Yum! I've never been to a tropical smoothie cafe before but they were running a promotion for the Sunshine smoothie and it was delicious! You can taste the mango and pineapple so strongly, which I loved, and it all tasted so fresh! Very refreshing for a hot summer day. There was a bit of a wait for the smoothies though, so I wouldn't come here thinking you can order a smoothie on a quick break. But, the wait ended up being worth it. Also, these are quite expensive: my 16oz smoothie is regularly $4.99?! So, I'd consider Tropical Smoothie as a "treat yourself" type place!

Delicious wraps and smoothies, great selection, and friendly staff. We have been to this location numerous times and our order has always been tasty and accurate. Often I will call ahead so that my order is ready when I arrive. At my last visit, my smoothie cup was dirty on the sides (with smoothie) but I do not think this has happened before. I will continue to order from this restaurant and I recommend the detox island green and the thai chicken wrap!

It's clean and bright in here.

My first experience at this location and I have no complaints! I was the only customer there on a Sunday morning and had no wait. My Chia Banana Max smoothie was on point, and I really like how they have 2 types of vegetarian protein to choose from: pea or soy. I waited about 5 min for my smoothie. It's a quick and casual spot that I will definitely visit again.

I want to start off by saying, I've been coming to this location since they've opened. Food has always been up to my standards and the smoothies are amazing. Today, I'm rating a one star. I am highly disappointed with the service I received today, not only that but I received my order wrong. I ordered the "Buffalo Chicken Wrap", a smoothie, and a plain chicken and cheese quesadilla. Instead I got a flat bread with banana, honey and walnuts.... I've worked in the food industry and know mistakes happen, I wasn't so upset about the food. I'm more upset with one staff member named "Evan". His attitude, seriously just very unprofessional. When we walked in the first thing I noticed was he seemed bothered that he had people coming in to order. We didn't order with him we ordered with another employee who seemed very nice and attentive(didn't get his name). We brushed off the unfriendly welcome (from Evan) later I noticed a few other people coming in behind us... he looked at them and didn't seem to be too happy more people came in to order. I waited for my food to come out I was with my 3 year old son and since this whole COVID-19 virus i understand the safety precautions everyone is taking I noticed my son playing with his car on the table I later asked him several times to wait until we got in the car to play with his toy. Evan, later came out from behind and very rudely said "can you get him off the counter ". I did as he asked and didn't respond. After our order was made i then asked for his name, he responded with "Evan, if you seriously have the nerve to ask my name take in consideration that you came in here with a toy from home and are on the tables"... Regardless, the attitude and the response was very unprofessional. And Evan you hate your job that much you're getting upset about customers walking in to order then QUIT. My visit was around 10:30am 4/15/20 Also left them a tip, mostly for the nice employee who took my order.

    Happy Hour

I think they're training staff the morning I visited. Service was slower than normal because of it. The manager on duty was very pleasant and full of energy. The dining area is kept clean and tidy. The Carribean Jerk Bowl is delish and the Green Apple Matcha is my new favorite thing ever!

You walk in and have a little self-type market area and immediately to the right there are refrigerators with prepared meals to buy and take home. Straight after the Shelf section there is the butcher shop with all cuts of meats. I liked the concept where you could even pick your meats and have the chef cook them there for you and you can dine in! They also had an area for dining in and sitting at a bar. The bar had many choices of drinks and a wine section in the back to the side. There was a patio area as well. I decided to have some lunch so I got the salmon BLT which was delicious and I got the side of hot honey brussel sprouts. I ordered some lasagna to take home for a meal later. The salmon was cooked perfectly at a medium temperature and the flavoring was great. The brussel sprouts had just enough kick to them and was a great portion size for two or more. The lasagna was good and also a good size but it is a little bit spicy so if you dont like spice be prepared for a little tiny bit. All was delish. The pricing for everything is on point and not too expensive. They also have specials most of the days of the week! Peyton helped me with my to go orders and I met Ralph the owner who told me about the concept of everything. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend! Second time back was wonderful! Sat and dined in. I got the $1 wings special with barbecue, mac and cheese, and salmon salad. The wings were jumbo size which is great because unlike other places they weren't the size of your pinky. The mac and cheese was very flavorful with the small crisp. The salmon salad was neat because it came and deconstructed segments so you could really pick which toppings you wanted on each bite. The dressing on it was amazing and so was the ranch for the wings. I was attended to by Desiah and Liam who were other so personable and lovely! All of the portions are amazing and I love it because I have food for a few days. Definitely going to come back again to try some of the new items that they've added to their menu.

The staff were very attentive and hospitable. On Tuesdays, they have a Mix & Match 3 tacos deal for $11.99. You can mix both flour or corn tortilla tacos, but it doesn't include the Birria tacos. I ended up trying the shrimp tacos on flour tortilla, ribeye taco on corn, and al pastor on corn. I also tried a bite of the carne asada on flour taco from my sister. I would highly recommend the al pastor taco. It's juicy (comes with pineapple sticks) and the flavor is fantastic. The shrimp was also good but it's on the heavier side bc they add cheese. The ribeye was my least favorite and although the flavor is good, it's pretty dry without much sauce. If you want steak, I would go for the carne asada instead (they add guac) Overall, fantastic restaurant and a great deal for tacos on Tuesdays. My favorite part is the complimentary chips and salsa. When I went, the mojitos were on special for $6, so I of course had to order it. It was good, just a tad on the sweet side. For the app, we got the queso with chorizo and it was delicious. We also ordered the fajitas for two. It was HUGE and had an array of different meats - chicken, steak, chorizo, shrimp, and carnitas. Sadly most of the meats were overcooked and not as enjoyable to eat. La Victoria is still one of the better Mexican food spots I've had in Raleigh so far (especially as a native Texan growing up around incredible Tex-Mex). Worth a visit!

Something about being travel-hungry made one thing crystal clear: I needed a Wreck. And wow... this hit the spot perfectly. I ordered the A Wreck on multigrain, thin-cut, loaded with basically everything good in the house -- Genoa salami, roast beef, smoked ham, turkey breast, provolone, hot peppers, caramelized onions, pickles, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic aioli... the whole masterpiece. Every bite hit. The bread had that perfect warm toast, the meats were stacked generously, and the balance of tangy, savory, crunchy, and spicy was chef's kiss. The caramelized onions with the hot peppers especially took it over the top. Also grabbed a large Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher, which was ice-cold and ridiculously refreshing after airport chaos and North Carolina humidity. Exactly what I needed. If you're anywhere near RDU and debating a stop before heading home -- do it. This Potbelly absolutely delivered. The Wreck remains undefeated.

My favorite order is The Wreck! it's loaded with all the meats and always hits the spot. One of Potbelly's biggest strengths is the ability to pile on condiments, veggies, and dressings, which makes it easy to tailor your sandwich exactly how you like it (also a big fan of their hot peppers). That flexibility goes a long way in keeping things interesting even if you order the same sandwich regularly. We've also used Potbelly for office catering, and it's been a consistently good experience. Orders are straightforward, food travels well, and it's a crowd-pleaser for a group with different preferences. It's not trying to be gourmet, but it's dependable, filling, and well-executed. A strong option for lunch, group orders, or when you want a sandwich that you can really customize.

(Great WiFi!) The interior is glass on two sides, so it very bright, and appointed with comfy chairs with waist-high dividers around the bar and small table area. My friend arrived at 5:15 as promised and we were escorted to a table further down the building. The bartender brought my bill to the table later, and I asked if it could be added to the total but he said no. I had read about the pimento cheese wontons, so we decided to try those as a starter. They arrived hot and dressed with a red pepper jelly sauce. (Not too hot, a nice foil to the pimento cheese!) My friend liked them as well. Neither of us are eating large meals these days, so we opted to share an entree. We decided on the NY Strip steak ($38) which comes with smoked potato au gratin and collard greens. We tried to sub the greens for anything else, and the only other option was Brussels sprouts. (Green beans? Broccoli? Asparagus? Anything else? Nope, just stinky stuff.) So, stinky veggies were the only option. (We asked the waiter not to bring them, but they arrived anyway, and we had someone remove them quickly!) The potato's turned out to be more a chunky soup, rather than a casserole, but were tasty. Just difficult to share. (No spoons were offered for the soup!) The steak was phenomenal. Cooked to perfection (rare/medium rare) with a nice finishing sauce, and was just enough. Somehow, that steak, the wonton app ($11) and a regular house marg were billed at $88 after tax, which meant over $100 with tip, but I was enjoying my friend's company too much to dispute the bill. After I left, I did the math and figure they charged extra for something in there. But I was gone and never take the receipt, because most waitstaff do a good job of putting info into the POS system. Maybe I need to reassess my trust of waitstaff data entry. Suffice it to say this will not be a regular spot I go to. Stinky veggies, poor data entry and sides that can't easily be shared made for a sour first impression. The steak was good, but I can't find that extra $30 in anything, unless it was the toxic veggie disposal fee.
