After striking out after several calls I tried his shop. Rick the owner, a vet, was awesome. I explained what my needs were and he tracked down the right tires for the van plus new wiper blades and better headlight bulbs. His waiting area is super comfy with couches, TV and a Kurig. As it turned out they got in the wrong wiper blades so while his guy was blasting out the tires, Rick drove out and got the right blades. In a messed up and sometimes indifferent world it was a pleasure to meet Rick and his shop. His prices are super fair and explained up front and i couldn't be happier with the experience. I would definitely recommend his shop for any of your auto repair needs. Me and my van is in much better shape thanks to Rick. Thanks!

Fortunately we had an electronic tire pump, so we were able to get to a tire place. I picked Gary's based on reviews and location. I was beyond impressed! Most recently, I brought the car in after another shop told me I needed rear brakes, calipers, and suspension work totaling a pretty significant bill. Larsen's took the time to actually inspect everything and gave me a much more accurate picture. They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. Our family cares about having safe places for members of the queer community to patronize, so this got me in the door. We were able to get both our cars in for routine service quickly. This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community.
