Honestly, this was a horrible car buying experience from the beginning to end, and I've purchased many cars in the day. I would not recommend anyone come here unless you have studied extensively on "what car dealers try to pull to mess with you." We decided to stop by this Lexus of Henderson location on a Saturday morning around 10:00 A.M. The team member that assisted us was amazing! The sales approach was friendly and I was provided plenty of time to ask any questions! This location has a lot of amenities too! There is a lounge, complimentary coffee, and free WiFi while you visit! We were looking for a specific interior and exterior for the ES350 model that this location didn't have unfortunately. I had an appointment for an oil change on July 30 at 9 am. I arrived at 8:20 am and the Service Department accommodated me. They were not busy, in fact, there were only few customers there. The guy informed me about the choice of service they offer. I chose the oil change only and the guy told me that it will be quick because they were not busy at that time, I believed him. I made a follow up through the text app they have at 11 am and told me that my car was being washed. He called me at 11:10 am, I was in the said Service Department for 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. I called the dealership and hoped to talk to the service manager but he was not around. I was told that the service manager will call me back, but unfortunately, no call back. I felt like I was not a valued guest, considering I paid $190.80 for the said service. The service was horrible but I'm hoping that this matter will be resolved immediately. Thank you. read more

I STRONGLY ADVICE EVERYONE TO BUY AND SERVICE A LEXUS ELSEWHERE I found that Lexus of Henderson wasn't honest throughout the entire process. They hid that they charge almost $1200 for doc fees alone, and didn't even register the vehicle at the CA DMV (out of state purchase). In fact I still owe the California DMV $700 to register. $1200 was pure profit to the dealership that they're upfront about. I found the breakdown of cost, including doc fees (even though they didn't do a documentation) after when they mailed the paper work to my house. I immediately reached out to the dealership and they completely ignored my calls and multiple emails even to the general manager. I would highly recommend people to stay away from Lexus of Henderson. Go to any other Lexus dealer in Las Vegas. They have lower "doc fees" which are pointless anyway read more

I never had a positive experience at any dealership until I brought my car here for an oil change. My service advisor, Stephen, and the service team always takes care of me when I bring in my rig. Never tried to upsell me any additional unnecessary maintenance or services like most dealerships do. I sometimes even bring in my own oil and he never had an issue with it. I'd like to start with the front staff sales people were great my agent Kenny treated me extremely well now to why they get one star. I just returned this truck yesterday 12 days after I've had it and been driving it they told me the contract I sign wasn't actually legit done they never got approved from finance? Just thought that was odd you guys definitely said I was and let me drive away almost two weeks later they said my 5.9 apr would jump to 10.6 thousands more.... I said absolutely not keep ur truck. Also the truck had MAJOR issues shakes on highway, can't turn wheels to big rubs, radio broke multiple times, tailgate never opens, list goes on and on I didn't notice these things till I already signed so figured they would help but kept telling me it's a Chevy our Mechanics are Lexus, WHY sale me a Chevy then with a platinum coverage if your guys can't fix it! Absolutely disgusting finance guys too the head director BILL called me a trust fund baby acting extremely unprofessional considering both my parents died leaving me nothing. Guy is on zanex or something seems super weird. Having completed my vehicle lease of 3 years, I recently went back to Lexus of Henderson to buy out my lease on my RX350 and had a great experience thanks to their Finance Manager, Thomas Ng. Thomas was extremely helpful in assisting with the lease buyout and finance process from start to finish, including finding the best interest rates, providing options for renewing the warranty and wheel/tire protection, and making sure that the service was up to date. The whole buyout process took a little over an hour and Thomas was there in every step of the way. He made sure to have his team member, Sirui, help out when he needed to step out, and was constantly checking in to make sure that everything was taken care of. I've had a Lexus the last couple of years after a bad bmw accident. I can tell you if you're looking for a good value with all the bells and whistles Lexus is great. I think as far as the service goes it's all about which advisor you get. The show room is nice and clean, there are beverages,television sets, comfortable seating , computers both Apple and others. They have chargers for your cell phone too. The restrooms are super clean and upscale. I know that sounds silly but I'm a little bit of a Germaphobe and they pass the test. My car went in for service and they were able to give me a loaner the following day so that was cool. Also they said use as much gas as you want and you don't even have to fill up the tank! That's pretty above and beyond in my opinion considering the price of gas. read more

I bought my car three years ago , about six months ago, warranty expired and now my car needed a battery, and the service woman Daniela was helping , very bad dresser, considering where I was, sloppy and wrinkle sleeveless shirt, like she just rolled out of bed and came to work, besides that , she says they replaced the battery two years ago, yet the NEVER said that in 2021, they didn't say anything when my husband and I walked in, made us wait 40 min to day the battery is covered maybe 50% and the battery is 84 month Warrenty so to summary it up , they suck so bad , felt like the step child because I had no Warrenty on my car , will not buy from here again. My car had a problem of servo motor, no air coming out of driver's side of vent. I had to pay for $3317.29 for labor and $417.88 for part, a total bill of $3780.95 just to change a servo motor. I called the manager, and I believed he was the one decided the estimated price of the repair. he told me it took 12 hours of labor to do it. BUT HE ALREADY DECIDED HOW MUCH TO CHARGE ME EVEN BEFORE THE WORK. I called Lexus headquarters, and they felt very bad for me and told me to call them next time if anything like this, and they will help me to find a second opinion. I got ripped off !! Have purchased two Lexus cars and loved them both. Currently drive the Lexus Ux250h. Something was wrong with my gas gauge. Appeared to be almost empty yet wasn't able to fill my tank. Pump kept shutting off and gas actually flowed out of the gas opening. Brought my auto into Lexus today expecting to have to have work done/part replaced. When I pulled into the dealer the orange empty light was on as well as gauge reading empty with no miles left. Stephen has been our service guy for years and he's the best! Always professional, always attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. Never feel pressured. Turns out there was pressure built up in the gas tank, and I had attempted to fill tank twice (at ARCO's) that have kind of a funny pump and nozzle wasn't getting down into tank as it should so it kept shutting off. Lexus service looked at my car filled it 1/3 of the way full with gas, discovered no issues other than that, washed it and sent me on my way no charge?! Other than being extremely embarrassed- I was also extremely impressed once again with the customer service and care. A small act of customer service that will go a long way in my mind. Bought a GX460 at the Henderson location last year. The sales experience was very good. The sales person Savana Taylor was very helpful and not pushy at all. She managed to give me a good deal at the time when there were huge mark ups on cars. I payed no markup and even got some taken off the msrp which was fantastic. Today one year later I was in for the first oil change. Everything went smooth, everyone was nice, and car was finished in the time it was promised so I had a very short wait. Very questionable business practices. I found a pre owned Lexus listed on their website for $43250. A fair price. I communicated via text with Patrice. I sent her pictures of my flawless 2020 Tundra 4x4 Limited, which I had three offers from other dealers with the lowest being $41,500. Patrice puts an offer together listing the price of their car at $44,499 ($1200 higher than the advertised price), and offering $37,500 for my truck. when I pointed out the discrepancy in her vehicle price and also said my truck was worth way more than she offered she responded back that they had just sold their vehicle. No worries on my end, I wasn't interested in doing business with them anyway. Now fast forward 2 days and they still have the vehicle listed but have changed the price to $44,499. Go in with your eyes open. Very Shady. I expected more from Lexus. I did find a similar vehicle at Chandler Lexus and closed the deal after they gave me 42,000 for my Tundra. I have leased from Lexus for the past 7 years and wanted to continue but there are too many other dealers in the market that are priced more competitively. I researched prices and negotiated for about a month on the Acura RDX, BMW X-1, Lexus NX and the Cadillac XT5. Lexus was the highest of all and most unwilling to negotiate. In the end, I chose the Cadillac, they were the first to meet my number and exceed expectations. Acura was next in line calling me 2 days after I purchased telling me they were willing to meet my requested number. Sadly Lexus never budged, their loss. Make sure you add in tint, excess wear or tire and rim package with your deal, otherwise they will tack on to your final monthly payment. I thoroughly enjoyed driving my IS250 and my IS250 F Sport and never had any issues with the mechanics of the car. The entire lease experience went well. Good luck in any vehicle you choose and make sure you do your research. Call Utah and California and other local dealers before you agree on final numbers. Customer service is mediocre. They are nice, but clueless about their processes. I sold my 2017 beetle here and after they said it it would take 14-21 business days to receive my proceeds check, it took over a month. I finally had to verify for them that the CA DMV had released title and they could access it and send me the check. They were waiting for a paper copy! In addition, I bought a 2020 MB from them two days after I sold them the beetle. They said they would work with the NV DMV to complete my registration, which they screwed up. First I had to bring back the car for a smog check because they forgot to do it. Then I told them I wanted my existing plates transferred so I could get my credit, plus they were special plates. That didn't happen as I was charged a full registration fee without notice..it appeared on my back account on the day the temp registration expired. No notice by the dealership of the cost. Tried texting salesperson and text was rejected. Next I log into DMV and find out they gave me a new plate and I still have to cancel the registration on the beetle and now I cannot apply my credit! And now I have to mail the old plates back myself. Very disappointed by how both of my transactions were handled. read more
