She's doing great with the medication he prescribed which is great because she's our lil fur baby and we adore her so much. When Gigi and I got back home, Gigi started having back to back seizures; I was so scared that I would lose her. I called this vet back right away and they told me to bring her back immediately. I believe we went to this vet three days in a row and they took such good care of her. They gave her an IV and at the end, the seizures stopped. Gigi is now on two medications to help with her seizures. My other fur-child, Lola, was coughing recently and I brought her here-- This was also a last minute appointment. Dr. Griffith took good care of her and prescribed her medication and now she's all fine. The doctors and the staff here are so great! I live in Sacramento, so it takes me an hour to get here, but I don't mind, because I know my fur-children are in the BEST care. HIGHLY recommend this vet!

And they told me they would only sign to fill online prescriptions once a week on Wednesday. So they forced me to purchase another week of medication from them, or pay another 50+ dollars to get seen by another veterinarian, or make my pets suffer with allergies. Then they act like they were doing me a big favor when they forgot to fill it out on Wednesday the following week and they had to fill it out on Thursday. I scheduled a hospice consult for my sweet 13 year old lab and received a quick response with a call from Jennifer. Even though I never met Jennifer, I felt like she was holding my hand during the whole process. When it was time for our hospice consult, Dr. Chandler came to our house and assessed our boy along with going over quality of life. She even gave him a treatment before she left to see if it would help his mobility. After the consult, I received a very thorough email from Dr. Chandler giving me a breakdown of my dog's prognosis along with some treatment options. She reached out to other mobile vets on my behalf and provided helpful links for every option of care that she gave me. Jennifer also followed up to check on Oakley to see how he was doing. When it was time to make the decision for me to let him go, I texted Dr. Chandler (after hours on her day off). She still responded. She came out a couple days later to our home and we were able to give him a peaceful goodbye on our lawn, which was his favorite place. Dr. Chandler treated Oakley with such care and dignity from start to finish. Jennifer also called me again to check on my wellbeing a week after we said goodbye. Dr. Chandler reached out to me on a Saturday to let me know she had Oakley. He was ready to return home. She worked with us on getting him back and even went as far as matching the tissue paper to the color of his fur for the packaging. She also included a beautiful dog card along with his name which was handwritten. It lays against the paw print and clipping of his hair she gave us. I hope I provided enough details as to why Love Always is not only the best, but the only option I would ever use when having someone take care of my beloved companions.

He lost his bag legs and couldn't walk yet met Dr. Chandler at the door then walked in with her and laid on the carpet. He knew why she was there and he was ready. This is 3 days after Christmas mind you and she made time for us. We were so appreciative of her and her services. She made one of the hardest things you go through in your life so much easier. This veterinarian may not be for you if you believe in species appropriate diets, spacing out vaccines, using titer testing, or any attempt to engage in dialogue that goes against their beliefs. I was treated like I might lick my uncleaned counter after prepping raw meats or like I might lick my fingers after picking up dog poo in my yard. On the positives, they do have good weekend availability, fairly reasonable pricing and if you are 100% on board with Western Vet medicine without need for intuition or nutritional approaches, then you will like most of them. There are some truly great people at this vet clinic & not every experience has been negative. My review is based on their unwillingness to have the pet owner be a part of the process and to not being open to dialogue about different approaches to nutrition & care options.

I absolutely appreciate Animal Spray & Neuter here in Auburn. They have amazing, affordable…read moreservices for your dog or cat. I got Sophie about 6 months ago. I have been wanted to get her spayed and micro chipped for a while. After going through another company for her shots (and they weren't cheap), I found Animal Spay & Neuter on Yelp. You first need to call and leave them a message with the information they ask on their voice mail. Then, they call you back to get you on the schedule. You need to put down the payment over the phone to secure your spot for the spay or neuter. I was called back about 48 hours later, and on the schedule in less than a week. When the day arrived, you need to arrive at 7:30am and call the number on the banner at the front entrance to let them know your there. Then, you go up to the window when they call you back, to check in. They have the option to micro chip your furry friend, so if course, I wanted Sophie chipped. That I paid for when she was ready for pick up. They tell you they'll call you when your loving pet is finished. Sophie was done later that morning and would be ready for pick up at 1:30pm. Everyone here seemed so gentle and loving with Sophie. They are amazing for what they do. I am so thankful they were able to help me take good care of Sophie!

Also, they charge 6 dollars for a cone and say that they don't supply the cone because the cat was acting fine when with the vet (which was when they were sedated. Another thing, they have a sign that says to call them upon arrival and they will call back when ready, but even though I was the first one to arrive and call I was only helped after 5 people so they really need to fix the whole system here.
