It appears that during the summer they do have patio seating! This place has a fair amount of seating inside, major plus!! The decor was cute with the hanging umbrellas!! Everyone that we encountered was very sweet! They are also fast paced here, so it may be good to look at the menu before you go! Our food was DELICIOUS!! The spring rolls were so fresh and the peanut sauce that came with was sweet! A perfect pairing! I got the number 48 (the name of the actual dish is escaping me) and my boyfriend got the pad Thai with chicken! Both had incredible flavor! Yummy warm broccoli, with cabbage, and other veggies. We chose mock duck as our protein and it came with nice big chunks. The papaya salad was really good and I'd get that again. If you are ordering from their website, I'd recommend checking out the menu inside of the restaurant or looking at the menu photos on Yelp because I saw some things that I would have loved to try but they weren't on the online ordering menu so perhaps next time we will just eat there or order inside so we can check out the physical menu. It really isn't a dine-in setting, and that's fine by us. In the summer, you could pick up an order and go eat down by the river. We appreciate being able to order online (payment is in person). Today an item was forgotten in our order...it happens...and we called in and the missing item was provided without any trouble. I guess that is "expected," but it still feels like good customer service. As an added benefit, the entree containers end up becoming "left over" containers at our house until they wear out. Our orders usually include some form of orange chicken, General Tao's chicken, sesame chicken, lo mein, or fried rice, though most items on the menu are good and meet expectations for Chinese food. Every time I have been here they tell you 30 minute wait when you call or order online. They then proceed to say its "almost ready" and will be done in 10 minutes which always results in another 25 minutes sitting in the restaurant. Both the entrées were really bland. I don't think that it was possible, but somehow they made Chinese food not have a taste. It was as bland as it can get. We doused salt & soya sauce on the food to give it some taste just so we can eat it. Remember the boba drinks that we ordered, we did not get them until almost we got done eating and were ready to ask for to-go boxes. I asked our cashier/server/chef what's taking this long for the drinks and the again very polite & friendly gent told us that he has not made one before so it took him some time to figure things out which explained the yelling & screaming that we were hearing coming from the kitchen :D I do not recall ever having this kind of end to end experience at a restaurant. The packaging of the food needs more forethought and I implore the owners to do better. I ordered Orange chicken and a sweet and sour chicken dinner plate. I can only assume that the battered chicken labeled "orange chicken" was supposed to be for both meals as they did not do anything to indicate or clearly state if the meat was for both meals or if I was supposed to get a separate container for the dinner meal as one would anticipate - it was just a large container of chicken. This could have been resolved if the owners or whoever was working had the customer service skills to communicate this. A simple sentence and conversation to explain their packaging would have been a nice minimum but it seems they don't want to talk to customers. Not only that but they decided to pack the bright red and bright orange sauces in those white take out boxes that are clearly not for liquids. Imagine a quart full of orange, liquid goo going all over because they didn't tell you that they decided to pack a huge container of said liquid in a non-liquid container. The fact that they don't see that as a problem says a lot about how much they know or care about running a restaurant. I don't think I'd ever want to return even if I was desperate. I hope that they can work on their customer service skills and rethink their food packaging.
