The atmosphere was welcoming and spacious, perfect for a big group. The staff was attentive and quick to clear used plates from our table throughout the meal. The food selection was similar to other all-you-can-eat buffets--overall decent, nothing particularly unique. What I really enjoyed was their Mongolian stir fry station. The beef was cut thick, and you could ask for it to be cooked to your liking. The dessert bar was also a highlight, especially the ice cream and chocolate fountain for dipping fruit. Came here in a big group of friends as it was one of their suggestions. This buffet has Chinese and Japanese food options. Many many options, there will be something everyone will like. They got the teppanyaki station where you choose your protein, veggies then they'll stir fry the noodles with toppings. Stir fried noodles were good. If you're a seafood lover I recommend as they got clam, giant mussels, oysters, squid, shrimp, and fried crab. My favorite would have to be the mussels with mayo, hot and sour soup, fried chicken, California roll, and the fruit. They had chocolate fountain but felt like the chocolate was too sweet and not great quality. Some of the grilled meats were dry and felt like they've been sitting there for a while. Ample seating for a party of 2 or a big party. The servers are very attentive. The place is clean and no sticky floors. Food is replenished quickly. The restrooms are clean. With so many all you can eat AYCE options nowadays, it has been a while since I've been to an Asian buffet like this. I had been curious about the grand reopening for Four Seasons, so I figured why not. It was $26.99 for adult weekend dinner price. I appreciated that there were many seafood options. They had cooked clams, mussels, and oysters. The one crab option was stir fried. The sushi rolls were filled with fillers like crab mix, tempura shrimp, egg, and more crab mix. The sauce of the poke tuna and salmon was not amazing and the fish itself also did not have much flavor. It made me think the fish wasn't fresh, so I did not go back for more. I also looked for wasabi, but could not find it. There were lots of fish and shrimp varieties, but it was the same type of fish, cooked 3-4 different ways. The same fried chicken pieces covered in different sauces. The grill section would have been amazing, but the chef there burnt nearly every piece of food in all the options (chicken skewers, small whole fish, short ribs). The one I did enjoy was the squid leg. I wanted to enjoy the short ribs, but they were mostly burnt and the pieces had very little meat on it. It was fatty and chewy. There were many options, but the execution of the dishes was lacking, making me think that some fast food places probably could have cooked it better. They definitely didn't spend too much time thinking about their dessert options either. In the end, I felt super heavy from eating too much food that I didn't enjoy, but ate only because I already paid for it. They have the same type of selection of sushi (rolls, sashimi, nigiri), various Asian hot foods with a focus on seafood, salad/cold foods selection, Mongolian BBQ/Japanese teppanyaki, Chinese dim sum, and dessert selection. The hot foods vary from Americanized Chinese dishes to vegetables to somewhat more traditional variety of Asian seafood dishes. Nearly anyone can find something they like to eat. There is also a limited selection of beer, wine, and spirits, including sake. Overall the food quality is just ok and likely varies per visit as is the case with most buffets. As other reviewers stated, the service is not that great. Table clearing, drink refill, and other services you may need are rather slow to non-existent. The restaurant is big and consequently can get very loud. This makes the place good for big groups and parties or special occasions. Other reviewers claim that prices are lower during weekdays and as is typical the place is very crowded on the weekends so that you should expect at least a 20 min wait during peak hours. There may be a senior discount, call to confirm before visiting as this may change at any time. Also as others have stated, the buffet is in a large mall with numerous other popular businesses and restaurants. Parking is inadequate for the number of businesses and can be very challenging during peak hours. Tips: (1) try to go on weekdays and/or weekends during off hours or a little early, maybe 11:00-11:30 for lunch or 4:00-4:30 for dinner. (2) keep cold and hot foods on separate plates. (3) check the cold food or dessert area for cold plates, the main plates are hot. (4) put dishes with sauces in bowls or on separate plates to avoid mixing/ruining flavors. (5) avoid filling up on rice & noodles, focus on seafood and premium items. (6) 10% tip is standard/min for buffet. (7) call ahead to see if a seniorDiscount is available. Overall, FSB is a great place to go with a group or for a party or special occasion. As with most buffets, unless you just want a variety of food or are really hungry, then you can probably get better quality food elsewhere. As far as Asian buffets go, these guys are about standard. The chicken wings tasted like they have been boiled then after being fried left out for a couple days.
