The food was surprisingly tasty for a hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Really recommend the southwestern egg rolls -- super crispy with a great dipping sauce!

The Fountain Grille restaurant is located inside the Embassy Suites hotel off of Paradise Road. Breakfast is free to hotel guests. They offer both a "made-to-order" omelet station, as well as a breakfast buffet: scrambled eggs, link sausage, bacon, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and more. First morning: I opted for an omelet - with spinach, mushrooms jalapenos, onions, scallions, bacon, and sausage. I also tried a side of the breakfast potatoes and some bacon and sausage on the side. Plus coffee. Omelet was tasty and excellent, the breakfast potatoes were nice, crisp, and hot, bacon was meaty and delish, as was the sausage. Coffee was strong. Second morning: a very small helping of scrambled eggs (with salsa), bacon, one link of sausage, and breakfast potatoes, plus water. Good breakfast value! You can also order lunch or dinner here and room service and have it sent up to your room.

Not a one $ restaurant. At least two

Very good for a hotel restaurant. The portions were good and the food had a lot of flavor. We also thought our server did an amazing job.

We ordered two slices at the window: a Brooklyn style cheese and another with sausage and peppers. I absolutely love thin crust Brooklyn style pizza (probably because I lived in Brooklyn in my early 20s and it brings back great memories), and Good Pie definitely took me back in time! The slices were delicious, perfectly crisp, and reheated in high heat so they tasted fresh out of the oven On top of the great pizza, the customer service was super friendly and welcoming. Overall, such a great spot downtown. We'll definitely be back soon!

The rest keeps up. Mozz wasn't overcooked (this happens way more than it should), the sauce was perfectly balanced, ingredients tasted fresh. One thing I'd do next time is ask for sauce on the side for dipping. The crust is a big part of the pizza, which is fine because the crust is great, but a little extra sauce would put it over the top. Service was friendly. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, due to their emphasis on dough, Solamente pizzas have an aggressively disproportionate ratio of crust to toppings. Coming from someone who usually thinks eating out means food that is too heavy or flavorful, I thought their pizzas would benefit from a lot more ingredients (or less dough). The problem is I'm not sure they can add any more toppings given the texture of their dough, as the middle of the pizza is already so floppy that their pizza was unusually messy to eat. I could not even pull a slice out without having what few ingredients were on the pizza sliding off. The kicker is I actually attempted to check them out a few weeks ago and they were entirely out of all their special dough pizzas despite going at around 6PM. Not sure if this reflected their immense popularity within the community or if they were having issues with product supply, but it was bizarre not being able to order their supposedly signature items at a primetime hour. I can't say this place isn't worth a shot as their dough truly is unique, but there's so many other competitive pizza options in Las Vegas that I would prefer to go back to instead.

We sat at the bar and our bartender greeted us after a few mins. We ordered some drinks and their charcuterie board and a 16-in pizza (the Don - which was meatballs, pepperoni, and sausage). Everything was really good. The charcuterie board was beautifully presented and a great start to dinner. As for the pizza, I've had both good and bad pizza in NY and I thought this was up there with the good, for sure. The crust was nice and thin but not too floppy, although the generous amount of toppings makes it hard not to flop slightly. Service was good. Our bartender wasn't much of a talker but we were okay with that. There were plenty of conversations going around, around us at the bar to keep the ambiance buzzing. If you're looking for good pizza and a beer, Grimaldi's is def worth stopping by.
