Wish I could rate 0 stars! Beware: sad food, horrible service, and a dingy atmosphere. $13.26 per person not including a drink. Food is very bland. Most options to choose from are fried foods. Fountain drinks always taste off. Bathrooms are disgusting, and the place is in dire need of an upgrade. Be mindful of sketchy cashiers. Had this place yesterday for the first and last time. My friend and I decided to try it even though it only had 2 stars because some of the more recent reviews had given it a better rating. Well, sadly I believe the other people do not know what good food is. Most of the food lacked flavor, and if you get the beef and broccoli I wouldn't eat the meat. I took one bite of the beef and the taste and texture was not normal like beef. The fried rice was probably the best thing there and it still was nothing great. The food is good, although there is a lot of fat in their pork. So much in fact, that they will deep fry fat chunks by themselves rather than just fatty pieces. But the chicken skewers, and sweet n sour are good. When it comes to drink refills, major problems. You have to flag them down. And the young lady server gets noticeably irritated if you ask for a second refill. It will have the same ice as when your drink started and the second refill will be half way full. The older lady that works the afternoon would rather you go to McDonald's. Whoever you are. Just leave her alone. One thing they do very well, the crab salad. I've never had better. It's why I punish myself and go back now and then haha. By the way, I go with my cousin and we both get diet coke. My son and I went for dinner. The food was fresh and delicious. Cooks kept the food coming and the servers kept our table clean.

Visited today for lunch (2/1/20) and the place is clean with great variety. The service was good as well.

THE ABSOLUTE BESSTTTT. I've been coming to this specific restaurant for the past 18 years. Been a solid costumer even when they had old location. Everything is absolutely delicious. Specially their seafood. I can 100% vouche that' has to be one of their main specialties at four seasons buffet. There' noodles are so yummy! If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to many Chinese style buffet restaurants and this is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Too long, didn't read/cliff notes: Pros: The foods: sushi, salt and pepper shrimp, fried crab, chicken wings, BBQ ribs (Asian style), and sweet and sour fish. Bigger space and interior is better than the old location. Cons: Service, food in general (cold and how it was cooked or sitting there), bathroom, and they still had stuff from Home Town Buffet that I felt needed to be removed. Today my family offered to take me to 4 Seasons and recently they moved location. *(Mind that I posted a review on this place years ago and haven't been back since) They took over the old Home Town Buffet building and I figured why the hell not they might have changed a few things. When I walked inside they still have the old signs from Home Town. There are an abundance of tables and chairs and few are close to where the food is at. At this time at night the atmosphere inside the buffet was quite. Our server brought us our drinks and took our finished plates but lacked in asking if we needed refills (mind that when Home Town was around you could walk up to get your drinks yourself but they have it sectioned off and use it as a employee break area I assume). The food was a hit and miss. My first plate I got fried rice, pot stickers, salt and pepper shrimp, and a new item sweet and sour fish. I was disappointed with the fried rice because during the old location it was good! It was cold (most of the food was cold) and lacked in flavor and I did not liked the texture of the rice it was between mushy and rice that has been sitting out for awhile. The pot stickers and salt and pepper shirmp was good, just like the old location but the salt and pepper shirmp was missing jalapenos, that would have made it perfect. The sweet and sour fish wasn't too bad but too much breading imo. There were a few new items but I tried the best ones I though. Some were the BBQ ribs (Asian style, think BBQ pork but ribs not the sliced ones) the sweet and sour fish, sushi, fried soft shell crab, and salad bar. They upgraded the sushi and I was impressed! All the sushi looked fresh and had your typical rolls including specialty rolls as well. I didn't bother with the soups or the dessert. They weren't appetizing to me to get. The bathroom needs a lot of work. It needed to be cleaned up, the toilet roll dispenser needed to be rebolted on, stalls needed to be repainted and again just a good cleaning and it would be decent. Overall there were pros and cons with the new location BUT! I'll give them that they recently moved and probably still need to work on the new place. My final rating of 4 Seasons is a 2/5 read more

Visited on Saturday (Jan 18th). In general food is very good especially the seafood entries. Walnut prawns, cold shrimps, are very fresh and tasty. The Pastry is good except the cheese cake. Enjoyed 3 dishes full of tasty food :-) The sushi is not fancy but very fresh. I like the fried sushi. Too bad my stomach is very full after 3 dishes :-) read more

I used to come here as a kid back when the business was in the same center as McDonalds. The boss lady made rude remarks to me when I got too much of a certain food. As an adult now, it's funny to see karma at work and see this business get completely wrecked by Covid lol. Buffet Man Sez: Been here twice. First time was pretty decent. The had some spicy stir-fry dishes that were pretty ono! I thought it was worth going back. Second time was not good. One of the salad items had a soapy after taste that was a real turn off. The rest seemed ok but didn't have the range of selections as the first time. That night I came down with stomach flu symptoms that lasted almost 72 hours. I have a tuff tummy but this place did me wrong. My verdict: this place is not ono, it's a NO NO. Walking in the buffet for the first time and it had a really good design with food labeled according to what they seem to be. but when you actually come up to the food stand the food does not match according the food label and another thing is the service is super bad they leave all your dirty dishes on your table. They never came and asked what we need and they almost never replenish the food resulting in us eating only a few dishes unless we asked them to make it overall I would give it a 0/5 but since the lowest I can give is a 1 star. The service: The went into this place about 20 mins from closing the very first time my family ate here. He told me that since I wanted food to go he would charge me for a lunch special which made sense to me. My second visit I came in an hour before closing. He tried to charge me full price buffet price for a container to go. After he rang me up instead of allowing me to fill my own box he went straight to the rice and chow mein and started making my plate like I was a little kid. Ridiculous and rude the way it was done. I thought the customer service was excellent. Mushroom chicken was to die for. Like if I were gonna die an offered one last meal that just maybe it. The pizza was okay. It wasn't great but Asians aren't really known for pizza anyway. The desserts were great. The sushi was huuuge. I never seen anything like it. Not really sure how to rate this, The food was decent, nice looking variety, A LOT of shrimp items, could use a little more spice/sauces/flavor but some items were good.. & i gathered samples of side sauces etc & mixed things myself.. Also wish everything was labeled, Not sure what a few meat items were (pork? chicken/duck?) So i opted for what was labeled/& or clearly what it looked like. It was good. a few sushi choices were colorful & not sure what they were, so i went for the typical mix & it was fresh. The soup needed stirred & replenished. The decor is weird, But it's whatever.. It was pretty hot inside the building & it was a cloudy, cooler day, That made it a little unpleasant. There were 2 very young children "working" sweeping floors & they were cute. Our waitress was kind & came to refill our water (we don't do sweet drinks with food) & take away a few plates. The place seemed clean, BUT saying that: WHILE IN THE BATHROOM WASHING MY OWN HANDS, 2 FEMALE EMPLOYEES LEFT WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! That was kind of disturbing to me.
