To have to pay for a pedicure and manicure and get just a French tip nail that's my own nail and not even matching toes $145 is ridiculous and the owner of the nail salon in a very loud voice said " how much are you gonna tip" and I told her $5 and she screamed it in her own language which is very rude and disrespectful. Let me make this very CLEAR a tip is not included it is earned. There was also an incident where a worker accidentally dragged a sandal from a customer the customer was very rude and talked back to the employee and the owner was less than 5ft away and did nothing. Pay your employees more than is not my problem that you force people to tip when someone already has to pay $145 for nails ridiculous. She tells me to get seat and starts to explain that I should have received a long text and since I didn't receive that that means I wasn't booked (how am I supposed to know that) then says she figured it out and can be helped....then comes back again and shows the text again that I did not receive and changes it again saying no one is available despite her just saying she can help me. WHY GIVE ME AVAILABLE TIMES IF ITS NOT AVAILABLE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I never really write reviews but this was just so so unprofessional. Had a great first experience here yesterday! Called at 3:30 pm to see if they could squeeze me in for an evening appointment and was given a 6 pm time slot. I was on my way and they called to confirm that I was still planning on coming and directed me where to find them (cross streets, what it was next to, etc.). When I entered I was asked to use hand sanitizer and sign in. I was promptly seated and noticed that all of the staff wore masks and over half of the patrons did (including me!) as well. There were plexiglass dividers between the manicure chairs and the pedicure chairs were socially distanced so I felt very safe. Summer did my toes and gave a GREAT foot and leg massage. She noticed that my skin was sensitive to the exfoliant and sprayed them with a cooling spray to decrease the irritants. She also selected a color for my toes, recommending four options that would work nicely with my planned nail design. Kate did my manicure and followed the design I wanted to a tee! She was gentle, thorough and didn't rush at all - despite me being the last customer and the shop starting to close down toward the end of my manicure. I would book her again in a heartbeat. Total was $95 (+ tip) for a dip manicure with nail design and the "golden pedicure" which included the exfoliating scrub, foot / leg massage, and the pedicure. Results were well worth the price - excited to see how they last over the next few weeks. Hoping to be back again in October! read more

I would say a pretty tough client that normally does something different on every nail with very high expectations. I mean, we are paying a lot of money for little pieces of artwork on each nail. She absolutely crushed the job. When I asked her if she likes to do sets that the customer gives her free range on, she said as long as they've been going to her for a while for her to be able to know what kind of styles they like. COVID Changes: There are plexiglass separating every pedi chair and mani table. They take your temperature and sanitize your hands. Masks required. Price: $88 without tip for dip powder mani and basic gel pedi. Note for dip your fingers are dip into a communal pot as opposed to scooping over or in a separate container. Service: Brooke did my hands and Summer did my toes. It took about an hour for both and they were nice. There wasn't much conversation but they did check in time to time to make sure things were how I liked it. Probably my most favorite all-around nail spa in the County. It's clean, all the staff are competent and well rounded, I love the channels the TVs are on (thanks for the subtitles!) and the music is just right! Every single technician I've had is truly detailed and I always leave very happy. (I don't have a favorite, I just come when I can and take whomever is available) Usually, I get the mani gel nails on acrylic along with the second tier pedi; it comes with a 15 min legs massage and you won't find better hands at any other nail salon! I used to get acrylic and they file it very thin (tedious work for the technician, thanks!), but my nails have since grown during Covid and I am able to get the dip powder with a decent length I've grown without acrylics. I appreciate that the ladies are always just poking fun at each other and talking about random fun things, they're all such positive vibes! while I'm getting my pedi (I get super relaxed and just usually fall asleep haha). The girls here have a good sense of when you just wanna zone out and relax or if you want to engage in conversation, they are great to talk to! Theyre all just sweethearts. It was my first time getting dip nails and also my first time at this salon. I was in the area and needed a last minute appointment to get my nails done before heading out of town for a bit. I called the shop and had an appointment for the same day about 30 min from the time of calling (they get a star for this promptness). Now, getting into the nitty gritty. I walked in a couple minutes before my appointment and was promptly greeted by a lady who told me where to sit. After a quick discussion with my nail tech, Emily, we started on my french ombre dip nails with a marbled accent nail. ($65 - thinking $45 for the dip, $10 for the ombre and $10 for the marble design?). She was very quick when doing my nails and it honestly felt a little rushed. I feel like the blending could've been a little better but since I already asked her to try blend it a little more, I felt bad asking for her to do it again after she already tried. Also, the shape of the nails are not smooth and the cleanup after was poor where I have a lot of residue on my fingers and the cuticle are not clean/smooth. Overall though, the design came out close enough, the place was clean, and the ladies were nice enough to take me in last minute so they get 2.5-3 stars. I would like a little more attention to the details to make sure the nails are cleaned up better. read more
