Great Forever 21, one of the largest I've been to so far. They have all the new arrivals, even the ones that haven't even been posted up on the website. The only downside is that the workers don't seem approachable, the cashiers seem too cheery. Items do go quickly so if you want to come back for a shirt you saw three days ago, tough luck. Also, there's only two dressing room areas open of the six they have which is stupid considering the amount of customers that come in every HOUR. Bottom line, come here if you want a bigger selection to chose from but they really need to hire new staff that has been trained properly in customer service. read more

The majority of my clothes are from Forever 21. It's a madhouse for the fashionably cheap. Everything in there is of good quality and there's great fabrics and designs. Biggest Forever 21 I've ever been too ! Lots of options and more sizes compared to F21's in the Bay Area and LA. Nobody followed me like I was a criminal and the staff was friendly. There was no sales tax I'm not sure why, if that's a New York thing of a NY F21 thing but I like it ! read more

This place gets four stars not because of the quality of the goods buy for variety and the amazing hours! If bloomy's was open that late it would have gotten ten stars! They have three levels and make what makes them into the biggest store in the US? The cloths are not quality in any way, not the cut, not the fabric and definitely not the feel. But if you realize at midnight that you don't have a clean shirt for an important meeting that's your best bet in Manhattan. read more

Service is poor. With 4 floors, you would think there would be more fitting rooms open for customers to use. Instead every dressing room we went to the staff said it was closed and we ended up waiting in a long line. read more

I loved this forever 21. It literally had everything that I had seen on the forever 21 website and that is never the case when I go to any of the XXI in my area. From what I remember it was 4 levels high. Great selection and great service. I give major props to the workers there. They must be super tired dealing with a full house every night. read more

Great store for trendy clothing and accessories. Best selection and stock compared to the other locations of this store (i.e. Herald Sq., Union Sq., and SOHO). Also, I found that the staff was a bit more helpful, willing to check backstock for a particular item I was looking for. The other locations I visited that day claimed that it was not a procedure of theirs and quickly dismissed my request. Kudos, thank you! read more

This store has 3 levels :) Plenty to look at and buy. I happen to check out on the bottom level tonight where the shoes are. Service was awful. Waited in line while the staff was chit chatting and fooling around until finally someone came to tell the girl to help check out. read more

The girls in the dressing rooms do not do anything and are extremely disrespectful. The place is a dump. Literally, they don't even clear out the items in there for customers to be able to hang up clothes. I only wanted to try on like 5 different dresses to wear to the beach, so my plan was to be quick! I instead walked out bringing like 15 items that were not mine from the dressing room. Then one black girl had the audacity to tell me "just leave it there on the table, were there anything else left?".... bitch, i just cleared the entire dressing room for you. Do your damn job instead of making customers do it for you. read more

I love Forever 21 clothes. So I thought that I would love this store it has about 4-5 floors. But since it is Times Square of course it will always be packed. The staff tries to be as helpful as possible but because it is so huge its hard to track them down. Usually I take 1-2 to shop in a smaller store but I would need an entire day to get through all of their floors. Plus I like trying clothes on and the line seems endless. It served as an experience but it is way too packed to go back. Unless I have nothing better to do. I enjoy the variety of clothes that they offer but it's uncomfortable for me to bother looking. read more

My favorite F21 ever! They have so many clothes spread out on FOUR FLOORS! This store had so much more for me, compared to my local Forever 21. It was also very clean, and organized. The employees were very nice too.The only thing that would've made my experience better would be more dressing rooms, so I didn't have to go looking for one. I wish I could have spent hours shopping here, so I would definitely come back. read more

I love that this location is open late and has levels of clothes to choose from. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is because of one worker in the dressing rooms. I had family visiting NYC for the first time so I decided to take them shopping at Forever 21. After collecting items they wanted to try on we proceeded to a available fitting room. There was only 1 other customer in line before us and the worker was inside folding clothes that customers didn't want. When we saw a customer come out of a fitting room we assume that we were next... Wrong. The worker continued to fold clothing even after seeing us in line and seeing a room available. We got annoyed and decided to go to another fitting room where they were more accommodating. read more

I specifically visit this store every time I'm in NY. This has 5 or 6 floors in it! There are escalators and elevators! It's amazing and like nothing you've ever seen! I like to check out each floor! I never leave without finding anything good! The prices are so reasonable! If you love Forever 21, it's a must see!! read more

This store may be large and be open late, but I feel like it doesn't carry as great of a selection as the Herald Square F21. It's also really busy all the time, so good luck finding a dressing room. It looks overwhelming at first, but I didn't really find much that I liked. F21 definitely doesn't sell all the same clothes in each store, which is refreshing, but this store didn't carry a selection that suited my taste compared to the Herald Square one. If you're looking for cheap, cute clothes, F21 is the place to go. They always have new items out, but they change around the store every day, at least at the Herald Square location, which can be confusing if you go two days in a row. The employees have always been courteous at every F21 I've been to, so it's really a matter of style taste in terms of picking which one you want to go to. In comparing H&M to F21, I feel like F21 has improved a lot...to the point where if given the option of choosing just one store to spend $200 at, I would choose F21. H&M has gotten more expensive, and the quality has worsened, whereas the opposite is true for F21. Happy shopping! read more

Clean and organized store! Staff was helpful and there was a great selection of clothing. It was affordable and got lots of fun jewerly for my wife at great prices. Only disappointment was a headband we found for our niece. Sent her a picture and she loved it. After spending 15 minutes with a manager trying to get a price found out it was only for display. Didn't get a chance to bring it home for her. Instead had to find a cheap plastic one in China Town. read more

You get what you pay for. Current styles, crap fabrics, poor workmanship. All the knits in the sales areas were full of pills and looked 2nd hand (maybe they were!) Denim might be a good buy but only because it doesn't stretch (unless it has to!) everything else is absolute rubbish. I only came in here cos my daughter was obsessed. I gently guided her into H & M on Fifth and she was a reformed woman by the time we left that store. Don't waste your time. It's rubbish.... read more

I absolutely love this store. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The cashiers worked very fast and didn't keep you waiting too long in line. Normally I stay away from large clothing stores because they are usually cramped and most time the clothes end up on the floor but this was not the case at this store. This place isn't all that bad as I thought it would be. I admit walking into a department store packed with women made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I was shopping for a gift, something nice for my wife based on what I found on their online store. Unfortunately while looking for the particular items through this department store, I started to lose my patience realizing I'm not finding anything I wanted from their online store. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of a store clerk who was able to help me. In fact a couple of clerks on the floor section I was on were willing to help me find these items. It was pretty cool, I was shocked because I'm always hearing how the help in this place is hard to find. Large selection of clothing. This place is my new favorite store!

What's with all the criticism? Yeah sure so you have what seems to be a bunch of high school educated kids working the registers that seemingly don't know half the time what's going on, the level of service is shoddy and inconsistent, many of the floor workers have a difficult time of even knowing what is available or not (maybe because the sheer size of the inventory?) but you know what? That's part of what you pay for. I went in here and bought a pair of $14 jeans. Let me repeat that. FOURTEEN DOLLARS. That barely gets you a meal in this city. Yes it's a poly blend so arguably if I had to create a new category i would call them Jean-Style pants or something since I'm sure if there was some official American Jeans Commission it wouldn't pass the test. But the point is this place make look all razzle dazzle like a lot of other casual stores but they are just a discount store in disguise. $5 tops, $10 button downs, $15 pants...it comes at a price and that's a lesser experienced and qualified staff. I'm fine, like when I go to TJ Maxx I don't expect white glove service. Don't expect the same. That being said this place is massive. Multiple subterranean levels make this as large as any major department store in the US. Now whether the jeans last me more than a year, that's another issue. Let me just start out by saying I made a yelp account just so I can tell people about my experience at this location. Forever21 is my store. I don't live by one back home so I order online, my closet is basically all forever21. So when I was in New York and in Times Square of course I would have to stop in. Me and my little sister was shopping and noticed some things. The sales section looked like a tornado flew by. There was dust and dirt on tables where clothes sat. Then we experienced nasty...and when I mean nasty I mean a rude worker who clearly hates her life! She was yelling at employees to get stuff down, apparently she was a manager. She gave customers rude looks and used explosive language when they walked away. Then she called security on me because I was inconveniencing her by standing in a place that wasn't being used. I was checking to see if the jeans fit my sister so I could buy them for her. If she really was a manger she needs some training on how to treat people because she was acting in a rude and unprofessional way! So needless to say I did not buy anything because this location didn't deserve my business! read more
