I came in right before closing (had no idea they closed early that night) and ended up having three separate orders that needed to be sorted out. It was way more complicated than I expected, and I kept apologizing but Emanuel never once made me feel like a burden. He was incredibly patient, kind, and calm the entire time. He stayed fully present, walked me through everything, and reassured me without any frustration, even though it was a Friday night and they were trying to close up. What could have been a stressful situation felt easy because of how he handled it. That level of care and professionalism is rare, and it really stuck with me.
