The Redbox is abysmal and it makes me wonder how often it is used nowadays with the flexibility of watching moves online nowadays. There's also almost always a vagabond standing in front of the store asking for money which makes it uncomfortable for customers. Everything was organized very well in any knew exactly which aisle to go to. I then checked out at the self check out, which made a lot easier. I was able to use my points and rewards. They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It was very efficient shopping trip, which I appreciated.
