If you own a farm, you know it's basically a high-stakes circus where the performers (the animals)…read moreare constantly trying to find new ways to worry you. Dr Mikhaela is the only reason my circus is still running! She is the definition of professional--competent, incredibly thorough, and remarkably responsive when things go sideways. We have presented her with some truly "unique" and bizarre animal emergencies, and she handles every strange circumstance with total grace (and zero judgment). It is rare to find someone who is as brilliant as she is kind, and she takes wonderful care of every creature on my property. My animals are healthy and I am much calmer knowing she's only a call away. If you want the best for your four-legged family, look no further!

I recently had the vet come out on a horse call. I had…read morespoke. To her letting her know we're the injury was and what it was. She proceed coming out and doing a very brief physical exam 2 to 4 minutes at 50 bucks . Then proceeded to say the area of injury she had concerns about it being in the joint . Then said she does not irrigate or flush in the field and proceed to do a coding scrub for a few minutes that cost a additional 60 bucks then suggesting going to a vet that had a clinic who who could do proper testing and flushing. I appreciate the input to go somewhere else but feel that if the vet does not treat in the field that should be conveyed up front so the clie t doesn't waste money ect. Seemed like a very nice person but I would not recommend for a horse vet.

Had a very good experience here. I just moved to the area and my cat has very bad anxiety…read moreespecially in cars. I called around to other veterinarian offices and no one was willing to give my cat medication for her anxiety to get her to her appointment but when I called BGV, they were so nice and had the idea of requesting my cats records from her previous vet so that way she can be prescribed anxiety meds for her first visit appointment which I truly appreciate so much. The staff was super welcoming and answered all my silly questions. The dr I had, I believe dr Jill (?), was super friendly and helpful! The vet nurse Catherine was also very nice and helpful. Would recommend this place.

I think these vets are ok. They definitely have helped me in emergency situations. The only thing I…read moredon't like is the tone can be condescending from the vets and like many other vet clinics recommend hills and purina. Certified dog nutritionist backed food? Maybe. But have you actually read the ingredients? Do you know that if you were to do a little research you'd find those dog and cat food options are some of the absolute worst? Corn, wheat and byproducts. Highly processed and very inflammatory. Please go outside the indoctrination box. Kibble is so bad in itself but these dog food companies should be condemned. Thank you for taking care of my animals when I needed you. I discovered a much better option for my cat with crystals in his bladder and he tested negative for crystals recently. Took him to another vet and she said to keep doing what Im doing. Urine acidifier and low phosphorus wet food. Weruva for the win.
