I've been coming to this nail salon for the last few months and have been here three times now. There's rarely ever a wait, which is always a huge plus. The massage chairs are great, the ladies are excellent, and the manicures always turn out really nice. Prices are reasonable and not overly expensive, the location is convenient with easy parking, and everything inside is always very clean and well maintained. So this part of review was meant to be posted 2 months ago. I came in for hard gel nail turned out decent, considering she did my nail fill in about 35 min, no more then that. But during the process of getting my nails done, I felt stressed out and rushed. The electric drill burned my nails. She was rough between switching my hands. When we got to the nail color option I pointed to the options and instantly she said,"no that's too light." I said well since I can't pick my color you pick. She looked at me and did as I asked reluctantly. Mind you the entire time she was doing my nails she was watching a show on her phone. So she would pause for moments to watch it. This was the first time I've ever had a nail tech do that. So fast forward to today , I called to make a gell nail refill appointment. I show up and of course with my luck she's the one tending to me. Her name is "Amy" according to the receipt. She starts doing my nails and I realize it's powder and ask her is this acrylic? She says yes. I said I want gel nail not acrylic. She says well why didn't you say so. I told her I literally called and specifically asked for gel refill. That's not my fault you didn't ask to specify. Again she snatches your hands almost like she's annoyed. Really disappointed me today... whenever I go there they usually do a really good job and treat their customers well. Today, not so much. I went in for a gel pedicure, I had to bring my 3 month old baby with me bc I didn't have child care available. I felt like they rushed me in and out of there bc my daughter was a little fussy. It was super hot in there and she was tired, so naturally she was uncomfortable. I tried my best to distract her and keep her from crying and it worked here and there but she was whining a lot. I don't know if they were trying to rush me out to help me out or because they were annoyed. They didn't offer me any extra services like foot masks or callus removal. I really didn't notice a difference in my feet when I left, just the change in nail polish, that's about it. And I'm pretty sure they overcharged me too. Super disappointing... so if you have a baby and need to do something nice for yourself don't go here. read more

Really poor experience yesterday- I requested White gel polish with glitter overlay. The white that was originally painted on looked like uneven whiteout, so I requested it to be changed. This is the end result- uneven paint, and my nails are not even all the way painted. I feel bad leaving a poor review as I've been going here for 8 years on and off, but I have never received such a poor service until now. Called a day in advance for hands and feet with a specific person. I arrived at 5:30, they told me they forgot to write me down. They sat me down for 40 minutes and no one attended to me other than adding water while my feet soaked for 40 minutes. They even asked if I wanted to come back since they were busy. I had a bad experience here. My daughter and I went and we felt uncomfortable from the start. Bad energy. They did a lousy spa pedicure. My toes were cut too short and were oddly cut. They gave me an ingrown nail and they did not remove the cuticles right. The massage was less than a minute too. We will not be returning and it's unfortunate because we live so close! We were on a very tight schedule for my sister's wedding, but I wanted to treat our daughter and son's girlfriend to mani-pedis. I chose Allure because they were able to accommodate all three of us at 9am on a Saturday. After picking up coffee at the Starbuck's nearby, we walked up just a couple minutes before 9am to their doors already open and the place fully staffed. Impressive. We were greeted as we walked in and asked what we wanted to have done. We were then seated immediately in clean, comfortable spa chairs. The technicians attended to us right away and took care of our needs from beginning to end. They were all respectful and friendly. My daughter and I had the Spa Manicure and Pedicure combo while my son's girlfriend chose the Spa Manicure and Gel Pedicure. We were overall happy with the results with the exception of one small issue -- after less than two days, my daughter and I already have some chipping on our fingernails, noticeably where the clear coat wasn't fully applied. Not a big deal at this point since the wedding is over, but it will be something to pay attention to if we return. Parking is very easy in the large plaza. Tips for the technicians can be added to a credit card payment for a $1 charge. read more

1st and last time. Made an appointment several days in advance but lady at front desk seemed surprised to see me. Then waited another 17 minutes after being seated before a girl brought a towel and started filling the water. The smell from over 20 people being worked on and little to no ventilation was giving me a headache but I decided to power through. First thing the second girl did when she came over was give me a price list for pedicures. I mentioned that I didn't bring my glasses and was already quoted $48 for a manicure and pedicure over the phone. Both manicure and pedicure took less than 30 minutes! I tried the salon for the first time a few weeks ago for an acrylic fill and gel polish. My tech was Janet (I believe that was her name) and she was incredible. She did such a beautiful job, I was very happy. This last Wednesday I went for a full and polish and got another tech, I don't know her name, but I I'm so disappointed. She made me feel like she couldn't do what I was asking for so I settled on something very simple and she said she could do it. I asked for almond shape and she gave me round and the lengths are all different. I asked for a spider web that she said she could do and it looks horrible. She also gouged right above my cuticle so badly that it would not stop bleeding and then I felt like she was almost accusing me and annoyed that it wouldn't stop bleeding. I've had to wear a Band-Aid because it hurts so badly and I keep bumping it because it's on my hand. If anybody knows who to reach out to to ask how I can get them fixed without going to the same girl, please let me know. read more

Talk about a bad nail job. I visited this nail shop this past week to get a dip polish. I was seen by Ken after waiting for about 20 minutes. Right after Ken began to work on my nails, one of his prior customers complained about the filing of her nails, so he went back and worked her nails for about another 15 minutes. Never mind the poor customer service of this place, and terrible etiquette - the most disappointing thing was the nail job itself. I have been getting dip nails for years, and I have never seen a nail technician make my nails look so clumpy and uneven. This place is a hard pass. Do yourself a favor visit a nail salon elsewhere, since this place has poor customer service and unqualified technicians. read more
