We looked at a few places before making a decision, and Holy Sepulchre stood out--not just for the price, which was the best by far--but for how easy they made everything. We felt like we got real good value, which is important when you're making these kinds of long-term decisions. We ended up getting a crypt because we like to be prepared. We don't want our kids having to deal with all that later on, and Holy Sepulchre really helped make that process straightforward. They walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. It was all handled with care and respect. We're also in the process of purchasing a headstone for my grandmother at another cemetery--Saint Adalbert--and I have to say, the experience hasn't been quite the same. Holy Sepulchre was just much better at answering questions and helping us understand the options. That really stood out. All in all, very pleased with how everything went here and very glad we got it taken care of when we did.

Loss is such a weird thing. Early in life it is easy. It starts small. The loss of a favorite toy. A favorite pair of jeans or shoes. Maybe the loss of a favorite car. Even the loss of an early romantic flame seem so easy. Sometimes things that are lost can be found. Other times, the loss of things can be prevented all together. But still, mostly, loss is permanent. I think this is why when a loved one is lost to death it's the hardest thing to accept. On what has become one the hardest days of my life the image of my dad and his loving demeanor was not lost. I'd like to thank the staff at Prasser-Kleczka for all of your truly amazing work; through our Lord Father God Almighty you gave me the best gift I could've ever asked for after 2021 gave me the worst surprise of my life. The service was so beautiful and everything was just so perfect. It was such a peaceful and gentle way to celebrate and say goodbye to the wonderful man my father was. You gave me a truly great last memory of my dad. He looked so at peace that day. I truly cannot thank you all enough for giving myself and my family the most incredible-better-than-best-possible last day with this man who is so dearly loved and cherished and so terribly and sorely missed. We thought about trying to do it ourselves with a blower but so glad we had them come out because we had a birds nest in our vent for a long time - huge fire hazard. Thank goodness we had a smart dryer that stopped working because of the clog. It would've been super cool if they were able to put on a cover/cage so the birds didn't come back again because we don't have a ladder that's tall enough. Obviously outside of their scope but might be something to consider for an extra price.
