I went there today 12/14/25 to buy a xmas gift for my wife . and these fuckers gave me a broken box for the shoes and they told me that "ITS THE LAST BOX THAT COMES WITH IT" so when i asked for a decent box they gave me a brown shipping box so out of options i accepted it instead of that broken fucked box. and since i started askin them for a fixed box they got frustrated and started giving me an attitude specially the bitch in the cashier .i mean i don't really mind about this fucked up box but its not for me its for my wife as a gift you want it at least nice and fixed ITS JUST SO SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO REACT TO GET AN ACCOMMIDATION..they're customer serviced are horrible and these assholes has an attitude. and the best of all THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY!!! The customer service is just horrible at this location. This morning I was in a time crunch to get a gift. I went with a hat also get an embroidered. I came back like an hour later to get my hat and they tell me the machine is not working. I literally was like why couldn't you call me? Then I say ok let's go with a jersey I pick out a medium and it was wrinkled and had stains on it. When I ask about the stains the manager gave me push back on it. Saying it's not dirty. I was like whatever. Also only managers can do returns. So I had to wait around to return the hat because manager was on lunch and no one else can do a return. They are lucky I was in a time crunch. I just want to make this review because I am not sure if I actually talked to a manager. I walked into the store today and was greeted by a sales associate that thought I was wearing a MAGA hat. How the interaction started was the sales associate approached me and said that she thought I was wearing a MAGA hat. I continued by saying that I don't mind MAGA hats, and she replied to me saying "that's crazy" basically implying that I was crazy for not minding that. There should be absolutely NO REASON that someone is talking politically to a customer on the job. So unacceptable 1 and 2 keep those opinions to yourself and mind your business. I honestly have to just say thank you to JR (Jonrick) for being so patient and grabbing me both shoes in the multiple sizes that I wanted / needed to try. I was there for a nice chunk of time. I had tons of questions too, which he so happily answered. I cannot mention enough how hospitable he is. This is solely a customer service review. We were greeting but associate Arlene C. She was hella dope. I came in to buy some shoes for my 2 year old daughter. She was hella helpful.. she picked out some shoes for her cuz I told her how she has hella pairs already (daughter of a sneaker head), so she grabbed the pair sat her down and proceeded with putting them on for her. I didn't ask her for this. She did it. I have been in shoe stores countless times with my daughter for shoes and never had this happen. They just had you shoes and walk away. The shoes didn't fit to Arlene liking. I double check and agreed. This is a great store. I've gone to buy shoes for my lil boy. They're always attentive. Bring ALL the shoes I ask for. He's at the age where he's not kids size and definitely not youth. So a lot of shoes are requested by me and some more from an eager 7yr old. There's a tall kid working there. He smiles while he's helping. The older gentleman (white guy with a beard) was helping another customer behind the counter and he actually was trying to multitask by ringing someone up and hearing our needs. Yet this young kid was still chopping it up with his "boys" like he wasn't on the clock! Acting like a little punk, thinking he's bad ass cause he sells shoes!!! You guys need to hire better. We walked in on 4/22/16 and looked around a bit for the Adidas Ultra Boost. We know it's a limited shoe but decided to try anyway. We were greeted in the women's section by a girl named Taylor. She had thick rimmed glasses, was about 4'9", and had braids. She quietly greeted us and asked if we needed help and this is where it all went downhill. We asked for our size in the shoe and her widened. She started to giggle as if it was funny that we asked for the size. I'm almost certain she didn't even know what the shoe was. She claimed that the biggest size they had in women's was 8.5, which, if true, means that this location not only has terrible employees, but a very limited selection. We said thanks and walked out. He offered no solution nor did he bother to think of one for the exchange I was attempting to make. I won't be coming back here again. This store does well because it's the only athletic shoe store in the mall. Once a finish line opens up, they'll lose a lot of clients. Rodrigo had a good understanding of the newest technology, features of various form factors, and brand differences. He even brought out a shoe unprompted, based on the feedback I was giving. It felt as if I was in a Nordstrom rather a shoe store. The store has a solid selection of the latest in men's sports shoes (even the far out styles). HORRIBLE experience and HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online and it's been over two months and I still haven't received them. The order shows that the shoes were delivered, however I never got them. I've emailed customer service multiple times and all they've said is they would launch an investigation - which they never did. I've called customer service and it goes straight to voice mail before it hangs up on me everytime. I still haven't gotten sent another pair of shoes or refunded. Again, they said they didn't have it - so AGAIN, I asked them to check if any store has an 11. Surprise surprise they had an 11 in the back. So they grabbed it. Usually at other footlocker every single employee ask if I need help as soon as they make eye contact, which is nice to be acknowledged.
