Two servers but both mainly prioritized the togo orders. The place is a self-serve, where you get your own utensils and packaged sauce (I don't recommend the packaged sauce its no good). There is no ice cold water served, it's room temperature water only in styrofoam cups. The plates are also styrofoam too. Not good for the environment. The food given is also out of plastic containers which is probably because the focus of the place is on delivery services. Being from LA, when restaurants have the mandatory service fee, they usually tell you at the host stand or after you just sat down. I felt like this place was shady although it is in their fine print on their menu. What the server could have done is said "service fee is already included," after the tap, not "tipping is optional." I did like the service, but the 35% tip was not well deserved.
