The culprit, rickety old pvc pipe joint gave out. Immediately we sought out a great plumber to help us. Apparently, everyone else likes to relax on Sunday (I get it, me too lol) and told us they'd come "tomorrow". Uhh, at the rate of water coming out and us having to call the city to shut it off, not happening lol. We called Trinity Plumbing and they got someone out faster than we could blink. Alberto assessed the issue and gave us two very honest options with reasonable pricing. We went with the one we thought would be the best long term fix and he got to work. Within moments, he was done with the job. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. There is also a 90 day warranty on the work. Safe to say, Trinity Plumbing will be our go to moving forward. Unfortunate our pipe had to leak lol but we're happy it ended up with us finding them!

He was so humble and polite (he put in booties over his shoes when he entered my home without me having to ask him). There was no way I was going to let a gem like Jose leave my house without his wise opinion in other plumbing matters. He replaced my garbage disposal (that wasn't even the reason for his visit ), and I had him check the other two toilets. Our Bradford White water heater suddenly stopped working, and after experiencing several frustrating intermittent issues, Mike came out and immediately put our minds at ease. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, respectful, and incredibly professional. He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem instead of rushing through the appointment. He explained exactly what was happening, showed us the issue firsthand, and walked us through the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed us the most was Mike's honesty and integrity. He was never pushy or focused on selling us unnecessary repairs. My Bradford White water heater is 16 years old and has never been flushed. Due to its age, I was concerned that it was time to purchase a replacement. Michael came an examined the water coming out of my water heater. To both of our surprise, the water was still very clean, Michael assured me that there was still some life left to my unit before it needs to be replaced. He also informed me of newer technology that will extend the life of a new water heater when one is required. I noticed corrosion on the gate valve in the garage and pressure regulator, so I discussed having that replaced then noticed my cities water authority had a project called pure water. Pure water takes the toilet water and grey water and they remove the solids then filter the water with reverse osmosis and use filters to remove contamination. They then pump the water back into the ground water to mix it more and pump the water out at a different location. Needless to say, I decided i wanted my own whole house filter. I spoke to Jeff and decided on the Nuvo Duo Manor system. It has a filter and softener that doesn't use salt. Jeff did excellent work. Everything is neat and professional.
