The place is full of ford stuff - of course. The Kobe beef burger was top notch. I had patty melt at the suggestion of the bar back? Excellent choice. Desert was top notch. Who owns this location? I usually love Ford's Garage, I've been to the others several times... and I think this one once before, sitting at the outside bar. But I'm alone this time, and this experience has been ridiculous. I get that because I'm alone and even with my dinner and 2 beers a relatively a small bar tab. But I've been here for over an hour and a half and only acknowledged 4x which is why I've only had 1 food item and 2 beers. It took me 4 tries to shout down someone just to get the dressing that was supposed to come with my salad. I've been getting dirty, nasty looks since. (And I didn't even complain! I just said I really needed the dressing.) They're not busy at all - they're literally standing around, and disappearing occasionally. But like I said, I'm a cheap tab. Another customer just walked out. I'm shocked this is who they would hire at what's otherwise a really good chain. I guess the pickings really are slim. I've never felt so ignored. Completely genius! Why didn't anyone think of this sooner? Put a decent sports bar at the edge of Miromar outlets. The husbands and boyfriends can chill there all day, drink beer, and watch sports as the ladies all get their shopping done. Usually I have to drag my poor boyfriend to Miromar, but now... quoted straight from his lips, "let's go to the outlets every weekend!" That's music to my hears. ahah! They have a decent beer selection. There's a great Saturday deal for buy any 4 bottled beers, get the 5th one free! And it really means ANY bottled beer, not just the typical domestic stuff. As for food, we only tried the fries sampler. They were decent. The burgers from the other tables looked delicious. I'll have to try those next time! Since they just opened, be prepared to wait! When we got there around 1PM, a table for 2 people was an hour. They'll put your name in and text you when your table is ready. Which is nice, you can walk around the outlet instead of be confined around the restaurant area. Hopefully the intense wait will die down after the place has been open a little longer. My wife and I took our daughter, her fiance and our grandson here last night, pretty cool layout and liked the car over the bar that honked and blew exhaust out of the pipe. I wasn't as thrilled about some of my food as others at the table. We started out with the pretzel sticks and cheese dips and shared those amongst the table and they were awesome. I ordered the Chili/Cheddar cheese burger w/fries and it was good, but not what I had expected (considering I've had a few of these in my day). The chili wasn't as hot as I'd hoped and the beef was a bit overcooked for me. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food quite a bit. Not sure when I will be back here, since it's 140 miles away from home, but I might give it another try and just order a different burger or maybe the wings instead. I have enjoyed this place for 4 years and never had a problem. Last visit was horrible! I found hair in my burger and the waiter acted like it was no big deal. He reluctantly asked his supervisor for a meal credit as he reminded me the tip should be on the full amount of the check. I did tip him appropriately but found his response to be out of line. Angie Rose was our wonderful waitress. The fish and chips were wonderful. The fish filet was huge and cooked to perfection. The sushi grade ahi tuna was delicious. We will definitely order that again. For a little while this past year the wait staff were less than pleasant and left you with ever asking if you needed anything or if you even needed a refill on your drinks. First time I've come here for my favorite burger and they've screwed it up. Ford's Signature burger has their bbq sauce. I order this time, not a drop of that delicious bbq sauce. Just like Carmine Marceno's eventual bid for sheriff, it was scandalous! You get 3 stars because the rest is of my party's meals were great but not mine,...the angry yelper. Server was attentive and very sweet but unfortunately took my wrath for the kitchen on her gratuity (I was not only the angry yelper but the guy paying the check). We usually visit this restaurant every time we come to Florida. Sadly, however, this last time we were there we found the restaurant to be filthy! The restrooms were disgusting and I got a glimpse of the kitchen on my way out, had I seen it before we ate, I probably would have left! It was a mess. Stopped in for lunch today and had the best burger I've ever had in my entire life! Our server Cylia recommended the Estate Burger and it was insanely good. I got it medium well and it came cooked perfectly. I also ordered a Strawberry Margarita on the rocks because of her recommendation and it was fantastic. My husband got dessert and it was incredible too. Really great service, fast, friendly and relaxed. Great food, and not too expensive at all. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Wait staff was not friendly. Th salad was old and browning, had to send it back and actually cancelled it figuring that the replacement would be the same. Heard about Ford's Garage while we were downtown at Firestone's Grille and the valet mentioned that Miromar Outlets had one. Stopped for lunch while shopping and were pleased with the food and atmosphere. I had the Ford's Signature burger with onion rings and my wife had a custom-assembled Angus Burger with the fresh-cut fries. Both burgers were made as ordered but we expected to have a more beefy taste from the hand-made, never frozen meat. They have a strong beer selection with both inside and outside bars. We finished with a slice of Mom's Rum Cake and coffee which were both very good. The atmosphere is casual, interesting and friendly. Our waitress, Shelby (what a great name for that place), had just the right amount of attentiveness without overdoing it and knew the menu well. We'll be back and also try the other two locations in the downtowns of Fort Myers and Cape Coral. read more

My husband tried to call ahead for my birthday with a party of 8. He was told they were slow and there wasn't a wait. When he politely brought it to the managers attention, we were sat down after 45 minutes. The waitress never brought my husbands food and then tried to make me pack it up and take it home. I've been to the Estero location of Ford's Garage on numerous locations and it's one of my favorite spots. Miromar Outlets is lacking in restaurant options, and I'm thrilled that Ford's continues to live up to my expectations. I have sat either outside or inside at the bar each time I've dined here and have always received fast and friendly service. The bartenders know their beers and are great with providing samples and recommendations. They have a extensive beer list and a rotating draught menu. As someone who tends to choose liquor over beer, I order beer here every time and I'm never disappointed. I've tried numerous burgers off their menu and I've liked every one. The Ford's Signature, the Model A, and the Estate Burger are my 3 favorite. The marmalade and truffle aioli on the Estate Burger made for an anything but basic burger. I've also had the Distinguished Gentleman and the Mushroom Swiss; both were great. I've heard excellent things about the Pacific Burger and the High-Octane, but they are a little too spicy for my liking. And then there is their Pulled Pork Mac N Cheese... it's amazing and cheesy and comes with a ton of pork. As for appetizers, I was a little disappointed with the Buffalo Chicken Dip. It was a little runny and could have used more chicken. I'm a big fan of the BBQ pork nachos and often order these as my entree; it's a huge portion. Pickle chips and pretzel sticks are always a solid option as well. This a great option if you are looking for a casual spot with good food, lots of beer choices, and reasonable prices. read more

This place had very good food. We had 4 in our party and each of us liked our food. The only mishap was that lettuce was included in our sandwich (which was easily remedied by taking it out). My wife is very picky and loved her chicken tenders. The fries were very good (worth mentioning). The wait was not too bad (but a wait usually implies that the food/value is worth it). My burger was a bit more rare than I would have liked but was acceptable to me. My son's chicken sandwich was also very good. If you like simple American fare, this is the place to go. read more
