    I usually don't shop at F21 but my little sis really wanted a shirt from here. Management needs to step up! Looooong lines, a mess on the floor, and I swear I counted 3 employees.... on a SATURDAY. One in the fitting room and two on register.... then one disappeared. Down to ONE employee on the register. Is this shirt really worth this?? Ugh

    My experience was unacceptable and the only reason I gave it one star is because the prices were low. Apparently select lingerie is final sale non returnable. I was purchasing a onesie for my 22 year old daughter and I bought 3 different sizes to determine the right fit. The cashier did not tell me it was a final sale even though I told him what I was doing. The first onesie I picked up was a large, white and there were no other sizes. The cashier told me I could order a different size online. He did not tell me there were racks of different colored ones on the lower level. I discovered this after I purchased the white one. I then proceeded to buy 2 more onesies of different styles and sizes M and S. He again did not mention final sale. No where on the onesies did it say lingerie. One week later I tried to return the long sleeve onesie and told it was non returnable. The manager then said I could exchange it for a similar priced item. What? It did not look like lingerie and it was opaque. Then he said final sale. It will be the last time I shop in there. Final Sale You Bet.

    This store is HORRIBLE! Not only is it messy, the associates do not speak to you. The line is nearly out the door and they have two of the slowest cashiers ever! I see associates walking around yet not getting on the register to help with the line.. AND it's HOT!

    They had one person at the register and 8 people in line. SUPER slow and no one seemed to care that customers were waiting!!

    Staff is not helpful at all. Signs say see someone for help. Potential Customers - Read this review before considering purchases from this store. You won't believe how poorly we were treated. Consider, with your hard earned dollars, insisting on good customer service and shop elsewhere. Let me first say, that I'm a mother of two teenage daughters and when we discovered Chocolate we were thrilled. My daughters' school has 4 formal to semi-formal dances per year. By the time both daughters would graduate from high school that would be 32 dresses, plus accessories, plus alternations. I think by any standard I would be a good customer! This weekend our intention was to purchase a prom dress. We made several sections - yes, probably 7 to 8 dresses, but it's prom! You have to try things on to know what you will want. All the dresses we selected were between $150 - $200. Again, good customer, right? When we made our way to the dressing room, we were informed that a 'new policy' prevented trying on more than 3 dresses per day! And that if we wanted to try on more than that an appointment would be needed. What?!!?? I asked the lady if she remembered me and that we have bought many dresses here. Yes, she replied. We tried 3 dresses on and left the store with potential selections sitting untried on the rack. Further to this LUNACY, was that the store was empty. Every dressing room was OPEN. Not a single person trying on dresses. I won't be back - ever!!! As a business person, I can't understand policies that prevent customers from purchasing your products. Management - I say to you directly... what are you thinking? Why would you ever turn away a paying customer? A customer that already has a known track record of making purchases in your store. If you need to deal with people camping out and trying on dress after dress and not purchasing, do that. esta política es una locura!
