Kinda weird eating her for dinner on my first day in Vegas. But it was right across the street from my hotel, and I was starving, so it was a matter of convenience. I ordered the fried fish with my two "premium" sides being soup and seasoned fries. I did not read the fine print closely so I did not realize until it was too late that the chicken noodle soup I wanted, wasn't served that day. So I got stuck with the one in the pic. Denny's on Las Vegas Blvd. -- 5 stars Stoked on this spot, brah. Rolled in after a long travel day around midnight and the crew was super friendly -- our server checked in without being pushy and kept the coffee topped off. Ordered the Grand Slam; everything came out hot, tasted fresh, and hit the carb-and-protein craving perfectly. Place was clean, well-lit, and not too crowded despite the Strip traffic, and the prices were reasonable for the area. Being right next to our resort made it hella convenient for late-night munchies and quick breakfasts before heading out. We are staying at The Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas and I ordered some breakfast to be delivered to our hotel lobby. My daughter's Jr. Slam breakfast had hair on her bacon. The food looked sloppy and I requested utensils but got no forks! I received a plastic knife. Not worth my money or the wait. Horrible!!!! Be warned people!! Gross!! read more

Craving for some late night fast food while staying at The Encore last year and this Denny's was in walking distance from there so decided to go there around 10ish! Ordered the Double Cheeseburger / Fries combo and Vanilla Milkshake and it tasted OK but the lady in front (manager maybe) was Super friendly and my server looked very tired (seems to be working a long shift) but still served me with a smile & kindness so the 3 stars I'm giving here are for the staffs there.So next time you go there please make sure to tip them good either in cash or with credit card! read more

After a night out clubbing in Vegas, stopped in Dennys which was the best option late night. Despite the particular early morning patrons, it's not busy late nights/early mornings. You'll see people who are getting their day started and patrons dining from a night out. Ordered the multigrain grand slam. Before I mention the food, just know the service can be slow and delayed with table preparations. It's expected so definitely pace yourself however the food will be served fast. The syrup and hot sauce bottles are dirty, needs to be cleaned yet I survived without a stomach virus, that's a win. The hot sauce is watered down to most likely save on inventory. Not the most clean but still a dim vibe for late nighters. The Multigrain slam special was decent. I added fresh blue Berrys to my pancakes and requested shell scrambled eggs, not the or batch usually with milk or water. Opted for turkey bacon that was tastily lean. The pancakes were ok, definitely filling. The eggs, and hash were ok. The whole meal did its job. Great for last option around the strip late. After the kitchen preparing my food wrong TWICE, me knowing she put the order in correct and seeing the kitchen staff taking their mistake out on her. Yeah, really. It eventually came out right. Though I was afraid to eat it because of what I saw. lol. We frequent there often and everything is always excellent. I think the main problem was the manager Michael. Not professional at all and allowing and dismissing her being treated that way when we did see it and made him aware of it and he said we saw incorrectly. Defended the kitchen and allowed it. Now, accidents happen. No big deal. But that interaction was so not ok. We will be back. I hope to see Jodie again, actually any of the servers there. They are all great. read more

Was offered a "Free" appetizer by my server when they noticed i had my dennys rewards program open on my phone. So I opted for an order of mozzarella sticks. Went to pay bill and was denied the free mozzarella sticks....after I was clearly told that was an option. A manager could have easily made it right, and honored what I was told. Instead I got a small discount which made my total still much more than I would have spent than if I didn't order the mozzarella sticks at all. Wow!!! -This location has now chased off a Vegas local. The food was good, but the wait was not. My friends and I came here for a late-night breakfast one night. We waited in the lobby area by the sign that said "Please Wait To Be Seated." So we waited. And waited. Nobody ever came out to greet or seat us. Eventually, a customer walked by and said "Are y'all waiting to be seated? You're going to be waiting all night! Just go inside and seat yourself." So we did; after waiting almost 15 minutes to be addressed. That was awkward. The ambiance was as expected: drunk people and loud unsupervised teens. Best Denny's experience for sure! We were so glad to have a delicious and cheap breakfast amongst the high costs of Vegas dining. It was super convenient to walk over to from Resorts World, we were seated right away and our server V was very nice and attentive. The food was fantastic, if you had been served the same meal at an expensive place it would fit right in. The best part was the price, $30 for 2 people to fill up. We were not greeted when we walked in, (others during our wait were) instead of the greeting she visibly counted us and asked "for 3?" my father is elderly and my daughter and I help him walk. she walked ahead of us and didn't wait she just placed the menus on the table and left. we had to search for the menus on the table to know where our table was. I was reminded of why I don't eat at Denny's. They didn't have a vegan option on the 55+ menu, so I asked my server (Karla) if I could modify the omelette they did offer by substituting the bacon with mushrooms...., not an unreasonable request. She says no, but after my persistence, she said would ask the manager. After she consulted the manager, she said she could remove the beacon but had to charge me for the mushrooms. My wife and I got up and left. We walked next door to the Peppermille Restaurant, which was much cleaner, less hectic, and much more customer friendly. Like they say, you get what you pay for. I ordered an egg white omelette and was able to modify to my desires. That's what true customer service is all about. I will not step foot back into another Denny's. I went to the dennys on Ann and Simmons. I go there often. I took my daughter and her family the day before valentine, I had seen our normal server although she indicated it was the end of her shift. I was sad, Stephanie ask her manager if she could stay. it was approve. Our food was amazing and such a good quality and the amount was perfect. Stephanie always goes above and beyond to make her customers have a great experience. Asked about the apple juice that we never got replaced. Server brought cold sampler platter and nachos, not to mention dirty plates that I had him replace.
