Worst pedicure I've ever had ! They are under new management so I thought I'd try it out and I completely regret it. I told them I wanted the basic pedicure which was $25.. when I went to check out she told me it was $30 , I asked why the price changed and she told me for "callus remover" which I guess is them scrubbing the bottom of your foot ( which is a basic part of any pedicure). I left with my feet in the same condition that I walked in the door with except for my painted toes. I paid $30 for her to paint my toes ! Do yourself a favor and Skip this place and go to one of the other 5 places in the area. read more

I have been going to this place for 5 years maybe more. They are very very clean with their tools and the tubs you put your feet in! they are respectful and kind. I love how they greet you the first second you walk in and don't have to wait! please please please go to this place. I really do recommend it because it's clean and everything! You will be amazed and love it! I want people who have never been to go and try it for them selfs! Based on other posts I don't want you to think it's bad automatically. Try it on your own! I went here right before Christmas, for a pedicure. They took me right in. It was clean, and the music was perfect for relaxing. The massage chairs looked new, and worked great. It was a few dollars more than most places. $26 for the pedicure. It was an express service which I dont mind at all. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is they didn't make my feet feel soft. They did the scrub so gentle it didn't leave me feeling a five. Overall it was very nice. I received the worst manicure of my life, a 2 hear old could have done a better job...and would have been a lot nicer to talk to!!! First they skipped shaping or filing my nails at all, I had to ask them to do it. Then when she painted my nails she got paint all over my cuticles, and all over the skin around my fingers. I couldn't believe it...when I asked her if she would fix them she seemed incredibly rude and offended. I'm a non confrontational person but I told these people I would never come back and I would never recommend anyone waste time or money there. read more

When you tell me 10 minute wait for a pedicure and put me to "soak" and 30 minutes later I'm sitting with my feet still "soaking" and no one has come to do my pedicure. The same thing occurred to the customer next to me as well. She actually waited so long she didn't even have time to get the complete service she is being charged for. I don't mind waiting but be HONEST in giving your time frame to people. Also don't let someone sit there soaking their feet for 30 mins when the water is getting cold. Id be much more comfortable on the chair waiting with dry feet. read more

This nail salon is under new management and it is seriously soooooo great now!!! The interior design is classic and chic, yet still very relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and nice to engage with. Everything is priced well and the new massage chairs are amazing! First time customer. They had no hot water for mani pedis and they were rude about it. I highly do not recommend this nail place. They should of given a discount or something. On top of that, I asked how much gel would be and at first they told me 5 dollars extra and then at check out they changed it to 15. Very upset about the service. read more

I had a very nice time and sweet man did my nails with gel. It was over 50.00 and I went back two days later to have them fixed because I noticed my French manicure didn't go completely across my nails and I had chips already. I was told previous that it would last 3-4 weeks. The man that "helped" me when I went back today was very short and rude with me. He told me they looked fine and was giving me lots of attitude while only fixing a couple of nails. I was already stressed and just left unhappy. I do not recommend this place and I see that there are a lot more options available. I suggest trying another place. read more

This is by far my favorite nail salon I have tried in Melbourne, even after I moved an hour away I still try to go back to this salon as often as I can. I get the powder dip and they always come out amazing, not lumpy at all like I've had them end up after getting them done at some salons. Beautiful color choices and they always take care to remove any extra cuticles or hang nails. I like to keep my nails shorter since it is best for my job and this salon always makes sure they're a length and shape I'm happy with. The salon is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has good open space which is particularly nice during the covid pandemic to not be cramped like many salons are. Also, the massage chairs for pedicures are amazing! Even massage your arms. I highly recommend checking it out, they are very good at getting you in and out as quick as possible without sacrificing quality! I have had most of the techs there and love them all so far, Lucy did my nails for the first time this week and I'm still shocked at how amazing they look! read more

The man who did my nails acted as if he could care less. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he told me it didn't look good... Thanks for taking the design I wanted and belittling it. His work was not clean, he missed the sides of my nails when polishing and he cut the sides of my finger with the grinder. Apparently he was doing me the favor by doing my nails. As far as Gel nail manicures go, I won't be going back. I've been there twice now and both times my gel manicure has chipped less than 2 days after getting them done. The recent time, my nail tips started chipping within 24 hours and whole nails started coming off within a week. Overpriced for the quality of work, underwhelming dirty salon, and rude customer service. Will not be returning! read more

This was probably the worst mani/pedi I ever got in my life. The establishment looked new and clean which was my reasoning to give them a chance. My nails were filed leaving them rough and ridged. I requested shellac, not even one day, the polish was chipping. Normally, shellac is not easily removed. I was able to peel off all polish myself (not even using acetone or wrapping them). I have been to this place many times since they opened and it gets worse every time. The manicure is sloppy and they barely clean your toes anymore. The last time I went the girl added more onto the tip than I wrote down. They yelled at me over the phone and said I was lying. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had been going to this nail salon for six months. They lost me as a customer because I recently developed a very bad toenail fungus from having pedicures done at this place. It became so painful that I had to see a doctor to have all my toe nails removed. Now I am just keeping my fingers crossed hoping that my toe nails will grow back in time for the summer and hope that the fungus did not completely kill my toe nails. Where should I begin? With " I will never go back? "? Or " I feel as though every time I look at my fingernails or toes, I wince and feel robbed"? This place is awful. I have never written a review before and actually joined yelp just to review this business. I called around to get prices for main/ pedis with shellac and got a price of 42$ for this place. That was not far off from my old stand by salon, but thought I would try this place since it is closer to me. BIG mistake. The staff was rude and curt and seemed to be bothered by my friend and I. My technician rushed though my nails so much that I had to ask her to refile. She left my heels and toes rough and my toes have spots of polish all over them. My fingernails are gloppy and the Polish was stuck to my skin. My friend's cuticle was cut so badly by her nail tech that it didn't stop bleeding for over an hour. When I went to check out they charged me 50$. When I mentioned that I called ahead and was quoted 42$, the guy argued and had so much to say In defense of the price difference, half of which was unintelligible, that I told him to stop arguing and just paid the money. Okay pedicure. Rude staff. Polish job was worst yet. Every toe had to clean up at home. Paid for the callus remover and friends went with all had visible dry calluses. Each party asked for the same pedicure. Some got certain lotions, oils, etc and others didn't. No one pedicure was the same. Plain jane atmosphere. Clean, efficient. Overall decent cheap pedicure for vacation. However, all parties I went with were all double charged and the staff refused to refund money unless we could prove it. Most were already home from vacation, and they would not take email or fax proof. They refused to contact their bank or ours. One in the group was still in town. As with the phone, they were rude, dismissive, and condescending, best yet even with proof would not provide a refund. They made each of us contact their credit card companies and our banks. Overall - the headache to get money back, the rude staff, the empty room atmosphere, and the okay pedicure were not worth the price. Went from affordable to cheap. read more
