I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed a weekday lunch at Four Seasons buffet. Lots of food options. It's a good place to have family gatherings. There is a senior discount if you're 65 plus. The food was fresh, it's your typical Asian buffet menu noodles, fried chicken wings, beef and broccoli. Service was good, our Diet Coke was replenished quickly. It was pretty busy for a weekday. I was just happy that I didn't need to cook lunch. The self serve ice cream was yummy ! It's the old school thrifty ice cream ! I had the pistachio nut ice cream I didn't try the sushi maybe next time.

one of us was celebrating a birthday, so i mentioned it to the front staff when we arrived. there wasn't a birthday discount or complimentary dessert, which we didn't mind at all. i was told the staff could sing happy birthday, and i said that would be great. well, it never happened. if it's not something the restaurant actually does, that's completely fine, but don't offer it and then forget about it. i also noticed one of the sushi chefs repeatedly slamming serving tongs onto the trays during the dinner rush while guests were standing in line. i understand being frustrated when people leave utensils in the wrong places, but it wasn't a great look. that said, i still enjoy coming here. our group of 6 was seated immediately on a busy friday night, and the salad and sushi bar remain my favorite parts of the buffet. i also have to give a shoutout to the fries, which remind me of kfc fries. the restaurant was clean, the plates were heated, and sanitizer and gloves were available at the start of the buffet line. the food and cleanliness keep me coming back, but this visit had a couple of service lapses.

Where can you more than one asian dish for $20 anymore? Since I have my other two reviews already I thought I would narrow in on two ofbthe most overlooked items. The Korean Spicy Ocotpus and the hot and sour soup. Don't forget to try it on your next run here.

The interior of Four Seasons is really impressive. It's bright and spacious - a stark contrast with the usual Chinese food buffet get up. For lunch, it's $19.99 for adults. Pretty reasonable considering that's the going rate for an entree these days. Unfortunately, the food was mid. Mid. Very mid. I usually look forward to the American Chinese food offerings: orange chicken, honey chicken, General Tao's chicken - whatever chicken, but there was something slightly off with the flavors. They tasted familiar, but needed more salt or seasoning to come correct. Was definitely not giving Americanized Chinese food. Black bean clams and salt & pepper shrimp are my jam at the buffet. Both were absent from the lunch scene at Four Seasons. What a tease and disappointment actually. The best thing about Four Seasons is their sushi island. They offer fresh nigiri - salmon, tuna, etc. And the California roll is reincarnated six million ways which I thought was fun. Eating at Four Seasons satiated my curiosity. Will I be returning any time soon? Highly unlikely.

Some items were delicious like chicken sticks , vegetables, and sushi, desert options and clean restaurant, price was reasonable for lunch, clean restrooms. Noodles were just good Breaded chicken was horrible - French fries were cold and soggy, ginger was sweat (should be plain), egg roll was under cooked.

four seasons is pretty tasty, but a lot of the things i was excited to try was unfortunately dry and not fresh the bbq looked most enticing, but for the hour that we were there, they didnt restock the kalbi or the fish. i tried them all and they were all incredibly dry, but seasoned pretty well. the mongolian bbq was yummy with great selection and the rolls were decent, very american style but pretty good. fish of course not the best quality but tasty nonetheless. overall, the food quality is okay and it shouldve been restocked much more. especially for a sunday evening. selection makes up for it though.

Quality meets quantity in this very above-average "Las Vegas" style buffet in Cerritos. I was in town for business purposes. Knowing how I am, I put it on my myself to do some research the night before for some unexplored dining opportunities. Having read reviews / seen pictures, Yelp & fellow Yelpers deliver yet again. The one thing that SoCal is never short of is buffets, especially Asian / Seafood style buffets. But there are so many variables at play: quality, cost, selection, busyness, etc. I'm happy to report that Four Seasons buffet is a solid & reliable option. At just under $20 (before tax, tip, & drinks), I'd be hard-pressed if you could find a more competitive value. That said, the quality of the food is pretty great for what you pay for. Whether it's the fresh salmon for nigiri, slices of steak & chicken cooked right in front of you at the Teppanyaki-style grill, or the various Asian-inspired. American, & Asian-American fare along with some surprising offerings like frilled octopus & white meat chicken skerwers. You're bound to find something or many things that you'll enjoy. Parking is aplenty in this rather large shopping/dining district. For a Monday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised how busy this place was. It's a good sign if people obviously like the place. But there is that careful balance that things are not too chaotic where you can't get around or fear that your preferred options run out before you can come back. Also, bonus points for a rather larger offering of ice cream options (not every buffet wants to offer cookies 'n cream for some reason). Finally, huge, huge shoutout to Maya at the Front Desk for being so incredibly welcoming & accommodating. If management is reading this, please recognize Maya for her outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. Considering my perennial battle with "choice paralysis" I would gladly come here again.

Came on a Sunday. Place opened at 11am but the line formed around 10:30am. Prices vary depending on the day you go and ages of the people in your group. Pay before being seated. Water is free. But all other drinks you have to pay for. You can request additional drinks once seated but you will be asked to pay additional. Food was as expected. They didn't have crab legs on Sunday when we went. Not sure if that's just because it was the weekend or if they don't have crab legs at all. The oysters were huge hit but took a while to replenish. LOVED the chocolate fondue fountain.

Yes, another buffet review!! After we couldn't stop praising the Samoan taro at East Buffet (seriously, it was like root veggie heaven), our Polynesian friends hit us with a hot tip to try out Four Seasons Buffet!! So of course, off we went. Parking: Non-existent. Bring a scooter, a prayer, or a teleportation device or maybe just Uber here? The line was longer than a Black Friday sale at Best Buy. You tell them your party size, get a number, and wait like it's the DMV... but at least the food smells better!! After 25 minutes, our number was called, we paid upfront (bold move), and were finally released into buffet paradise!! FOOD... Variety: Oh, it's varietycentral!! Lots of delicious choices, it was great!! There's more options here than East Buffet. However,Samoan Taro was not as good as East Buffet's. They sliced it all thin and fancy, but that just made it dry, even the coconut sauce couldn't save it. Please cut them up in big, starchy chunks like how theyre supposed to be made!! Marinated short ribs had me emotionally unwell in the best way. And giant squid?!?!?! This isn't your average buffet, this was Poseidon's backyard BBQ!! Desserts: Legit. Scoop your own ice cream like at Rite Aid, only you don't get weird looks for going back five times. Mi fen noodles were FIIRE!! White pepper aroma so good!! A strong contender in the buffet arena. I was very happy!! My stomach was happiest!! Hubby, however, is still Team East Buffet... he's loyal to the taro that touched his soul. Would I go again? Yes. Would I park three blocks away and walk? Also yes. Would I eat so much that I question my life choices? Of course!! Hence, why I gym as much as I do!! If you want a wide variety of yummy deliciousness but don't mind the wait, check this place out!

Not your typical buffet experience. Fresh and fabulous value. Food choices are amazing whether you go for lunch during the week or weekend dinner. All the favorites, and great options to try. Sushi is delightful and salad and fruit bar are impressive. You can visit Four Seasons many times and see different items to try. Even the dessert bar is impressive. Banana pudding and ice cream choices are especially good too. This is my favorite restaurant to take visiting friends because anyone can find many wonderful things to eat no matter your tastes. All the staff are so helpful.

Really good! I love coming here. They have a bit of everything, and I always leave satisfied. I feel like buffets are a dying breed, especially in SoCal and this one keeps the experience alive. Highly recommend!

They have all kind of food and I love it.

Worth the wait, love the food all types and all kinds..... the only thing I think need improving is the sauce, they should have it at a sauce station becoz i couldn't find it until the end when i was full hahah, over all i would come again.

Sometimes It's Not About the Food... It's About the People…read more Maybe we spoke a little too soon after our last visit... because only three weeks later, hubby and I decided to give San Pedro Fish Market another chance. Looking back now, I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Danny, who has been part of the San Pedro Fish Market family for 19 years. Within minutes, he gave us a sneak peek from the outside of what's to come with the brand-new development expected to open in 2028. The future expansion will span roughly 55,000 square feet and include exciting additions like pickleball courts, a Ferris wheel, and many of the eateries people have loved over the years--just with a fresh, modern twist. Listening to Danny share stories from nearly two decades here was honestly inspiring. One story that truly stayed with us was when he shared that San Pedro Fish Market is where he met his wife. That alone speaks volumes about what this place represents. It isn't just somewhere people come to eat--it's where memories are made, friendships begin, families are built, and lives are forever changed. You could hear the pride in his voice as he talked about how many lives have been touched by this place. It made me realize that for so many people, you simply can't mention San Pedro without thinking about the Fish Market. It's become part of the city's identity. We were also welcomed by Cinderella--yes, that's really her name!--who is also the current Employee of the Month. She's been here for over 30 years, and her kindness immediately made us feel at home. She shared some of her favorite menu items with us, and you could genuinely feel how much heart she has for this place. Employees like Danny and Cinderella are exactly what make businesses special. They're the ones who create lasting memories long after the meal is over. Now onto the food! Seafood Tray Rating: 9.8/10 This visit was night and day compared to our last one. Our seafood tray came out in about 15 minutes, piping hot, incredibly fresh, and absolutely packed with flavor. It honestly reminded us why San Pedro Fish Market became so iconic in the first place. We enjoyed the fried tilapia, large scallops, baby octopus, head-on shrimp, crab legs, mussels, sausage, corn, potatoes, garlic bread, and all the delicious vegetables. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and cooked beautifully. It honestly beats every seafood spot we've tried recently, and this visit completely redeemed our previous experience. And then there was the fried calamari... I honestly have a new standard for fried calamari now. It was unbelievably tender, juicy, lightly crispy, and not rubbery whatsoever. We've ordered calamari at countless restaurants over the years, and this has officially become the one every future calamari order will be compared against. For drinks, hubby enjoyed a refreshing Modelo Michelada, while I cooled off with their Peach Margarita featuring their house tequila, chamoy, and Tajín. On a hot and humid Fourth of July afternoon, it absolutely hit the spot. It packed quite a punch, but it was delicious! The highlight of our visit, however, was meeting Scott, the General Manager. We spent time talking with him about his 35 years in the hospitality industry and his journey with San Pedro Fish Market. What stood out most wasn't just his experience--it was his passion. Listening to him speak about the future of this place, the people behind it, and the history that has made it so iconic reminded me that San Pedro Fish Market has never just been about seafood. It's about generations. It's about family traditions. It's about people creating memories together. Nothing will ever replace the original 65 years of history that made San Pedro Fish Market what it is today. Change is never easy, especially for a place with so much history behind it. But after hearing the stories, seeing the vision, and meeting the people who continue to pour their hearts into this place every single day, I truly believe this is simply the beginning of a new chapter. I cannot wait to see what 2028 brings when the new San Pedro Fish Market opens its doors. I have no doubt that new memories, new traditions, and new generations of families will continue to gather here for years to come. Thank you to Danny, Cinderella, Scott, and everyone who made us feel so welcomed. Your kindness, passion, and genuine hospitality reminded us that the best restaurants aren't remembered just because of the food... They're remembered because of the people. Until we meet again very soon... Happy Eats, and Happy Fourth of July!

I'm not sure how to feel about this place…read more Has a parking lot and TONS of seating, I live nearby so I walked over. Inside is a huge section of picnic tables with QR codes to help you view the menu and order as they deliver right to your table. Service is a 10/10. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Food is where I'm lost. Shrimp plate had great flavor, a little too oily but that's to be expected. Shrimp & Chips had food flavor and breading to them but everything came out cold. My only conclusion for this is that we are in outdoor seating and it's always windy here, so I recommend sitting as close to the Kitchen as you can if you want a hot meal. I'm a little saddened that the experience wasn't great despite only hearing amazing things about this place, but I will return when the permanent location opens up.

By far the best Chinese restaurant in the city of Long Beach. I was told to come here on the advice…read moreof one of my clients. She did not let me down as we walked in and noticed how truly authentic it was going to look. Chinese decor on the walls and boxes of restaurant supples in the corners. Just as it should be. The bonus was that they had a TV showing the NBA Finals when we arrived. Pretty nice touch and in the back of the restaurant so as not to distract everyone. We went with a couple of our favorite dishes to run along and the Chicken Lo Mein was pretty good. Crispy pieces of chicken and soft noodles and veggies to go with it. We chose to get Mongolian Beef and it was absolutely fantastic. Crispy celery, green onions and decent sized pieces of meat in a terrific sauce. I would love to try to replicate that. My wife wanted a shrimp dish so she ordered the honey walnut and it even looked good to me when they brought it. She loves egg rolls, so she got a four piece and said they were pretty good. My biggest wow of the visit was their vegetable fried rice. MY GOD. I dont know what they season or flavor it with, but every fork full of rice that i ate, it was this sense of flavor that reminded me of butter or something else. I really loved the sensation i experienced from this particular dish. I am really curious on what it actually is. I will definitely be ordering out or coming in for Chinese because that reminded of many other places that put out fantastic dishes.

This place was pretty good! It's a great spot to grab a quick Chinese dinner with the family…read more The food was flavorful, and the portions were a good size, especially if you're coming with a bigger group. We had plenty to share, which is always a plus. The restaurant has a nice family-style vibe, but it's a lot smaller inside than it looks from the outside. If it's busy, it can feel pretty cramped, and you'll probably have to squeeze between tables and chairs to get around. If it's not crowded though, it's much easier to move around. The service was fast, which I appreciated. The only downside was the food runner who brought out our meals. He wasn't very friendly and kind of just set the plates down wherever there was space, even on top of the plates we were already using. It felt a little careless and took away from an otherwise good experience. Overall, the food was definitely the highlight, but because of that experience with the service, it'll probably be a while before I come back.
