I am super disappointed with this nail shop. I sat down on Friday evening to get my nails done with a technician who did not know what she was doing. She was shaking and struggling to even put my tips on for my acrylic full set. She place one of my tips on crooked and I told her and she tried to pull it off with her fingers. I snatched my hand back and told her she could not pull it off like that. She then proceeded to file it off to replace it. She was barely putting enough glue to make the tips stay on. Once she started to apply the acrylic powder she had so many holes and it was totally lumpy and thin. She finished one hand and it was terrible, she then tried to start my next hand and I asked her was she going to fix this hand first? She was confused and asked did I want it thicker? I told her no I wanted her to make the acrylic smooth and even. I then asked for the manager so I could get somone to do my nails that actually knew what they were doing. The manager came and tried to say she wasn't finished yet. I told her I am a licensed Cosmetologist and this lady clearly does not know what she is doing. She switched me to a new technician so he could finish my nails. I still thanked the other lady, I just could'nt pay $85 for nails that looked like trash. The new technician finished my other hand and tried to fix the hand the first technician messed up. I ended up getting decent nails with a beautiful design and I was actually happy even though it started off rocky. Well less than 24hrs on Saturday my first nail broke, Then Sunday my 2nd nail broke, and finally on Monday my 3rd nail broke. They all broke in the same place, where the tip was. Like I said earlier the lady was struggling gluing my tips on. So I went to the Salon on Tuesday when I got back in town, the manager wasn't there, so I came back on Wednesday. She told me they would take all my nails off and re-do them because we were worried the rest would start breaking at the tip. So I made an appointment for Thursday. Well when I get there Thursday the technician refused to do my nails, saying that they was scared that it would happen again. I asked the manager why would you tell me they would do it over and now refusing to fix their mistakes. She offered me a refund, but now I am extremely upset. I changed my plans to have my nails done. Now it's 4th of July weekend my nails are messed up and now I have to pay extra for someone to take my nails off just to get them done over. I will never come back to this establishment, I should have trusted the other reviews and not waste my time, money, and energy here. Please make sure you speak up when someone is doing your nails, everyone here is clearly not licensed and DOES NOT have the experience!
Went in for a walk-in pedicure/manicure, service to get in was fast. The service was friendly, but I just feel like the quality was not worth the $70 I spent. I felt it was rushed. I paid an extra $10 for callus remover & it lasted a whole 3 minutes, barely felt the tool get anything off. No effort in any of it. In my opinion, I have had better service. Once I was done, I was moved and sent to pay, I waited outside for nails to dry because there was no space for me. As I was waiting outside, two other ladies came out stating they felt they had the worst pedicures and felt rushed as well. Safe to say I wasn't the only one feeling this way. I really don't like writing negative reviews, but just not worth coming for basic items, better off going to a nicer place & paying extra to get the value. The salon was clean, and busy. I was hoping for better considering the reviews.
Two things run true for me when choosing a nail studio. One, cleanliness and two friendliness. Yes, promptness and quality are important as well. However, sanitation and feeling welcome is what resonates with me most. I have been coming here since Summer 2024. Holli and Emma have always worked with me. However, I have come to know many other nail specialists at the shop and I would use any of them. Lately I have been changing things up regularly with my nails and Emma and Holli are very creative. I do enjoy the full spa manicure and pedicure option. My current life cycle demands pampering :) What I can tell you is I have gone to at least a dozen different nail spas over the years and if I move on to another spa it is more than likely due to the cleanliness & friendliness factor. Forever Nails has plenty of parking. They take all forms of payments and have been very easy to get a hold of to make appointments. Still a client and hoping you will give them a try as well.
Came in asking for a thin French manicure and left with cat eye nails I can't stop staring at The staff is always friendly, the salon is clean, and they consistently do beautiful work. My nail tech suggested I try something different and she was 100% right. I love that they take the time to make recommendations and help you find something that fits your style instead of just rushing through the appointment. Already looking forward to my next visit
This place I wanna gate keep! But i have to give credit to the staff, very friendly and accommodating! When you're a regular, they remember your name.. My preferred techs are -- no i don't wanna say it! I wanna give you a chance to explore other techs till you get whom you're most comfortable! Worst pedicure I've ever had! My wife surprised me to get a pedicure done here because it looks nice, first the person that got me was completely untrained! She put my feet in almost ice water, the owner had to tell her to make it warm so once it was almost filled she put hot water so then it was just cold water no longer freezing She clipped my nail in one section then another section would go to another toe then come back to the one she was originally on, pulling on the nail to rip it off instead of cutting it off, I requested someone with more experience and the owner at the front came to make it "better" she literally just cut my nails quickly, leaving them uneven put lotion gave a quick rinse then 5min later left me with lotion all over my calves.. needless to say I would NEVER go back, they were extremely rude!
"Brian at Forever Nail Place did an amazing job on my nails! He was very professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. I love the pink chrome design and flower art -- my nails came out beautiful and elegant. The salon was clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Brian if you want gorgeous nails!"
Last time I came here they did such a great job and the gel nails I got lasted so long!!!! Gel X Mani + Gel Pedi I went in last minute hoping they would take me and they sat me down within 5 mins. I arrived at 4PM and was out the door by 5PM. 135$ for gel X and gel pedicure. Lee did pedicure. He is amazing! Brian did my hands. So disappointed and this is the second bad experience with my hands there and that was with a different technician. Her name was Emma for dipping. Nothing worse than feeling like you paid a ton to be so unhappy one day later.

Able to squeeze in a walk in during busy time! Thank you!! Super active super quick. I bought a basic pedicure + 10$ for the callus removal but received a GREAT 3 mts massage! Totally worth it . I found this salon originally on yelp. I was hesitant, finding new a new salon can be difficult, but the reviews were glowing. And i saw some photos of the interior. It's very pretty, organized, and clean. i came as a walk in, without knowing what i wanted. wendy helped me out. she helped me pick a cute holiday color and design, and it turned out absolutely perfect. i've been doing my nails for over two years and it's my favorite manicure i've ever gotten. wendy was the best, i would recommend her 10/10. she is very detailed and took her time with everything to make sure it was perfect and that i was happy with everything. she even stayed 15 minutes after closing to finish up. it was late, she was off, but she didn't rush anything. if i could give this place more stars, i would. they went above and beyond today. read more

I just moved to Newhall and I have been dying to get my nails done. I went on yelp to find a nail salon and after reading lots of yelp reviews I came across this place. They are extremely clean there. (10/10) They used new nail bits for each client. (Witch is rare in California.) They are extremely nice and talkative. They also carry OPI. Anyways WENDY was the one who did my nails. She was extremely good. She new exactly what she was doing. She was also extremely gentle. She took her time and made sure they were good. I'm extremely picky with my nails and have a hard time finding places thst use good products, that are clean, that are fast, and that do a good job. I also didn't have an appointment and I only waited 10min to see her. She usually only goes by appointment. So make sure you give them a call and ask for her. Also make sure you bring cash it's way easier. I didn't know until I got got there they had a little sign. But you can also Venmo. But cash is just better ! THANK YOU SO MUCH WENDY! read more

If you are looking for a friendly, clean and "on time" place to have you nails done then this is it! I have never waited more than a few minutes. My nails look natural and beautiful. I go to Wendy and I have never been disappointed. She will do exactly what YOU want. She also does amazing nail designs and ambre looks but I'm a plain Jane and love the natural look and she achieves that for me every time. read more

I've seen good reviews for manicure/pedicure that's why I went to this store. However, I went today only for a gel removal (which in all honesty should be the easiest). The lady who did my nails did a rush job which took less than 5 mins (basically just drilled my nails then used a nail file to finish). The lady would also make me wait from time to time as she would also answer customer calls, handle admin work if a customer has to pay or if someone new arrived, and do some cleanup at the back). There's still a lot of gel residue on my nails and it feels extremely rough and dry. The lady was pretty aggressive too. Some of my nails were drilled too much and became thinner. I just hope this won't permanently damage my nails. It would probably be difficult to do my nails after this. I paid $20 for this and to be honest I'll never come again. If you care for your nails' health, do not come to this store. read more

I had an appointment and was immediately helped even though i was 5 minutes early. Great service and everyone was friendly. I had Wendy for a full set and she did an amazing job! She took her time and even asked me multiple times if I liked the shape and design before continuing! She did it exactly like my picture and was friendly. Every single time I go to Wendy and she always does my nails perfectly! I show her pictures of what I like and she always does them or tells me something that might be better and she's never wrong! I've been going to her for almost a year now and I love how she does my nails. She makes sure that they're done to her standard! I've never left not happy with how they turned out! I recommend her to all my coworkers and friends because I trust that she'll do a good job for them. And they always come back to me telling me they love what she did for them! Today I got the orange ombré and I'm obsessed with how they turned out!!! If you need a nail tech who always executes and makes sure you leave happy call and ask for Wendy!! Never disappoints! Very clean and friendly! I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I. The day of the appointment my friend ended up flaking on me which resulted in me being late but they were still very friendly towards me. Randy did such a great job on my nails. Just had dip nails and pedicure. They've gone through great lengths to ensure everyone's safety. Temperatures are taken upon arrival. Then you are directed to wash your hands. They space you out between pedicure stations. Everyone is required to wear a mask and an acrylic partitions are used as barriers between you and the manicurist. They space out appointments so there are no clients waiting in the seating area. Thank you Tessy and Randy for all your hard work. read more

This is what my nails looked like 4 days after I got a manicure at Forever Nails and Spa. They filed and painted it so horribly. My cuticles were so swollen after because they kept buffing the skin on my finger then spraying acetone on it right after. Also, the polish isn't supposed to be ombré. It's supposed to be one color; it was a burgundy OPI polish, they just painted it so poorly, and charged me $30. Don't come here. I updated my review with a picture of what they looked like 6 days later lol. read more

If you need a fantastic manicure, look no further. Wendy does an amazing job and is always so friendly, sweet, and attentive. She never makes you feel rushed and you can tell she takes the time to focus on the details. I go to Wendy for a dip manicure and she is so careful to keep it thin for me because she knows I like it to look like a "natural" manicure. Need a manicure? See Wendy! read more

It's been about a week since I got my nails done and I'm super impressed with the quality of work done to my nails. Beautiful gel manicure, pedicure, and message! Other places didn't pick up the phone or they were too busy, but here they were very kind and accommodating! The space is lovely, clean, and relaxing- and the ladies did a beautiful and thorough job on my nails! Venmo is also accepted, which is nice :) read more
