Update to older review. This place is still the only place I trust to get my car detailed. I received a "mini detail" service, and both the outside and the inside of my car are sparkling clean. The post clean smell was that new car smell, not overpowering air freshener. Glove box, under seats, under floor mats, cup holders---nothing missed. My car was full of dirt and dog hair, so it wasn't easy to clean. All the work was done on time, as promised, at a fair price which we agreed upon before the work was done. Probably the worst car wash I've ever gotten. Even at $45 this is way over priced. I literally had to leave there and go across the street to the DIY car wash place and redo the whole thing myself. When you point out all the spots they literally just didn't bother to clean they just shrug their shoulders and say nothing they can do. These guys are the only car wash in town and that's the only reason they do any business at all. Do yourself a favor and just go to the DIY place, you will have to go There anyway after you leave here to redo what these guys didn't do. read more

I used to go to this place often. Until I had a major issue and the owner was unbelievably rude. I drive a $80k truck, which has been cared for in detail for seven years. I raised two kids, on a ranch and not one interior scratch or issue. Recently after paying for a $40 inside outside wash, I picked up my truck with complete disappointment. Not only had it not been properly cleaned inside but it came back with a 3" scratch on the leather seat. The manager dealt with it immediately and gave me my money back and said he would do what he could to set right the scratch. They ended up, after months of figuring it out, saying there wasn't anything they could do. When I showed up to get a wash and speak with the owner about a solution, I ended leaving and never coming back. In short, the owner scoffed and made a big deal at the manager giving me a $15 free wash that day. Not only was it unpleasant but when confronting him on his solution to make good my leather seat, he basically said it was no big deal and that he could care less the value of the truck and my long years of keeping it in excellent condition. I am contemplating doing a small claims suit against his business and making him pay for reupholstering the seat. What a careless owner. read more

This review is long overdue. The bad experience happened two years ago on a Saturday morning, when I was on my way to work. Since time was a concern, I asked beforehand apx how long it would take, just a wash only. I was told no more than 1/2 hour. There were several people ahead of me I realized, but what I didn't expect is for them to take their sweet time getting people through. I walked up and mentioned that I really needed to get on my way to work. They lifted up the back hatch of my Jeep and somehow water got all over the inside. One of the men drying off cars must have been on drugs. He kept wiping the same surfaces over and over again. Finally they gave me my Jeep back, what a mess. I actually tried to pay them (begrudgingly) but one guy refused. I was late to work that day, 15 minutes, the only time that ever happened. Taos is a small town, and services limited. I went back again a year later, after a winter of driving through mud, etc. What happened was shocking and amusing. One of the guys remembered my Jeep, and when I drove up to get in line, in his broken English, he actually refused service. Boy, that really was a stunner. They were completely at fault, made me late and gave me a mess to deal with. Avoid! read more

SCRATCHED UP OUR BRAND NEW CAR. Not only did we have to wait 45 minutes for the employees to even begin working on our car, they were all standing around and on their phones. I will never return nor do I recommend. The pricing was also a little steep for the quality of service. read more

Went at 4:30 pm to get my truck washed. Sign on the door says they are open until 5:00 pm. Spoke to an employee who said they couldn't wash my truck because they sent the workers home early. A strange comment since there were three individuals standing around talking. Don't waste your time going here. read more

Car far from clean, let alone detailed. Better go somewhere else. EXPENSIVE--not worth time or money.

Decent wash, decent price, quick. Would have liked if there was a wax option. Said to ask for extras so maybe it's hidden. This is where I'm brining my car for a wash in Taos. read more

They get the job done and the price is good. Accepting cards and offering more air fresheners would be an improvement.

Just had my car washed and soooo disappointed . Took almost an hour and the car was cleaned under par. Employees didn't seem to care.
