I haven't had their coffee or any of their baked goodies but whoa, all I have to say is 2 words......CHICKEN SKEWERS. Holy hell- you must try, the chicken was perfectly prepared (I get weary of ordering chicken bc a lot of times it's over cooked which then just sucks to eat). The sauce that they pair with it is legit. Sadly that's the only thing I have tried there but all of their smoothie bowls look bomb as well as their sandwiches. In short, 10/10 place and the best spot for coffee in the triangle. Fount is a wonderfully bright, welcoming spot with everything one could want for a coffee, meal, or baked good. The employees are incredibly kind and energetic. Their customer service reflects their passion for their job and love for coffee. Overall, Fount's coffee is my favorite in the triangle with exciting, homemade syrups to add fun flavors to any drink. The food is delicious with incredibly fresh ingredients. Fount is also the most cognizant place I have ever visited when it comes to allergies or dietary needs. Each team member is knowledgable about all their goods and the ingredients used in them. if they are unsure, they have an organized book to show each and every ingredient and allergen within each dish. When asking about my allergy, they asked great questions about what can be used, how I would like the equipment cleaned, and how I would feel most safe when they made my food. I have never been more grateful for a coffee shop! I was staying at the hotel across the street which had a questionable breakfast situation, and was desperate for some decent coffee at the very least. I saw they had methodical coffee available for pour over, so I immediately went for that. $8 is kind of expensive for coffee, yes, but the amount of flavor that came through blew me away. It straight up tasted like there was orange in there! I had bought some of those beans a year earlier and my pour over did not compare. You're really paying for the skill of these baristas with the quality of the beans, which as a admittedly cheap person I found 100% worth it. read more

All of their baked items are vegan and gluten-free, which is normally not my thing, but they are fantastic! It's always fairly quiet in a great place to get work done or meet with friends. I recommend the chicken skewers which are grilled in a curry sauce served over a creamy yogurt base. Full of flavor. Staff are consistently nice and helpful. I LOVE FOUNT!!!! This is my new FAVORITE coffee shop in the triangle! 1) The coffee is delicious. I always get an iced almond milk latte. It's perfectly creamy, not too sweet, very smooth. 2) The roasted root salad is literally perfection. The kale is massaged so well to make it easier to digest. Toppings are turnips, beet, sweet potato, orange, toasted pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, and red onion. So healthy and such a great flavor/texture combination of ingredients. Definitely something that I wouldn't be able to make at home (it would take a lot of preparation). I added grilled chicken one time too and it was very tender. 3) Friends like their acai bowls, although they are a bit watery. They use Purely Elizabeth granola (best in the game). Toasts are good albeit small and not filling enough on their own. Overall, great place to do work or catch up with friends. Very casual, open, and airy environment. Lots of natural lighting. A very nice coffee shop conveniently located near some of the business parks in RTP. Stopped in for lunch with a coworker recently. I got the Cilantro Lime salad with grilled chicken and it was very good! It's the perfect lunch portion. You leave full but not stuffed. My coworker got the Avocado Smash stacks which are appropriately priced and more snack-worthy than a meal. The interior has interesting seating arrangements. Rather than the 3 level benches, I think they should have made more table seating areas. It was hard to grab a table here at lunch. read more

Holy moly I love this place. Not only does Fount make some bangin' coffee, they are some of the friendliest people ever. You walk in and are immediately greeted by an open space that is far from cramped (it is normally busy, however). When you walk up to the counter, the baristas are always super friendly and they all make eye contact. They're quick to help you find a drink you might like. The space is always clean and is overall a friendly and inviting environment. Great seating options for everyone and I'd definitely recommend Fount as a place to meet the girls for brunch or a breakfast / coffee with the mother in law. Can't say enough good about this place. The restaurant owners take so much time and care for making sure that detail and effort is put into every single dish and every single part of your experience. This place is the absolute greatest!! I used to think their one flaw was that their water glasses were too small, but the last time I was there they gave us pint glasses, thus solidifying their perfection. EVERYTHING is so fresh and delicious. I'm so grateful that they mark the menu well (whole facility is gf, and they label dairy/nut free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) Most of their baked goods don't even use refined sugar - and don't get me started on their lattes! This place is a hipsters dream. Hardcore minimalist decor, simple menu, and you can get your avocado fix in multiple ways. I got a vanilla latte- nothing super special about it though it was beautiful visually. I have had better coffee though. To me, the portion was a bit small comparing to what you pay but it was fine as the quality and taste was good. The shop has a modern style but the tables were so tight and close to each other. Look, I love coffee. I like to pretend I'm a coffee expert. I met a friend here a few weeks ago for a quick bite and expected to be wowed after all the hoopla I'd heard. It was good. Also crowded. It was good coffee and the bites were served quickly. Simply put it's not coffee worth a trek for me. That being said, I did enjoy it and would go again if I was in the area. It's in a fairly busy area of Morrisville that I'm not as familiar with. I was glad my directions took me off the highway before the toll road so that's awesome. Parking was convenient. The building is airy with lots of natural light and white and wood surfaces. It was so busy people were sitting on every possible surface. I ordered avocado toast and drip and enjoyed both. They were well done with cracked pepper and some flakes. I finished my entire cup of drip. The employees were efficient and friendly. I was quite pleased with how fast my toast came out. Their avocado toast is popular, and it's easy to understand/taste why. This review is based off one review and sampling the avo toast and coffee. So I have come back, and I got a latte that better fit my tastes I think, vanilla latte with almond milk, and it was much better. I didn't realize before but they use Counter Culture coffee, which I'm not crazy about in general because it's a little more acidic than other coffees. But by adding some vanilla syrup, it cut the acidity and made it pretty yummy. Also their syrups are all house made with no refined sugars- super good! Kristen who was running the counter, was very sweet and checked in on me and if I liked everything. I stayed and worked for hours and was super comfortable and loved the atmosphere. Overall the coffee is wonderful for those who like counter culture. If you don't- I highly recommend getting a syrup to cut that acidic taste and you will enjoy! But def worth the visit for the atmosphere and great service. read more

Always seems to be fairly busy but you don't have to wait and the staff is super outgoing. All the things are tasty, appetizing and instagram worthy (against the white backdrop of the place). Vegans and those who want to eat gluten free will find their fill here. Milk alternatives include oat and almond milk, they use wildflower honey and excellent popcorn that makes a great pick me up. The baristas also work on their latte art if you're into that. I have been to Fount several times because it has the appearance of being a good cafe, but it is really just a scene. If you order food such as a salad there is often ingredients missing. If you ask for coffee with milk, milk may not be present. If you want the order corrected, forget about it. The service at Fount ranges from adequate to bad. Either the kitchen or the person taking the order is not able to communicate fully. The coffee here is consistently sour, which means the bean roasting or brewing is deficient. I don't think the customers care because there are partaking in the scene, the place is a big whatever. read more
