more. It was a really nice skateboard tho, it's high quality and the guy who was helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to the zumiez in Fashion Valley Mall. This might be our 2nd trip of many. Prices are expensive but the joy on my son's face picking his own outfit and getting cool swag makes it worth it.

He acknowledged what I said and he recommended a black suit. He asked if I knew my size and I told him what I wore a year ago. He gave me a 2 jackets to try on and 4 pants. He wanted to make sure I had a comfortable fit so he gave me various options, which in the first time, I felt he went above and beyond. As soon as I made it home from work that day, I told her these were not leather boots. We promptly took them back to exchange for a pair of leather boots. Empl# 420647, tried to convince me the Vegan Leather was real leather. I just told him to order me a pair of 1460 Cherry Doc Martens Leather. The return at this point seemed smooth but to my surprise on 10 Jan 2016, the day our family could gather and celebrate Christmas, we discovered the boots that had been ordered by the clerk were the completely wrong boots (R15265601). We followed the return instructions. Returned the incorrect product to Journeys Inc. The RETURN instructions were followed. The boots were sent via UPS Ground (Track#1Z V52 2E3 06 2605 1968) on 11 Jan 2016. The instructions said the product could not be returned to the store and I would receive a credit to my card once received and processesed. RYAN at the Dock in Lebanon, TN received the boots on 15 Jan 2015 @ 1059. I was NEVER credited by Journeys Inc. $169.99....Still waiting patiently for my refund. On 12 Feb 2016, I called customer service on there packing list 1-888-324-6536. Tragically laughable, Journeys Inc prints they incorrect phone number on their packing lists (Picture Posted) I hunted down the CORRECT number somewhere in the internet.
