I had a very valuable pearl necklace from my grandmother that was gifted to my mom, and the pearl strand broke. Paul examined the necklace and quickly assessed that it will need to be restrung and that the clasp is not damaged. After his assessment and me communicating how important it was to get it done the same-day due to another jeweler failing to compete the repair after two months of waiting, he shared that he can do it for us the same day and even waived the same-day fee due to the urgency of our request and the negative experience we had previously. I think his wife was at the cashier and she typed us a receipt. She was super sweet. I also liked that the front door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell to be buzzed in - made me feel safe to be inside. We left the jewelry shop and within an hour, Paul called to tell us it was ready. The pearl necklace looked brand new. Paul did an excellent job! I had used this store before and they were wonderful but recently I took 5 gold rings in to be…read moresized up. I explained to the owner of the store, I wanted a piece of yellow 14kt gold to be put in the bottom of each ring to size it up. He wanted to"shave" the ring down to fit. I had said "No shaving off my gold on any of the rings except the one ring that had an Opal since only that one couldn't be heated up". He agreed and took my rings. When I got them back he not only charged me the full price of $300 (he had quoted me the cost to put small piece of 14kt gold in each ring) but he had also shaved down each (ALL) rings. And he took a lot of gold off each one of them. I'm sure he kept it since gold has gone up so much. I've been thinking about it over and over again at what he did. I'm very angry! I should have never taken all those beautiful rings to him. They feel like cheap junk now. Hollow out remnants of what was once high quality rings. I trusted him because I had been going there for years. No more! I'll never go back again. Buyer beware. Don't go there unless you are willing to let him destroy your bountiful jewelry. And if he'll do that to me, he'll do it to you, too!

She made both of us feel so comfortable and really wanted to know what we liked. I was pretty anxious going into it but she made the experience so easy. She asked so many questions about what I'm looking for and what's most important to me. She also was genuinely interested in our relationship and who we are. I left toward the last 15 minutes of the appointment so Lyss could talk to my boyfriend about pricing and logistics and he said she was not pushy at all to sell. We were offered waters and chocolates, and each consultant in there was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was truly a great environment. She was kind of all over the place and it made what was supposed to be a simple pick up into a long, frustrating experience. Madlen was so confused about our pick up even though I explained several times we had two separate orders, one that was ready for pick up and another that was still processing. Her focus was on the wrong order. Another visit: On Saturday 5/29, my partner and I dropped by the showroom to return one of the rings we purchased due to a quality issue, and again, Madlen was there and proceeded to help us with the return. She did not walk me through the return process. I asked for a receipt and she said the receipt will come via email. Upon checking my email receipt later, I realized it was just a drop off receipt, no indication of a return/refund processed. I needed to call their customer service team to get further instructions on the process. While we loved the rings we picked out, the service needs work. Their behavior specifically how they constantly stared us up and down both times we entered the establishment made us feel like we were being racially profiled and did not belong. While we ultimately purchased matching bracelets, the experience left us feeling highly uncomfortable and profiled. I highly recommend never judging anyone by their looks, because that is entirely unacceptable. I will not be recommending others to shop here.
