    i would not recommend to get a car from them. they aren't honest or trustworthy dealership . i had my car for less than 2 days & had a problem with my car... they had me take it to one of their shops to be fixed. The shop they had me take it to completely broke a part on my engine , so they car was having a bigger issue.. Fortis had me take my car to another auto shop where the mechanic told us ; that the problem was very bad & that i couldn't even drive the car any farther! The 1st auto shop Stripped the housing screws & completely needed to be replaced.. it was so bad he wasn't even able to put the parts back together.. i told Fortis of this problem; they basically told me that they will only pay a 3rd of the cost and i would have to be responsible for the rest ! It's very unfair and bad business!! I completely communicated with them since the 3rd day i bought the car from them & they knew things was wrong!

    I had to buy new lug nuts because there were 3 instead of 5 in a couple of wheels and they were rusted. Notice the fake dodge stripes.

    These people are crooks. Sold us a car without a legal title. Paid the bank for six months then the bank closed the loan because they had no response from fortis auto group to get the title. Now fortis refuses to return our down payment $7000 dollars and threatens to repossess the car. We've paid all the expenses (expensive maintenence) and the payments until the bank washed it's hands of the illegal transaction and closed the loan. We've had to carry comprehensive insurance the whole time never knowing of we'd be able to do anything with the car (we couldn't sell it because there was no title) or collect in the event there was any damage to the car. We've been stuck with a car that we had no possibility of owners rights. Don't deal with them unless you like gambling. Don't know if they have title to any cars on their lot or if they are trying to hide the fact that they'll sell you a car with a salvaged title and claim it's just missing. The bank sent our payments back because it's the law but fortis wants to keep our down payment even though they are the ones who committed this FRAUD. We should all get out and picket their business. We need a lawyer. Westlake financial was the bank. Anybody want to name them in the suit?

    We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra from Fortis Auto Group and the staff went above and beyond each step of the process. We were kept informed the entire time and they did everything they could to ease my anxious mind including answering my million questions. We were pre-approved thru our credit union and they did an amazing job meeting all of their requirements - I could not have asked for better customer service. The next time we are on the market, we will be returning to Fortis Auto Group- I would give them my highest recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. As an added bonus they were so kind and welcoming to my kids and had coloring books to keep them occupied while we were doing the paperwork.

    Bought a car straight cash purchase from them Early last year. A Mitsubishi Evo x and In just 2 days the check engine light came on, they assured me they would take care of it and i took the evo to Johnny legends Mitsubishi to get it diagnosed and it ended up costing $2800 to repair, And what a Coincidence that Fortis now said they couldn't do anything about it. Also took forever for them to send me title and had a million excuses for it taking forever. I don't recommend anyone buy from here, just take your hard working money elsewhere

    I bought a 2009 cts-v from these guys. Paperwork says 192 point inspection or whatever. It's all bs they sold me a lemon. I've put under 4,000 miles in a year and have already had a blown motor. Why you may ask? They sold the car running rich with issues inside they never mentioned. Cold and heated seats not working. Had a bad camshaft sensor. Also had an oil leak from multiple areas 1-2 weeks after i purchased i realized it had an oil leak. These people are horrible.

I literally cried in the parking lot because I love this car so much. A friend of mine recommended Universal Motorcars and honestly thank god she did. Now I'm no car expert but even I know that black pearlescent is SO hard to match. I was terrified they'd get it slightly off and I'd be stuck with a car that looks patchy forever. I kept googling horror stories lol. When I went to pick it up I was genuinely nervous. Walked around the whole car, looked at it in the sun, took like 50 photos and I could not find the repair. Like at all. The color is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything matches. I actually texted my friend immediately like "I can't believe this." If you've had an accident and you have a Lexus please just go to Universal Motorcars. Especially if you have a dark colored car. They clearly know what they're doing and honestly the whole experience was so much less stressful than I expected. 10/10 would recommend

The interior front and back seats were covered in black marks, and some of the 3M label was left between the doors. While the repair itself was satisfactory, the finishing was subpar. When I left the car at the body shop, it was 80% charged, but it was barely 40% when I picked it up. The shop claimed they would charge my vehicle, but it appears they charged it on the second week and didn't charge again before returning it. The repair was supposed to take three weeks, but they kept delaying it, and I ended up picking it up at the end of week four. They claimed the car was washed and bluffed, but when I picked it up, it was dirtier than before. Danny provided excellent customer service, but the result was disappointing. They missed a small detail and it seems like they returned the vehicle without completing the job. I had high expectations based on the positive reviews they received on Google and Yelp, but I was mistaken.

After purchasing my 2019 Cadillac CTS, my initial experience with sales was excellent. However, my experience since bringing the vehicle in for service has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication and delays. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment on May 23 and waited about 45 minutes before being helped. I also requested a loaner vehicle but was initially denied and told I would receive a call back from management, which I never received. Over the following week, I made multiple attempts to get updates with little to no response. Eventually, I was informed my vehicle had been transferred to another service location, where it still had not been fully diagnosed days later. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent, and I have been without my vehicle for over a week with no clear timeline for repair or resolution. In addition, I have not received important paperwork needed to register my vehicle, despite multiple follow-ups, and I am still waiting on resolution regarding financing details provided at the time of purchase. Overall, the lack of communication, delays in service, and lack of accountability have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers do not go through the same situation.
