Roger arrived my house on time at 8am, which seems too much to ask for in busy Bay Area. When I showed Roger the ceiling fan that I planed to install on my open bean ceiling, he told me it would not look good without a base and suggested me not to. When I asked if he can install it in my master bedroom, he told me the fan would be too low and I would feel pressured. He even helped me getting LED bulbs when he shopped for his other projects because my bulbs are too outdated and not energy efficient. If he did not tell me I would not even notice the difference. Now that I have met Roger, I will never have to search for another electrician again! I had some issues last week that caused me to lose power to my refrigerator and he immediately understood the urgency and came over as fast as he could to make the repairs and get me up an running. During the repair, he suggested that my panel (which was 35 years old) get replaced but never once tried to persuade me to have him do it. I did end up asking him to do it and his service was outstanding. As he was leaving his prior job, he sent me a text letting me know he was on his way. Simply Amazing! We had our main panel upgraded to 200 amps. Roger sent a quote after I sent pictures of my old panel. Very reasonable quote and he scheduled PG&E and city permit as well. We had to wait for a couple of weeks for the appointment. Roger kept me informed through the process. On the day of the job he and his helper showed up @8. They were done by 2pm including PG&E main line cutoff and reconnection and city permit. There was an issue with one of my palm trees in the backyard brushing against the main line. PG&E guy wanted some of the branches to be removed before reconnecting the main line. We tried to call a few gardeners and tree removal companies to help, but none were available. Roger came to our rescue - he and his friend got on the ladder and cut down the branches that were problematic. They went above and beyond to help us. They are an awesone team. I wanted a quote on installing a Tesla wall charger, job entails pulling wires from the electrical panel in the side yard into the Garage where the car charger will be installed. I sent him a picture of the garage, the side panel and a description of the work to be done, he was able to give me very competitive quote and schedule his visit to install in the same week. Roger showed up on time with his team, installed the wires in a conduit, did the job to code and specification. I requested Roger to come back one more time to adjust the wall charger, he promptly showed up and fixed what I requested in a few minutes and did not charge me for the visit. Flash forward a few months later after our solar project was competed and I decided to have Roger install my EV outlet. When I contacted Roger again, he responded quickly and was able to schedule me in within the week. I had a few ideas on where the outlet should be installed but I also asked him for suggestions. I went with his suggestion as it allows me the ability to charge the vehicle both inside and outside the garage. I was very happy with the final results.
