Suzette answered the call and politely informed me that they only offer daycare and boarding for existing clients who are residents and are not accepting any new customers out of town or offering grooming services at this time. While I appreciated the quick response, it was disappointing to learn this--especially since their website still lists these services as available, with no mention of the current restrictions. It would be helpful if the website were updated to reflect this, so potential customers aren't misled while trying to make plans. Hopefully, they'll consider clarifying this online to save others the inconvenience.

If I had to put my dog down I can't imagine that women being who I would have delt with, she made me feel terrible and hopeless after paying $100 for no answers and she was rude. The outcome was not good and the Vet called me to communicate to me since I was at work and our son was upset. A few weeks later we made the hard decision to put her down. We chose the non-invasive treatment route with steroids. However, we were given very little guidance regarding the treatment plan, expected duration of steroid use, or follow-up monitoring. No one from the clinic bothered to check in on his progress after treatment began. Whenever I called with questions or concerns and wanted guidance from the vet, I was frequently told that she was unavailable and would not be able to get back to me until the following week. This was frustrating given the seriousness of my dog's condition and the fact that he was taking long-term steroids. I eventually sought a second opinion from another vet, and the difference in communication and follow-up care was night and day. It was a relief to find a vet who was proactive and actually cared about monitoring my dog's condition. Based on my experience, I would not return to this clinic and would recommend looking elsewhere for veterinary care.
