Came in to buy some sweaters for my daughter. Not too many choices and the ones available were all cropped sweaters so if you wanted to wear it to be warm then not really a good choice . The displays were nicely arranged. Eventually got her some tanks for layering. Prices are very affordable and the store has a lot of cute clothes for teen girls/young ladies at an affordable price. There is also young men's clothes available but I didn't shop in that dept today. read more

This review is for the GENERAL MANAGER who worked on Monday 01/25/2021. I ordered $600 worth of clothes on their website. And obviously some of them didn't look good on me so I decided to return them. I came in with a big bag of clothes to return, and the general manager was irritated helping me out. She was like: "you owe a business or something?!?". She seemed very annoyed due of the amount of clothes I was returning. Thb, it's none of your business. I understand I brought a lot of items to return, but I shop online a lot and if they don't fit I have to return them somewhere, some how. However, she seemed irritated the entire transaction. 2 of the items didn't come with tags. Because forever 21 just started to stick their tags onto the plastic bags that the items came with nowadays. I don't mind if they just explain to me nicely. But the GM was rude saying that I should have known to keep the plastic bags. So it's my fault that your company stop attaching tags to the items?!? So the policy is we can return as long as the tag is attached right?! Well you can't return if the company doesn't put a tag to their items to begin with. What a joke! So I ended up returning about $120 including tax. THAT'S NOTHING COMPARING TO THE ENTIRE $600 ORDER. OMG! I love this new Forever 21 that just opened last week at the West Covina Mall, it's so awesome and gigantic!!!! It's 2 stories and has a section for everything and even has a fancy escalator in the middle. The employees were actually very helpful, much better than most Forever 21 employees, lol. They have tons of great cheap clothes and an awesome accessory section upstairs. There's even a Prom dress section that I wish they had when I was in High School and looking for a Prom dress. There's also many new exciting lines released within the Forever 21 collections like Twelve by Twelve and the other retro looking one. They also have a Men's section, which I don't care about, but it's there for anyone that's interested, haha. If you're in a rush, it's hard to browse through this store quickly, because there's just so much stuff to look at everywhere. This Forever 21 is really nice and organized, I'll at least enjoy it while it's nice and new. I love this store and am going to really enjoy shopping here from now on. read more

They said that since I paid with Apple Pay that they were an able to refund my debit card. Long story short, they said all that they can offer me is a gift card. Don't go here . I came all the way from Moreno Valley to look for some things for edc and the girls up at the cashier we're looking at me all suspicious . And I said is there a problem . They said no. So I went ahead and tried on things and there was some shorts with a top together but I only wanted to try the shorts so I tried them on , loved them and asked if I could just buy the shorts which I got told no . So I said ok I'll just them together oh well. and went to the front to pay. Once I paid I left and the same girl who was told to keep an eye on me in front of me before I went to the fitting room chased me outside to check both my bags , one from intimate basics and the forever 21 because the 'sensor' went off . And I told her 'the sensor didn't go off, I've worked at forever 21 before I know the sound of it , just tell me who your manager is so I can talk to them and let them know how embarrassing it is to be chased outside because the so called sensor went off . Thankfully I'm blessed to afford what I wanna buy so I promise you I didn't take anything like you guys thought I was because I can buy it. '. She just told me 'you mightve taken something so I gotta check.' So she check and saw I didn't' and just went back . This Forever 21 location is rather on the smaller side, compared to the location in Arcadia at the Santa Anita Mall. I have never been to this location until a few days ago. I didn't find what I was looking for on this visit, but still browsed around since I was there. When I walked into the store I was greeted by an employee right away. But I just kind of felt strange for some reason because she didn't really look like an employee. She looked like she was shopping for herself, lol. But I knew she was an employee because of the employee badge card thing she had around her neck and also a few shopping bags on her shoulders to give out if a customer wanted to put their items in while shopping. Since employees here dress pretty trendy, it is hard to distinguish who is an employee here and who isn't it. Anyways, just thought this location is just a-ok and prefer to shop at the Arcadia one for more variety and larger clearance section. read more

They made eye contact and continued to chit chat. While still standing in line, I asked the 4th guy if the line I was standing in the right line to pay? I'm sure there are a ton of employees working the floor at such a huge store, so there's really no excuse. Customer service should always come first. Customer service is horrible. I bought a jacket here, and I wanted to return it about 15 mins later because I came across a better deal in the mall. I got back in the long line to return it, then the lady said I can only exchange it or receive store credit. I showed her the receipt and pointed to the time it was purchased, which was 15 mins earlier. I asked 'Is there anyway you can make an exception? Because I just bought this.' She rudely responded, 'No! I don't know if you did something to it.' I asked if I can speak to the manager, which she said was not present at the time. Then in the rudest tone of voice she says, 'So are you exchanging or want store credit?' I decided to keep it. She pretty much threw the jacket in the bag and shoved it to me. Such a shame...because when I bought the jacket, the guy at the cash register was very friendly and had a positive attitude. The lady on the other hand, seems like shes mad at the world. Yes, the store was very busy (12/23) 2 days before xmas. If the other workers can work in that environment with a smile then that lady should as well. I got over 6 items to try & when I went to switch it out, the short, chubby, blonde, Hispanic employee scorned, "How many do you have? Next time, wait for me." Ok, someone took my dressing room on the way out. Since there were so many open, I slipped into another on the other side. Worst parking structure. Barely any parking on weekends. I usually average 10 minutes to find parking. This branch of forever21 is pretty big with 2 stories available. I thought that the first floor was pretty unorganized with different types of clothing smashed against each other in racks, making it hard to see which sizes are available. read more

I shopped at this Forever 21 yesterday with one of my besties. It was my first time (and for my friend, I think it was her second). Anyway, upon entering the store, I took a look around at the first floor. It was HUGE by the way. I literally did NOT know where to start. Everything was also so nice and organized and I just wanted to grab EVERYTHING to try on. I think my friend and I stayed on the first floor for about an hour and a half before even going to the second floor. The second floor had some more clothes, but they were more t-shirt type, and were organized by color in some sections.. like the wife beaters, and v-necks and stuff. They also had a section for plus size. The downstairs section had a kid section, as well as a men section. So really, everyone benefits from this store :) In the second level, my friend and I mostly had fun in the accessory section. I tried on a few sunglasses, rings, headbands, and I really wanted to get this purse, but I had already gotten so much clothes.. In the end, I spent almost 100 dollars in that store (at my local mall, that's about how much I spend after I'm done shopping..and gong through the ENTIRE mall). In other Forever 21 stores, I usually spend about 15-30 dollars...so that says a lot. But yeah, I will DEFINITELY be coming back!! :) The Forever 21 at WestCo is pretty much the only good store there in my opinion! read more

I was in the store this time around for nearly 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. When someone finally cared to noticed, it was a gal who tried to hand me a mesh tote for my items with nothing to say. The racks are disheveled and items are mixed in with an absence of purpose. The selection of plus sized clothing is abysmal. There is a tiny area dedicated to larger sizes and it's difficult to navigate through the clothing when clothing appears piled in. Downstairs is a sectioned off explosion of random assortments with employees looking bewildered at people as they walk by. There is simply not enough staff here who care about making customers feel welcomed or keeping a neat and organized store. read more

My problem with this F21 location is their phone service!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS. I have called them before and was on hold for about 20 minutes, but I just hung up and was a lot more understanding because it was during Black Friday. However, I called again during the week when I did not think they would be busy to ask if there was an item in stock and I WAS ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES. Thankfully, I was smarter this time and just put my phone on speaker so I could be studying in the mean time, but then someone hung up so that was pointless. So I called again and got put on hold for ANOTHER 20 minutes before I was hung up on again. Needless to say, I do not recommend this location at all. This forever 21 is ok...My first complaint is that they used to have the shoes in one section and now theyre all scattered except for a couple that are by the registers, and half of them are passed the registers, which is the entrance for the employees, so how are we supposed to get to them? idk forever 21, you tell me. I shop in the plus size section which is like 5 racks and folded maternity jeans on the side, OK i get it, I'm fat, but I don't have to resort to maternity pants! Got up to the cash register with my new forever 21 credit card and the girl that rang me up told me my card wasn't going through and I needed to call the call center. The office was closed and there was no one that I could get through to. She said there was no way for her to call on my behalf. Luckily Mixim heard us and stepped in to help. She offered to call and took care of it for us. Maybe the other girl was new but either way, Mixim took initiative to help me out and it was very much appreciated, had it not been for her I wouldn't have been able to buy my dress (last one in my size and for our first family photo when my newborn is born in a week). And so after I got the things, the guy that was head of cashier was rude and he didn't let me do the exchange. I always come to this forever 21 because they have such good prices and good selection for plus size girls. I have never had bad customer service until yesterday ! Went in to make a return. The cashier named Coco insisted I made an exchange, not once not twice but three times. She even seemed irritated as I said neglected her offer. Insured I would "lose my points". I get it she's doing her job but you should only ask once. Also when I finally did my exchange she kept my original receipt which had other items. This forever 21 is obviously huge, and unfortunately so are the employee's egos. I left there not 30 minutes ago and had to share my experience... I was so disappointed with the way I was treated. I spend, literally, thousands of dollars a year at their stores and they gave me a ridiculously hard time and eventually denied me store credit when I went in to return some stuff I had recently purchased online. Really!? It's a store credit. I'm gonna still have to use it at a Forever 21, it's not like you're giving me cash. Anyways, went out of my way to go to this store, but from now on, I will stick to my local one in Montclair. The staff there are regular people, not these "primadonnas" they decided to hire at the W.C. location.
