Stopped in for lunch today and had the best burger I've ever had in my entire life! Our server Cylia recommended the Estate Burger and it was insanely good. I got it medium well and it came cooked perfectly. I also ordered a Strawberry Margarita on the rocks because of her recommendation and it was fantastic. My husband got dessert and it was incredible too. Really great service, fast, friendly and relaxed. Great food, and not too expensive at all. My boyfriend and I ate here about a month ago and I have wanted to write a review. The food here is ALWAYS delicious. I always order the Tuna Me Up Ahi Tuna sandwich which is as good or better each time I eat it. My boyfriend took a chance with the Jiffy Burger and of course I had to try a taste. Angie Rose was our wonderful waitress. The fish and chips were wonderful. The fish filet was huge and cooked to perfection. The sushi grade ahi tuna was delicious. We will definitely order that again. For a little while this past year the wait staff were less than pleasant and left you with ever asking if you needed anything or if you even needed a refill on your drinks. Very cool restaurant with a great atmosphere and impressive car themed environment. I ordered the 9 oz Black Angus burger and built it with bacon, fried egg, jalapeño ketchup, grilled jalapeños, spicy 'boom boom' sauce, jalapeño jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and more! It was awesome! The bun is even 'branded' with the Ford logo. Some of their food presentation techniques are very creative and follow the overall car themed environment. I have truly enjoyed the food at Ford's Garage, everything has been perfectly made to order and honestly some of the best French Onion Soup I have had in Southwest Florida! I had an unfortunate experience with some of the young workers watching a completely inappropriate television show at 11AM when families were present, HOWEVER, upon my reaching out to the restaurant I had a manager call me within a day and detailed how he rectified the situation with his staff and truly made me believe I would never experience that again upon returning to his restaurant! When he politely brought it to the managers attention, we were sat down after 45 minutes. The waitress never brought my husbands food and then tried to make me pack it up and take it home. It was a surprisingly cold and rainy Florida day. I wanted a hot lunch and the smells emanating from Ford's garage lured me in. They have a large menu - mostly burgers and other classic American style meals. The thing that really stands out here is this is truly modeled after a garage. They do a great job with the branding and the decor. Everything from the sinks in the bathroom to the napkin rings are car/garage style. The server walks you through the menu, and mine was very friendly. I can't remember exactly what my burger was called, but basically it was a bacon cheeseburger. It really hit the spot on that cool day. I devoured all but one bite of an enormous burger and a heap of fries. You could certainly split one of these burgers. I was a little sad that I chose to eat the whole thing, as the desserts really good look delicious on the menu. If The outlets are busy, I would recommend trying to get in before noon. I've been to the Estero location of Ford's Garage on numerous locations and it's one of my favorite spots. Miromar Outlets is lacking in restaurant options, and I'm thrilled that Ford's continues to live up to my expectations. I have sat either outside or inside at the bar each time I've dined here and have always received fast and friendly service. The bartenders know their beers and are great with providing samples and recommendations. They have a extensive beer list and a rotating draught menu. As someone who tends to choose liquor over beer, I order beer here every time and I'm never disappointed. I've tried numerous burgers off their menu and I've liked every one. The Ford's Signature, the Model A, and the Estate Burger are my 3 favorite. The marmalade and truffle aioli on the Estate Burger made for an anything but basic burger. I've also had the Distinguished Gentleman and the Mushroom Swiss; both were great. I've heard excellent things about the Pacific Burger and the High-Octane, but they are a little too spicy for my liking. And then there is their Pulled Pork Mac N Cheese... it's amazing and cheesy and comes with a ton of pork. As for appetizers, I was a little disappointed with the Buffalo Chicken Dip. It was a little runny and could have used more chicken. I'm a big fan of the BBQ pork nachos and often order these as my entree; it's a huge portion. Pickle chips and pretzel sticks are always a solid option as well. This a great option if you are looking for a casual spot with good food, lots of beer choices, and reasonable prices. read more

This place had very good food. We had 4 in our party and each of us liked our food. The only mishap was that lettuce was included in our sandwich (which was easily remedied by taking it out). My wife is very picky and loved her chicken tenders. The fries were very good (worth mentioning). The wait was not too bad (but a wait usually implies that the food/value is worth it). My burger was a bit more rare than I would have liked but was acceptable to me. My son's chicken sandwich was also very good. If you like simple American fare, this is the place to go. read more

I've been wanting to visit a Ford's Garage for sometime and unfortunately my party of four had a terrible experience. The wait time and seating was fine but after we were seated we sat for a long period of time...long enough to look over the several menus including brew menu, go to the bathroom, watch the sports on the tv, help the other customers nearby and etc. Yes, we waited for a while. The server, Abigail, was kind and appeared busy with her four tables. But we didn't get refills, not enough silverware for our party (upon request), no Mayo (upon request), no lemon (upon request), and never returned after the food was delivered. At first I didn't think the 2nd beer ordered would arrive (alcohol usually never takes too long $$). All of this is tolerable if the food is good...right? What an experience. The burgers should've and could've been great but they were undercooked. I tried to eat the edge and just deal with it until I realized that is ridiculous. We wanted to get our food cooked right but the server didn't return until one of us started waiving. She immediately came over and apologized and wanted to get her manager. He did help but didn't care for details. Literally, as I was speaking he would ask "Do you want me to take it off or cook you another?" He kept repeating as we were describing the burgers were still cold in the center..."Do you want me to take it off or make you another?"...The egg is raw and...one person suggested maybe putting it in the microwave..."Do you want me to take it off or do you want another?" Seriously! Well taking it off seemed like the best option considering the dining experience as a whole up till that point. The manager took off two burger meals. My daughter left the restaurant and barely made it to the nearest gas station before she had to vomit. We actually took half her burger with us, not to eat later but to take to the hospital with her if needed. Two others have stomach aches, and the one person that had beer is fine. Third time was not the charm... After the third chance at delivery from Fords Garage Estero I'm going to have to give up on there kitchen. The only "special" instructions I requested was to put the toppings of the Estate Burger on the side, just so the veggies don't mush and everything stays fresh. I only live minutes from this location and yet the burger came sloppily topped with everything and it was just a luke warm mush.. took one bite and just had to throw it away. Also, the aoili it comes with, which really makes the burger was just left out of the order completely? Not sure why from start to finish this restaurant can't take pride in their work.
